Being nh network is not one of its best hotels. The location is not good and the rooms are not noteworthy. It is worth noting the attention (both in reception and in restaurant) and the quality of the food in the restaurant. It's good for a quick night near the airport.

Friendly efficient hotel staff were very welcoming and went out of there way to accommodate arrival and checkout. Ideal hotel for city break or quite romantic getaway.

Ideal for work trips. I really like this chain, when I travel with my partner for pleasure, because I always what awaits me. A cosy, quiet, comfortable hotel with a very large breakfast buffet.

Very good service.

Good as always. Very large room. Too bad it wasn't open the pool. Therefore only 4 stars. What I will never understand are the ridiculous prices of the minibar.

Quiet and very clean. The room was very good. The new and comfortable shower. The atmosphere is of a great hotel.

A good spa hotel. The room has a full mini bar. The bathroom has a bathtub and separate WC with a door. The swimming pool is open from June to September. The staff at the front desk are friendly and attentive. The location was very good.

It is a nice place, it has good amenities and the service is excellent. It is a nice place to stay in :-)

I've used it several times on business. Spacious and very comfortable rooms.
All employees facing the public are attentive and correct.
Great restaurant for breakfast, with a full buffet, and if you want something prepared at the moment (bacon, sausages, eggs) you have only to ask for it.

Fantastic Hotel to do interviews or just business meetings or with a customer has a very good cafeteria area and a good menu in the restaurant.

Simply if I summarize my experience on this site with a few words it would be something like: "Beautiful, charming and spectacular.

I really like the hotel chain, I am a client (not usual) have good services, and rooms with good decoration and very clean, but the one from Alicante is a bit wrong conservation in some things, I think they are a little expensive for the citizens with salaries to be normal, but in general is very good. Clean, towels, TV with international channels, hair-dryer, toilet set always, spacious rooms.

The location is easy to find and in addition there is usually no problem parking. A good feeling of welcome and treatment.

I often go to receive formations from various providers, as I also go to some other hotel for the same activities. No doubt my favorite is the NH in Alicante. From my point of view the situation is unbeatable, from Elche, Murcia and in general accessing from the A-70 is super fast, always go "to the first" and that for when I'm just going to good time. After everything is very clean and tidy, I frequent the event rooms and always have water, candies, notepads, pens; And best of all, in the breaks, we have a buffet of pastries, coffee, snacks, juices and others; Very rich and varied everything. Finally the staff is very attentive and willing and the service of gentlemen is clean. For me, all the formations would make them there.

Hotel in very good condition. Comfortable and clean. You also have tables to work.

Great place to stay on the edge of Alicante. Really impressed with the price and rooms. The food was a good standard. There is no drop off section or bell boys to help with the luggage.

Located a little far from the center but good location to get in and out of Alicante. Very comfortable inside.

I have never stayed but I have gone to many courses there and I love the service and the food, all very clean and nice.

In the room where the conference was being made we were very comfortable although we were quite and the food has been spectacular.

There are no sports facilities… The small town apart from the sea, lacks history… you eat it then eats at the end are things that if you have a little knowledge of the Paccotto with Comida de freezer as the pizzas that ASCO…!

Good hotel, with wide variety of products for breakfast (everyone will find something, even people who can't eat product containing gluten). Room was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service at the reception and waiters were very nice and helpful. The only minus is the location — it is not that far from the main town (about 25 minutes on foot), but the surroundings are not encouraging. On the other hand, hotel is well communicated with the aiport — 15-20 by car and there is also a direct bus line.

Absolutely fantastic place. We were upgraded for a small fee upon arrival to a superior room. The room itself was super clean, modern and I was shocked the hotel itself is actually 15 years old (I thought it was new. We had a balcony over looking a busy round about, however the windows blocked all of the noise and curtains kept the room dark. The hotel itself has a jacuzzi, sauna, rooftop swimming pool and gym. All were fantastic and we used daily. I would recommend however that the gym adds a few more pieces of equipment such as heavier dumb bells, kettle bells etc. But all in all, very usable, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great, meats, cheeses, fruits, breads and yoghurts and for 5 euro more you can have a feast delivered to your room in the morning! (See picture) The staff were friendly and professional, despite the language barrier, they assisted and provided to the best degree. Particularly Ricardo, who works on reception, who was really helpful and we had a great conversation about our travels and experiences. My only gripe is the location, it's a twenty minute walk to the town centre, but the area is nice, a few restaurants nearby (the Chinese opposite is great), with a super market also across the road too. I've stayed in many places in Europe and by far this hotel exceeded expectations beyond all others! All in all a great place, exemplary staff and amenities! Will definitely re visit.

It's in a fairly industrial area on the edge of town. The staff are very friendly and attentive but the restaurant and room service etc. Have limited hours of service. The pool and gym are nice, even if a bit small.

Home to the SEC event of PCR, service was perfect, as well as ambience. Central location in Alicante.

I stayed in this Alberogo from 1 to 7 October, I found a pleasant welcome, very polite and attentive to the guest, welcome is I'm a big smile. Hotel no doubt whatsoever to recommend.

A very good hotel. Rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious. It's place however is a bit far from the action, as you will have to take some sort of transport to get to the center of the city. Breakfast had a good variety.

Not is wrong, the situation not is optimal since to go to the beach or the port walk take more than 40 minutes, but the hotel as all them nh is nice and the service is nice. Points that would improve the pool… is on the eighth floor and well, was lost in a shopping mall to get to it.

You may not have a central location optimal, but the service is great, live very close by and once in a while I step.

Comfortable hotel with spacious rooms with decoration more or less modern. The lamps in the room give low light even though the bulbs and any lamp traditional try to compensate for it. The breakfast buffet is not bad though is not to throw rockets. The bathroom very functional. The Wi-Fi could be improved.

Modern facilities, good price for high season. What is SPA and swimming pool a little small. The swimming pool on the top floor in a terrace with a good view and other sun terrace slightly below. Spa not suitable by more than 2-3 person, to do tail :).

Price/quality = high breakfast and the bland scabby.

The hotel very well, everything in perfect conditions with free Wi-Fi, buffet free also very quite.

Excellent hotel in General. The furniture is of the highest quality and very assorted. The catering is abundant and of good quality, although the schedule of meals is rare. Common facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, are of great quality. The point against more relevant is that is located far from the beach. Therefore it is recommended for executives, business travelers or tourists who fear not to pay the high cost of car parks near the beach public.
