Comfy beds. Thats all I can say about this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again. It needed a good clean and the staff weren't very friendly.

Great hotel for small money.

For the price… you can't knock it. Very basic room but excellent shower with lots of hot water!

Small rooms. The dining room is open late. No TV remote. Uncomfortable pillows.

A double room with pillows too thin, a TV of the last century with few channels, furniture that seems to be going to break at any time, and constant noises in the room because every time someone opens and closes its door, rumbles the Room, Despertandote constantly. I would not dare to talk about the service, because the only contact has been when I complain about a group of girls staying on the top floor that did not stop giving slamming, blows in the windows, runs, screaming, but even warning the service everything remained the same.

This is a poor quality hotel, rooms are too small, the price of parking is not included you have to pay 10 euro plus, antique furniture very low value for money. The Wi-Fi is available only at the reception.

It's good but parking is very expensive.

La habitación es básica, las televisiones son viejas, pero tampoco las utilizamos. Los baños podrían ser un poco más grandes. La comida estaba buena y abundante.

As far as the deal is very good, all the friendly workers, to the rooms they lack a good Tv, Wi-Fi, they do not have good beds, the three stars are more for the staff than for the Hotel.

It would be nice to be reformed a bit, lacks light and improve the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable but their décor in general is outdated. Located in the heart and close to all kinds of local and activities. It is spacious and the attention is very good. Always with a sonrrisa and tried nice. Wi-Fi is not working well: (Good price.

Small and hard beds, Wi-Fi only at reception, hotel parking charges 10 Euros, the sound of the other rooms is heard all night, the TV is a small and old box without a command, the staff not friendly. Not recommended.

Nice service and rooms; the hotel place of quite centric and next to many interesting places and shops in Alicante. Walls are not quite a thing since you can hear everything happening in the corridor or in other rooms.

Bad… dirty beddings, super loud A/C, TV didnt work. This "hotel" really needs a makeover.

I do not recommend it… tremendous crap; please don't go there; all old and dirty; a TV super old ass without controls… In summary lousy experience.

Staff not very welcoming, no Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor, room in a dismal state.

I GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS HERE and I would never come back! Besides that, there are several things that bugged me: — Thin walls, you can hear literally everything — Can barely sleep during the night — The first night we arrived, I borrowed a hair dryer and the staff said it's the only one they have but it was literally broken and I couldn't use it. So I have to sleep with wet hair — They ran out of hot water for 2 days and I was about to make a phone call to the receptionist but the phone was broken — The Wi-Fi also didn't work, it worked only at the lobby I think only the location that is best.

Very good reception but cleanliness is not at the rendezvous.

Great budget hotel, very reasonable and tasty food served there, room suited my needs and was clean and tidy. I would stay there again and recommend the place.

Simple but clean hotel. Air-conditioned Garage in the rooms living room with free wi-Fi and cheap simple meals.

What is the sleeping area, enters within the two stars (I could even have 3) but I have to emphasize the kitchen area, where the dishes are great unequalled delicacies. Really the 5 stars go to the cook who is an excellent professional who has some enviable culinary skills. Thank you very much for this gastronomic welcome and I will return to eat there.

A Dump' I've stayed in a few budget spit and sawdust places but this place is terrible. The staff are lovely but on hiding to nothing in this place.

The worst hotel where I stayed the TV of the year the polka will see 3 channels counted and the picture is terrible obviously 12 inches for a triple room and to top it off no ay Wi-Fi…!

I down't expert so much when the hotel onley has two stars. The moste impotent for me and My diabetic friend was two things. Brekfast (becomes of hus decie) an pur own bathroom. Ok, hos kinde of large and had to so hos shower Witherspoon Open showerdoors (i had problem and im 1/3 of him. Problem: the swich to bathroome light just hang there. Askes to se another room. Nope. IT was smaler and had ni balkony. I smoke, he Don’t. 4 floor just for a smoke, nowere to hang wet towels and had specially boolesk a room Witherspoon balkony. Today, after 5visits to the doc, I got a time to experts on skinn. YEES! Haven' sleep a hole night since around crismas. Itching al night long. I, My min and the specialist conted 4-6weeks incibation, and Rhen IT always take me 2-5weeks go to doc. The prob van dissipere. Scabbies. Oh My god I ferl dirty. This was at room 410. Er went home the 20:th of september 2015, didn't shere bed and flusched all today-cloth in the zink. Its ok With 2star, bit for god sace, ceap IT CLEAN! // pro. Housceaper.

Super old, the bath super small very left. Bedding and pillows from a thousand years ago.

Very old and in poor condition, left, beds very hard and super flat as opposed to TV in which almost nothing you can't see and pillows hard, very poor relationship quality / price, paper walls preventing you to sleep because you hear everything. The only thing that is saved is the Wi-Fi which is high speed.

15 minutes from the paseo maritimo in Alicante, with acceptable service and comfortable rooms.

Very friendly staff. The entrance/front desk of the hotel is renewed but everything else is really old and dated. Price is good, location OK. Tiny tiny bathroom, small room with bad air flow so room smelled really moldy. Even the sheets, blankets and bed itself smelled weird and were so old… not sure whether they've cleaned them. I think I got bitten by BED BUGS as I was scratching all over after staying at this place and had red dots all over. They squeeze in too many rooms in a tiny place and you can hear everyone else. Didn't get any sleep. I only gave a 2 star review cos the personals were so nice.

Hotel quite shabby of 50-60 years. If you are looking for something cheap, it is the site. But don't expect amenities. The bathroom also very old and small.
It seems that they have invested nothing in improving the hotel in many years.

Excellent location, good cleanliness and very nice staff, great value for money.

Cheap Tel, disadvantages:
Beds hard and squeaky, uncomfortable pillows, dimly lit, very old TVs and no picks up channels, towels are used, the door to the room closes badly.

Cheap Hotel, food, and a good deal, but needs to improve in many aspects, poor lighting, showers, incomplete, old tv, old mattresses etc.

Highly recommended this hotel for money, I spent 5 days and hotel staff has been very helpful and friendly. The food's very good 10 buffet having variety daily. The quality of the food. Comfortable. The correct and clean room. I recommend again, near the beach. I recommend to come to the hotel Goya.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is, that the staff was very friendly. The location is central enough but I wouldn't advice anybody to walk the area alone at night. Same holds true for the parking garage. When we got to the room we tried the key with the not really strong looking lock and it wouldn't open. Only after a lot of trying by the staff it eventually gave in. The room was clean but the shower was mouldy. The hotel was very noisy. We turned off the ac because it was very loud. We opened the windows but the neighbours were even noisier. So hardly any sleep that night. All in all too expensive for grubby old rooms in desperate need of renovation.

Food and some facilities have to improve.

Loud, poor quality of room, good personal, bath dirty.

Positive: Location! All important places can be reached in 10-15 min. A 24 — hour convenience store is just around the corner. Reception is occupied and closed entrance door to the hotel at night. Staff always friendly. Rooms were cleaned even after 15: 00.
Negative: Very thin walls. Our room neighbours were active all night and it was impossible to sleep. Can not even be a heating, sometimes rather cold. High humidity in the room and a barrier inside with black dust.
