It’s a great place to stay. We loved are time there, so much so we have already booked it for next July and can’t wait to go back.

Rested in these apartments this summer, there was a negative due to the fact that steal money from the safe.

Would have to improve many things, the truth q I never imagined that aqueyo would be so degrading, book 3 nights by booking, and when we arrived at the site nothing had to do with what we had seen, the bathroom with mold, dirty intimate plugs in the bathroom, the air conditioning was ademiated at the reception, a boarding house that has 8 rooms, inside the room we were drowning, a mini fridge also at the collective reception for everyone, there everyone took it from anyone and on top when leaving the room the next day, a lady q is said to name the manager of that there told us q would charge us only the night q we were and when we left without our permission charged from the targeta the other two nights that we were no longer, it was an improper charge because we had talked and had told us that we only They would charge the night we had been, not to deceive the customers anymore and they show what they actually have there, they have created a false representation of what they offer, do not sell dreams that are then nightmares. Don't steal back on my back, give me back the money they charged us without our authorization.

This is my 3rd stay here. The location is incredible, the rooms are stunning — big, clean and fully equipped and every time all of the staff have been amazing — they are always friendly and go out of their way to help with anything and everything I made a mistake during this stay (June 2019) and didn’t book enough nights, Alicante is very busy as it is festival time but they still found me a beautiful room in the same block for the extra night so that I had somewhere to stay — I cannot thank everyone enough and would 100% recommend staying here when visiting this beautiful city ❤️

Location is great and the room is amazing, considering the price we are paying. Modern and tidy, and friendly reception. Bathroom is excellent! bit noisy at night.

The city Alicante was great to visited. The pension was clean and nice. Also the bathroom. Caroline, we have a fine time in your pension.

My partner and myself stayed for two nights, and everything was perfect. The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. We were given a map of the city and advised on things to do and see during our stay. The location was fantastic, 5 mins from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. We had a fantastic stay, and can't wait to return in the future!

Unfortunetly the owner lies about her hotel. It's so noisy, so horrible! you can't have any rest night and day. She keeps us the most "quiet" room. You can hear your neighbour sneezing! doors each five minutes. chose this hotel just to take a shower stale mattress i understand why she exige to pay in advance!

Great location, reasonably priced, clean. The area can be a bit noisy but it is in the centre of the old town and where all the night life is. So one must expect this. I received a quick response from the pension owner when booking. There is someone usually available to help from 10.30 am til 10 pm.

Ideal location in the historic centre, very close to the port and the beach. The apartment has everything you need and the staff was very friendly.

Yes, I would go back, and recommend it! Good customer service too! Bit noisy on weekend though, especially the saturday night as it is in 'el barrio' which is the main going out area at the weekend. But the location is everything too!

A nice place with wonderful friendly staff. Apartments have everything you will ever need except wardrobes — there is really no place for your clothes. The lift is too small. And it can get really noisy to sleep at fridays and saturdays.

Very economical pension, ideal for partying in Alicante. Something noisy if you want to go sightseeing and rest, the staff very friendly.

I am still here as I made the mistake to prepay my stay and the conditions say there's no refund. This place is a small hostel, well thought through, clean, even providing beach utensils like towels and chairs or mats. Rooms feature Spanish TV and hairdrier, no aircon. However, t currently the place is a big construction site, bottom floor and next door. It is terribly noisy from 8.30 to 22.30. You can't get any rest. And moreover the walls of this place are so light that you hear your neighbours chatting, tbnn phoning, snoring, or whatever. Sleep is hardly possible.

The place apparently well for the price of a crappy pension, but inside the savannas with dark brown spots, and towels with old holes. I don't recommend it. And the woman who attends does not speak well Spanish.

You have such an amazing staff working for you super friendly and helpful I made the mistake of booking my second week at a motel and I must admit I've missed your appartments. Extremely modern, clean and has everything and even more than one would expect. Lovely family atmosphere I definitely will be back. Brilliant apartment in the centre of the old town. 5mins from sandy beach;marina;bars and restaurants. Very clean free Wi-Fi great sun terrace Would definitely stay again.

A great place to spend a few days in Alicante. Very central and very good service.

Good hotel, although it would be nice to have a coffee machine where to buy a coffee or chocolate.

If you like it to be right in the middle of everything, that's the place to be. Caroline is a wonderful and caring host. The rooms size is perfekt and if you are lucky you have a balcony. Everything is clean and you can use beachtowels and stuff other guests left in the pension, like toothpaste, hairspray and so on. Have a look before you buy something new. Only friday and saturday nights are very loud. Folks have a party all night long right below your window. But who ca…res if your are out late too. From your accommodation you are close to the beach, the castle, Barrio Santa Cruz, the central market and all bus stations and tram lines. No need for a car just take the public transport — it is easy and cheap take a ride to the beaches along the coastline, to Benidorm, Altea, Villajoyosa — you will like it. Only if you want to go the other direction or to the mountains you need a car. So Caroline, thank you very much for 2 wonderful weeks. I am sure I will return one day Greetings from Germany

It is located in the historic center of the city, a few meters from the beach, and the main street where you can find many restaurants, Super recommendable. Although all of the above is true, I edit because something happened last night, opened by mistake the door of my room, was the girl at the reception with two guests coming in and asking me in my room, amazing carelessness,. The rest a star for this fact.

We loved the Pensión Nicolás from our first visit, and we have returned many times. The pension is situated in the middle of the old city of Alicante, El Barrio, behind the cathedral. It is close to everything, to the beach, to the esplanade, to the market place, to all lovely restaurants, bars and cafes, to shopping and, above all, to the Santa Bárbara castle. The pension is situated at a narrow calm lane. In the weekends, Thursday — Saturday, the neighborhood is more lively when the bars and discotheques open — nothing for sound sensitive guests. The area is nice and safe. The accommodation is affordable and perfect for us. You can make a simple breakfast in your room. The hostess, Caroline, is charming, personal, nice and helpful. She speaks Spanish, French and English fluently and also some Italian. We warmly recommend this pension. Lots of love and thank you Caroline! /Ellen and Johan.

Great value option. Well located, friendly and helpful staff with thoughtful touches belying it's price.

Located right in the old town. The rooms are not very large but they are cozy. I have been a couple of nights and I have no complaint with the service.

It's a family run hotel/pension, very clean and decent, friendly and quiet place. It's in the center of Alicante, close to the beach. Except the fact that a big part of the day you don't find anyone at the reception, everything else it's great. It does have AC but it's true, there's no parking, except for the streets around where you can leave the car overnight 4 free till 7.30am. Just a warning: don't arrive before 10am, there's no one at the hotel/pension to receive you, you have to wait on the street!
