For 1 star hotel, not bad… Rooms are clean but noisy and breakfast supposed to be included in the price, but we were asked to pay 5euros/pp at the property for one slice of toast juice coffee and tiny yoghurt (not worth at all).

Don't know where to start, we arrived to a room claustrophobic and dark, without air conditioning, with a ceiling fan that barely moved (suffocation total). Without blinds, without terrace. A bathroom without towels and without hardly any light (we Had to ask for a bulb to be able to see something), the walls and doors of paper, (oia tooodooo what was going on outside of the room as if they were right there) and to get to the room you had to go through a dismal corridor that had to pass in single file on narrow it was. The breakfast is lousy and poor. And that of walking to the beach… if about 15 minutes to walk fast:). Do not clean the room or change sheets or anything. The staff ni fu ni fa… The only thing that has been, more or less, has been the pool, so others don't recommend it neither to my worst enemy. It would have been better off sleeping on the beach.

A simple guesthouse, quiet, economical, very well located near the beach of San Juan and out to the Garden.

Absolute bad rooms and hostel condition, mould in every room, personal is lazy and Windows in some rooms are broken with big holes in it. One night costs as 3 stars Hotel. Furchtbar und kostet wie ein 3 Sterne Hotel.

The food was good but the service somewhat unpleasant.

Perfect to spend a few days of vacation and rest, with pool and a few meters from the beach.
