The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly.

Total cleanliness, super friendly staff, very varied and very good food, very central location, it's the second time we come and we love it, We have been excited to see Jason the animator again after 6 years, it's great, I hope next year they do shows at night, otherwise wonderful, thank you very much for your kindness, we will definitely repeat.

We just spent the weekend in the hotel and it has been very pleasant and satisfactory stay, all great, cleanliness, facilities, dining, waiters, reception desk, make you feel at home, a great family and very attentive, especially with my granddaughter so it has been the 1°the first time, but go back a greeting and see you soon.

Leave tomorrow been here for 4 nights, lovely hotel in a lovely location situated just on the border of the old town and only a short 5-10 minute walk depending on ability to all the local shops and beach. Lovely staff on arrival and nice and quiet.

This hotel was clean tidy everyone was so friendly no problem sorting any issues. Food was good always something to eat as there was a wide range of dishes

Absolutely lovely hotel, Andrea and Christian were brilliant entertainment staff, Miguel the barman was spot on and so funny, restaurant staff were great and fast. The food was a great selection. We had a room at the back room 504 which had a lovely view of the mountains. Only problem was that the staff were noisy when they came in at 5am and the noise echoed down the corridor. Pool was freezing but refreshing But I loved this hotel.

Fantastic stay at the hotel last week. We went all inclusive, and the food and drink were both great. Staff were friendly, rooms were a little dated, but lovely and clean. Always plenty of sun loungers. The pool was on the cool side, but I saw this as a plus as it was so hot. Entertainment was mostly Spanish orientated, but I don’t go for the shows. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel from the very moment we entered the hotel we were made to feel very welcome by a guy behind reception, the bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing and work so hard, lovely clean room which is cleaned daily, fantastic entertainers fab with both adults and children, food Is lovely and caters for all thank you for a lovely 7 sunny days port vista will definitely be back.

Had a great 2weeks at this hotel. Staff were amazing hotel was very clean and good food definitely recommend.

Went for a week in April with a 3 year old and an 18 month old. Food was absolutely brilliant so many choices! Drinks and snacks were excellent. The entertainment was excellent. Only downfall I had was some of the Spanish guests didn’t seem to tolerate the English too well. Mainly the women! Also the pool was so so cold! Apart from that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would definitely return.

Very familiar hotel "for those who have ñiños " for those who do not have and do not like it is not advisable "full pool, dining room a lot noise " and eye rooms a little small if there are more than three. Cleanliness very well.
Friendly and very hard-working employees … The firm is very boring, five days and no surprises"or ham, a cooked prawn day. Very little variety. But good taste. Animation good for adults and children.

Cozy place, and well located. Also the food, although it is unvaried, if it is of quality unlike other higher class hotels I have been in and the staff is lovely. On the other way the rooms are old, they have air conditioning, but it is not adjustable, so if you have it on you can be cold and if you turn it off you have heat. The floor of the rooms is passed little or nothing so that when you go barefoot in the room you bring on the floor dust and dirt to blanket.
For my taste it is an expensive hotel in question quality price.

Sat here on my last day at this hotel and cannot find fault at all. Its a small hotel in the old town with a mix of English and Spanish guests. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Even at busy times you can get a seat at the bar or a sunbed easily. Rooms are very clean as is the whole hotel. Food is fabulous. Plenty choice and well cooked. Its near the shops and bars of the old town with a bus stop outside and a taxi rank nearby if you want to travel further afield. I will definately be staying here again. Thankyou for a fabulous visit!

Nice clean place. Rooms a bit dated. We were lucky to have a pool view at the front. A lot complained as their balcony facing a brick wall. But the hotel did their best to move people when they could. Maybe those rooms should be let at cheaper price and then people may accept the poor view. Entertainment poor as for our first week it appeared to be focussed on entertaining the Spanish although did improve after that. Entertainment lady was LOVELY. She tried really hard with the children too. The hotel is lucky to have her. I found most of the staff really really nice. Only downside was the food. Somedays it was brilliant, other days not so good. Breakfast was often a disappointment. The only style of eggs served were fried. And often they were over cooked. Rarely had sausages and the bacon was just not nice. However lots of choice of cereals, breads, yogurts etc (which sadly I don't eat). And the food temperature was poor. Often only just a little warm. I did enjoy my stay here. Although I wouldn't go all inclusive again.

Was hear last year the hotel is catered more for the Spanish guests the pool never gets the sun so it's always frozen. Gates are locked after 1am so if you go for a night out you have to stand till reception decide to let you back in which can be up to 25mins. Staff are very freindly but wouldn't recommend this hotel.

