The best care and animation and ask for nico! excellent hotel!

Food was absolutely awful. We ended up eating out. Even the breakfast was vile. No sunbathing area apart from a few beds.

Slightly out of old town but not far and easy to walk. Hotel was new modern but older clientele. Food was good.

I expected much more from this hotel, its reception and entertainment are very good. The rooms are great except for the little space between the beds and the wall table and that the toilet is the most uncomfortable I tried in my life, it is very high and even ends up hurting your ass… The cleaning is lousy, I do not usually ask to make the room because they can give you the 14h and still did not enter to do it and for a day that I leave it free I find the same lint on the floor, the same sheets (when they told me they were going to change them) and the dish of d Ucha without passing… for that better not to go into "clean"… And the buffet better not to mention it… the food pretty bad, so saloty! (It's one thing to be a little bland about older people) but it's another thing to know nothing about it, as is the case. For young people like us it was horrible… And the variety of the food even worse, they repeat a lot and you don't even know what to eat… The roof pool very nice but only to soak and the one below is tiny and attached to the bar so it has little privacy and look at you a thousand eyes glued to you. I wouldn't put a suspense on it but I was in other better hotels in Benidorm so I wouldn't repeat it, a shame.

Everything perfect regarding the personnel, the people super nice and waitresses well attentive to everything. This last by putting a downside is that they already had the adult pool open but it is very small. The first day we had a room that was not the q we had asked and we had already the second day ride of moving and because I complained about… and just the last day they started to not charging for water and wine. I don't see it very normal to take the whole week spending a total of 40€ in water and then be free. In order to… Treatment staff of ten, and in facilities that are quite decent.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff: very friendly and efficient. The food is pretty good, enough. That said I booked a TRIPLE room and I have been put in a double with extra bed, no space and with a single bedside table for 3 people.
The pool is very small, I would have liked to see a realistic photo when I booked because I would probably have looked for another hotel. Luckily the beach is nearby, to go for a walk; and the hotel is in a fairly quiet area, which in August is appreciated because there are tourists to bore.

We just spent a few days at the hotel and have been delighted. We were already a few years ago when the hotel had 3 and quality—price we liked it. Now that it has 4 stars and is completely renovated, we have come delighted: The rooms very complete and comfortable (the bathroom had a lot of lighting) and the dining room has a very large buffet. We want to especially highlight the quality and variety of desserts, they were made by the hotel pastry chef. On the other hand, we also want to highlight the kindness of the woman who was on the dining room plank.

We have spent 5 days very poor family, the only thing q can't say q is the pool is a little small. The buffet is good, the treatment of the waitresses very well and highlight the animator Nico, great with children.

We liked a lot, the right value for money and very nice stuns. The negative pool that is downstairs that is small, is for children and most do not want to bathe alone, wants to get parents in, so with 8 people the pool is full. Good food, good location, good price and good people attend to this hotel. Even the cleaning ones are sympathify. The TV in the room is perfect, big and flat, not like others', great. If we can, we'll come back.

Hotel highly recommended, excellent treatment by all the staff, very clean throughout, everything in perfect state rooms, swimming pools and all the facilities, buffet with great variety and everything is very good, we will repeat.

Great Hotel, its wonderful employees, we have been from the 19th to the 29th of April. Maricarmen and Raul from the cafeteria some exceptional skies and Nico, we hope you will be better off the accident.

The hotel is fine. It's not big and the kitchen is nice. The attractions are correct but the gym and pool are small. A single but. The yoghurts Naturales"sin Azúcar"desaparecían quickly and only the flavors remained, which unfortunately carry a lot of sugar. By the way. My room was very good and the rooms were very small.

We've been in this hotel for eight days. It is a great hotel, the staff Atentísimo, the food very varied and abundant, not repetitive and of good quality, the rooms renovated, comfortable, the one we got had terrace overlooking the pool, very nice. Good animation for older people. Very clean. With doctor and daily nurse consultation. Close to the beach. If we have occasion, we will return without hesitation. The worst thing is that the parking is paid, and one issue that we found very important is that its staff is expert, concerned about the customers and is appreciated in them the loyalty of the company to its workers.

Nice clean place with nice staff and quiet food is ok average really but don't go unless your over 75years old everyone is old.

We have spent a 16-day stay at the Hotel Carlos Primero in Benidorm.
It is a magnificently renovated hotel which offers good comfort and good food; But the most significant is the staff that caters to customers, both the dining room, maitres — Luis charming and always attentive to our requests — and waiters, such as the reception as the bar, Raúl, José, Carmen and Cosme, as well as the animator Nicholas — creat Ivo and great professional-, they have a formidable deal with the customers and they are always solicitous to any of their desires.
The negative note is the room, common for reception, cafeteria, dance hall, and activity room. It is a space run full of columns, with insufficient space for so many people, frankly dire, with a disposition and insanity distribution, no luminous ambience or another.
We have experienced inhuman warmth and have suffered overcrowding every night, intolerable in a 4 star hotel.
Good thing that the staff has alleviated with their nice to do so many discomforts.

Fantastic hotel recently renovated. The Amabilisimo staff, the very rich food and the brochure park opposite, being 5 minutes from the beach has made Q spend an unforgettable holiday.

Clean Hotel quiet and quite affordable price. Close to the beach you're walking in 10 minutes. They have made a very nice park in front and have made many parking lots. Very good food. We took two summers spending our holiday at this hotel and thought we would repeat.

The hotel should not have more than three stars, in the first place. In the second place the cleaning it has seemed to me very bad, leaving things cleaned, took us to the rooms… In the third place, the buffet to me has perished small, had little variety and many times got the same thing.
