Stayed here last weekend 4/5/18. Very very basic rooms. Paint falling off walls. Fridge falling apart. No kettle only 2 cups for a 2 bed apt. One small mirror in bathroom for 5 to share getting ready. Didn't use the pool area. Would not recommend these to anyone. One star is for location only.

Bargain priced rooms right next to the night-life centre of Benidorm. Clean, but could do with a bit of a makeover — however if all you need is a base to go partying from it's fine for most! The pool looks good, although it was a bit too chilly to use on this visit. There is also a pool bar that opens if there is a demand.

Dreadful if you were expecting something nice! Budget apartment block with 24hr reception Fittings very tired.

Best thing about this apartment was the balcony. No proper cooking facilities you couldn't have a family holiday here we didn't even have a kettle!

Very very poor. Unfortunately lots of negatives. For the money which was good but needs good revamp.

Was OK. Clean. Nice view. Went in January, room was freezing. No heating. You had to hire a heater. For the price you can't complain. Easy access to the beach, and pubs.

Wi-Fi for money, rooms are very basic. We rented an apartment so could plunge into the Soviet regime-terrible killed furniture. Full of minimalism.
On the other hand, everything is necessary and suitable place to live.
If you do not want to spend a lot on accommodation, you are here.

For those who are saving and ready to close their eyes to many amenities and luxury and just sleep in a clean bed. Pros: There is a kitchen, you can cook, there is a large, really large balcony, sit a big company-most of all. Friendly people at the reception cons: Sovdepovskij design, repair the building of years so 50, Windows miss the sound and cold, cabinets creak. Overall it came down to 52 euros per person for 4 nights, we had 5 in the room.

Cheap value Passed its best Ideal if on a budget.

Staff are nice, place is superbly situated for amenities and transport. Accommodation is basic but cleaned.

The location of these apartments is perfect, but the condition of the rooms is not so great. Luckily we were only there for 4 nights, & we only used the apartment to sleep & have a shower. On arrival the Receptionist was extremely rude & we felt her Customer Service was non-existent. My partner got an electric shock off of the light in the bathroom as there was no external cover over it & my sister in laws balcony was extremely wobbly when leant on. Again, great location & good if you just want to get your head down but in serious need of some TLC.

Nice helpful staff, bedding clean, location excellent, needs updating but would stay again for a short break.

Basic accommodation for party's of people, don't expect any frills.

These apartments are not the Ritz but I feel the staff really tried and deserve some credit. The man on reception was welcoming! Explained in good english everything. The rooms are more than perfect for a hen/stag groups that only need a base it was clean maybe not modern and in need of refurb but clean bedding & towels Perfect base for partying 2 mins walk to bars up to the square Last day whilst waiting for transfers we where given a room to change in & reception man kindly charged all our phones.

Room was unclean. Pool broken glass and a chair just stood on top. This place is for stag doo out on the drink. Location prefect.

Very central for nightlife right around the corner to main bars, but accomodation very basic and shoddy, no bar or restauraunt at pool.

Absolutely fine if your going on a stag or hen do. Or your only gonna be sleeping in the hotel. Wouldn't go with the wife or family though.

NO problems here, 4 guys on the piss (no idiots, no issues) … 2 mins from where you want to be… loads of hot water… if you like to whine book a place with 5 stars in Dubai! and do it there.

Great place, friendly staff, clean and in a great location, you get what you pay for, cheap, but value for money :)

They have a privileged location and excellent terraces. Although they are old, they are very clean and well accommodated. Very good choice.

For the price you can not ask for more, good deal, spacious apartment, large terrace, good views.

The poorly educated receptionist and edge almost made us clean up to check out and didn't want to return bail, all very old and shabby, I would never return to this hotel again.

Fantastic apartments, very close to the beach. Charming and very attentive staff. We were in August and had phenomenal.