If you like to sit in the pool, dont go here brick walls block the sun from hitting the pool, waste of a pool in all honesty Random school next door played random cheesy english songs every now and again Mainly fish for food, staff know good enough English… not a place for young people, mainly a place for Spanish people, staff where more than happy to help though. Entertainment (reading books, keyboard player, bingo, stretching) my experience the Spanish people where really open to join in with us dancing regardless of the language barrier. Short walk to towns. Overall was a great holiday, wouldn't go here again the entertainment really let it down lucky enough we where so close to town and don't mind a walk haha.

We stayed at this hotel last week 5/6/18 to 12/6/18. After reading previous reviews we were sceptical about our forthcoming visit. But we need not have worried because from arriving to departing everything was A1. The staff were ALL friendly, cheerful and helpful, despite the long hours they all worked. The hotel was exceptionally clean (staff were out very early one morning cleaning outside and inside after particularly dirty/sandy rainfall). And the food was fantastic, always plenty to choose from and always piping hot. The position close to Old Town was a bonus. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Did what it said on the tin. Was used for sleeping and went out during the day. Beds were comfortable and room was cleaned every day. Food wasn't the best quality and air con didnt work in our room. The staff were brilliant and very attentive to our needs, although the manager was a moody sod who needs to lighten up. Bar staff and waiting staff could not receive higher praise.

Fabulous hotel food nice drink good nice location not far from the old town centre lots of different bars around always something 2 do rooms ok very clean staff very friendly alway happy pool looks lovley but a bit chilly 2 dip your toes at this time of year but on a whole week just love Benidorm xxxxwell worth a visit x.

Very good, clean a 10, super good food and lots of variety the location is great, close to two beaches, repeat insurance, the deal can not be better.

Entertainment caters mainly for the Spanish guests (mostly seniors) but they're a friendly lot and welcome other nationalities warmly. It's a pleasure to watch them dancing and to be encouraged to join in. Food not always hot to UK tastes but microwave available, expect some congestion around the only toaster and the 2 coffee machines at breakfast and the soup servary lunch and dinner times, carafe of wine or / water is freely available. All staff and I mean all that you meet are always very pleasant.

It is a cozy hotel, has good prices. Activities for children and adults both day and evening performances. The deal is very familiar. The only thing I have to complain about is the little variety of the buffet.

Very nice, clean, friendly, daily maid service, food good. Only thing is, caters for Spanish only entertainment. Saying that would go back again.

Hi, I stayed 8 days in this hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is very quiet, clean the food very well, the treatment of all the staff was great, I have no complaints of anything, definitely if I can go again, I will stay at this hotel.

Just got back from a short stay at Port Vista Ora. Hotel is ok have to say very clean however the view from our room was a brick wall but rarely in the room as the weather has been so great! Food was lovely and I am quite fussy! My only real negative was the Spanish people staying in the hotel! It was predominantly catered for them! They where very rude one lady even pushed us out of the way. To be honest it has made to not want to visit Spain again! Many people we have spoken to within the hotel have had the same experience with the Spanish! However hotel was good and most the staff lovely apart from a miserable bar man! Would recommend if you don't mind being pushed about by other Spanish guests.

It's OK if u like Spanish food as it caters 4 them if u go all inclusive then the bar closes at 11 the main/only gate 2 the hotel closes at midnight so if u want 2 go in2 the town 4 a night out u will have 2 be back b4 midnight or sleep on a Sun lounger as doors get locked at 12 am. You only get sun at the hotel till half past 1 in the afternoon the pool is that cold even the kids won't go into it as u don't get any sun at the pool. Apart from that the rooms are clean and staff are freindly.

It's the first time my wife and I have stayed in Benidorm. And when we arrived, We thought oh!. Like being in the centre of Leeds. With large buildings all around. So when we went into the port vista oro We was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms have everything you need. Very clean. The view at the back is different from the front. The Staff are pleasent, & very helpful. The pool is a good size. Bit cold but once in you get used to it. Breakfasts are divine, loved them. Food at lunch & Dinner is a mixed affair of different dishes. With Cold buffet too. We enjoyed ourselves immensely And yes would come again to Benidorm And yes we would stay at the port vista oro again, but maybe next time not go All inclusive. As Benidorm is cheap enough. So from Heather &myself We would like to say Thank you for your Hospitality.

This food well well… quiet a hotel for children and parents entertained very well located central to all the shops.

To see. We spent a few days pleasant. Would have improved, if the pool would have been more warm and if you give the sun a little bit more. The hostess Laura is an edge with customers and their own colleagues, comments that are not your own or suitable for a person who is dedicated to it. Dew the other cheerleader is a love with children and with clients. Apart from well-educated and sympathetic. Food with little variation but good in general. The beverage faucet. Kindness of the staff. In general well.

It was very good, clean, good sized pool, not busy and there were always sun beds free.

