➜ Out of embarrassment, a special request for an exterior room was requested due to illness (claustrophobia) and denied, a reservation that had been made since February 19, 2022 and was for April 14.
They have not had enough time to organize the rooms and attend to a special request.
In addition to all this there is a gentleman, to call him in some way at reception called Hugo, who has no shame or knows how to treat people with respect, the treatment of this person towards customers is denigrating.
It really is never to come back, the interior rooms, are dark, without ventilation practically and Y with an unbearable noise, since all the engines of the air conditioners are in that patio of lights of 4 m² and you can not even sleep.
Arrive early hours of the morning with a 10 month old child to be told no travel cot avaliable. Refused a refund for my outstanding nights. Room was like sleeping in a cupboard.

Lovely stay! Excellent location friendly helpful staff clean fresh rooms comfy beds. Seen some negative reviews but for a 3 star hotel it is what you pay for. Asked to keep our room on no problem let us keep it till 6pm Thanks for a lovely break will definitely recommend.