Spent 1 week with partner and kids, staff are friendly, it's exceptionally well maintained always cleaners about, dining staff are very attentive and friendly, it's close to the beach, there's a 24hr supermarket across the road and it's around 3 to 5 mins walk into the town, a few more to the beach, we would definitely visit again!

Not much to do entertainement was poor and food wasnt upto much. Great pool and plenty sun loungers tho.

A very cosy hotel with the basic needs very well covered offers buffet service for all 3 meals that is of high quality and very good taste has a swimming pool, playground for children, a poolside snack bar in the swimming pool and bar within the hotel where there are usually shows every night of animation also has all-inclusive which is worth it because it includes all the drinks in the three meals and then you can order cocktails and other drinks for free (white label) in the pool bar and in the bar.

Just back from a week at port vista oro hotel. This is my second visit and was fabulous. The hotel is small but very friendly, clean and food was also great. Only negative was one member of staff who a lot of the guests spoke about being unfriendly. The young girl who was on the bar hut in the afternoon never smiled or spoke to anyone very unusual for the hotel as the rest of the staff were lovely. Maybe some customer care training as she is going. I will definately book here again.

Very good location. Quality-good price. I am hosted right now and I don't want to leave because I'm at home. Care of reception and wait-staff exceptional, food very well cooked, the swimming pool good and room very clean, with flat tv, large terrace, although a little short on decor, the mattresses in my case as if they were new which was appreciated on a vacation. I will return if I choose to Benidorm.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful gorgeous hotel & food, highly recommend to any one.
Only thing could think of is extending the buffet menu slightly maybe few sandwiches some hot dogs and burgers just coz kids doin activity can get peckish & it saves them having to go out to get food. But 10 out of 10. Faultless.

Today is the first day that we're still is soon to assess to the super friendly, good food out where this pool there is a beach bar and best prices that if you go out to a bar I to surprised I like Monday we go almost safe q repeat and friends.

I was in August, they made me feel at home, exceptional treatment, it had been. Previous year and repeated last year, a pity that there is no free room for this weekend, finally again will be. Congratulations, and thanks for everything.

Nice and tidy hotel. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. Located in a busy street. Next door is a school that can be noisy sometimes. But sure a recommended hotel in the Benidorm old town center.

Staff very friendly nice hotel.

I was hosted at this hotel the week of the 17th to the 27th of June. Hotel is very family friendly and with a deal of all the great staff. It is a two-star hotel that exceeds many of the three without a doubt. The food is style home very well prepared, nothing oily and very rich. Congratulations to these chefs for their good work, and his speed at the time of filling the trays and be on the lookout especially in the peak hours to replace it. The waitresses in the dining room for your attention and pick up the dishes for diners to not take up on the tables, empty bowl dish removed from the table and always with good manners. The only drawback that I see to the hotel are the televisions that don't see any, and that is a problem of management not staff so please fix them to be 11 days hosted and not being able to see any channel is hesitate. Continuing with the theme of the staff, the waitresses floors are great, friendly, with a lot of patience and always be aware of all the details. A special, warm greeting to Julia for your good attention and for your professionalism. And that to say of the receptionists because they were not going to be less and less, the more treatment I had were with Nuria and Quico Garcia. Like to go out the door and see a smile that give off good vibrations, when you go back to the hotel and you know that are in turn one of the two to brighten up the day for the sweetness they give off. You are all in all a great team (with all letters) first.

We spent 15 days in three marriages, the staff dining room, cafeteria, reception, maintenance, cooks, cleaning, all very professional, there were some very good days, a friendly family atmosphere. We will return we were very satisfied of the treatment received.

I went here with my son for his first holiday never saw him all week he met some great mates. Cant fault the hotel apart when we got there but it all got sorted. Jason the entertainment brill made us welcome that good we came back again. I also made friends to having a drink watching my son playing so I got free time to. My son wont go anywhere else. We joined in the games there was something doing everyday. Clean n tidy rooms towels change every day cant fault the place that good we will be staying again. Once again I cant fault jason.

Central location very close to the Levante Beach, the rooms that overlook the pool are the best and I recommend them strongly, yes there are rooms with possibility of triple rooms. Very good food with two menus to choose from. At night there is a ambientazo, there is dancing, and with these animators so nice… I grieved when I left, and when you go they give you a generous picnic for the trip.

Just back from hols had a great week and all the staff at the vista ora were all friendly and the rooms cleaned every day clean towels each day too the whole facility was spotless and for a 2* hotel all the staff should be very proud as we were to be part of it for the week we were there so a big thank you to all there will definatly go back again thanks again for a great week couldve done with music at the poolside though.

Loved it here great holiday would have been nice to have more entertainment but great location and quiet holiday.
