Good rooms. Staff were friendly. Big positive. On the negative side cheeky little charges for room cleaning. €20. Not enough household amenities like sweeper, dust pan. Kitchen not fully stocked up. Either we have to buy our own or manage it. So we choose to manage it and did the best we could.

Overall not bad. But if finances allow, choose a more prestigious place.

2 knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 plates… Thats it! no pots, no pans for cooking if needed. Bus stop is convenient and quite close. Ah! washing machine did not work.

They have not room cleaning included in the price of the room. The fire alarm ringed every night twice or three times with cause alarms. The only reason I give them 2 stars is the location to the airport.

Very convenient to the location a few miles from the Airport and Clean City Safe and with a 24h reception.

Third time I've stayed here and definitely the last. I'm assuming it has changed ownership recently as on previous stays I've had nothing negative to say. This time however, 20 euro for a cleaning fee, 15 euro for daily parking, faulty car parking barrier, 9 euro for a frozen pizza, no cleaners on duty for an entire week, dirty apartment on arrival, surrounded by wild cats that aren't cleaned up after, poor and dirty level of crockery, no balcony furniture despite every other apartment having some, not even basic cleaning utensils provided, and finally, having left the apartment clean with the exception of some rubbish in the bins I received a 23 euro charge on my card. I'm sure there is more but I'm trying to block the entire stay from memory.

Super Apartment! Everything is clean, spacious, comfortable.

Stayed with my partner amd 18mth old son. Requested a travel cot which I was told was an extra €70 for the week when they brought it up it was old & dirty. Requested a refund and bought a new one in town for €40. No daily cleaning service unless you want to pay €20 per day. This IS highlighted in the small print I did not see it — my own fault however I just took for granted that there would be fresh towels, sheets changed and bins emptied at least once in the week as is the norm in most places. Having an 18mth old we had bins full of nappies which we had to empty ourselves. We could of paid the €20 but on principle I wouldn't. We hired a car which is a must for the location otherwise you're paying €20+ for a return taxi into Alicante. Cutlery, dishes, tea towels are scarce. My in laws had to borrow tea spoons for their apartment we in turn had to borrow bowls from them. Small kiddies pool is not heated so no use to small babies. Parking is €15 per day in their car park — I wouldn't waste my money. Chance parking on the street outside. Everytime we attempted to leave /gain access to the car park it was a nuisance, getting out of the car and buzzing reception waiting for them to let us in/out. Only positive is the size of the apartment. Will not be returning.

Apartamentos bien equipados y modernos. Buenos servicios (parking, piscina, cafetería). Bien comunicado, aunque a 15 minutos del centro de Alicante. No hay servicios alrededor (suoermercado, farmacia, etc. ). Se precisa ciche.

I only know the cafeteria with a quiet atmosphere and quick service. The location of the hotel is good for business trips due to its proximity to the airport and next to the OHIM. But there is something far from the Center for Urban Tourism.

Ok hotel, rooms offer accommodations needed but do not meet descriptions or photos found online. Service is friendly but extremely limited and overall aesthetic of the hotel provides a very ‘prison-like’ feel.

This place reminds me of mc Donald's, looks better in the pictures. Not sure why they have a sofa, may as well have a rock covered in stains. Not even a bottle opener or any cutlery nor glasses or cups. Didnt get my pool view as booked an paid for. And if you have a pet mouse the might be enough soap to wash him. Other than that all really good.

I lived for two months in this kind of aparthotel. It is 4 km from Alicante. If you are without car the bus passes every 45 minutes. The site has a pool that stays small in summer. The restaurant is a bit of a regulation. Best of all should be the price. Expendable.

Far from the city center. Transport links are practically non existent. Was working in Elche in the low season, so paying monthly. Then they gave me a weeks notice to find a new apartment! as it was high season now and they wanted nearly treble what I was already paying. One week to find another apartment!. Thanks a bunch!

Miss more equipment in the kitchen, dishes were missing, cutlery, pots.
Downside is in a place where there is no trade you have to take the car and above all the beach is close but the bathroom is not possible, the nearest sandy beach is far away.

The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. The staff in general seemed more annoyed by our presence than anything else. The restaurant was overpriced and generally subpar. The menu items were limited and were all taken out of the freezer and placed in the microwave to cook like any ready meal. The cook/server/cleaner/host was more interested in chatting with his friends than working. The parking cellar is awful. There is no clear indication for where you're supposed to park. Some are reserved for private parking, some aren't. It's a huge mess that could easily have been avoided. Our apartment was OK. It was relatively clean and spacious. The beds were stiff and solid, and had an itchy blanket for you to sleep under. Pillows were not provided. The only good thing about this place is the location. It's easy to find and it's close to the airport. Will not be staying here again.

This hotel is good for a place to sleep, but does lack basic things. When we arrived we had no key for our room and had to be let in by a member of staff for the first 24 hours. The space is nice, however, not as clean as it should be. The room lacks basics such as a kettle, cuttlery, dishware, and basic working equipment (such as lighting and air conditoning). You are provided with a fridge, oven, hob, but only one food bowl and a handful of cuttlery? seems bizzare! We even had to pay a deposit for a kettle and buy a couple of bowls from a local supermarket. On a positive note, the check in staff at reception were very friendly and pleasant.

This site I do not know if it is this abandoned because it is bankrupt or what happens… I had stayed there a year ago and it was a normal place that was very good for the price, but today I went back to Alicante I stayed there and my God that change, the apartment I got in building 1, terrible, in the hallways could not breathe the smell of snuff, dirty soils, the elevator with a very strong smell and stained mirrors, the apartment with the glass-ceramic broken, split, the fridge with a bun in Orme, the walls very dirty and husked, the terrace to hang the clothes rusty and broken, the windows a grime does not know how long, but minimum dirt of months, I showered with icy water, I said all this to the receptionist and told me that I accepted because I paid for it! Mother of God! And that money could not return it, total scam, I think this more than clear that I do not recommend…

Good price, Dolekovato from the city has a pool. If wavy to the sea then there is no beach. No shops nearby.

Really comfortable, nice apartments with 2 bathrooms 2 rooms and a big living room with an acceptable TV. Staff is friendly and pleasant. I recommend this place if you want to have a rest and recharge batteries.

Nice apartment but deplorable cleaning service and outside infrastructure too industrial.

Excellent accommodation near the center of Alicante all OK just a few more crockery not hurt.

Nice place, not far from Alicante centar,. Was book one bedroom apartmens for two, but give us two bedroom on graund floor, where sun even never shine on that side, and bathrooms can be more clean, wth no mould before give for costumers. Would come here again, if come with big family.

There's a lot to tell about this Aparhotel. The best place I've been to Hotel or Aparhotel of all! There's no comparison with a fancy one. You have everything, rooms everywhere, two toilets, kitchen with utensils and a huge salon! The best of the best and to finish is that it has air conditioning in the living room and in the rooms, ideal for summer or winter if you want to put in heating! I could say I give it a 6/5, a star else for how well they treat you at reception and how quiet the site is.

All very clean and tidy. Maybe they should see the sofas to change them as they are somewhat worn out. Otherwise, it's all right. Repeat.

First impression in Czech… it was not well because the person who received us had no expression in the face, just received us.
The apartment is pretty good, it's basic, there were no glasses or glasses but it wasn't bad either.
When we walked into the apartment next door we were barking a dog.
The bed was good, although the mattress is very used with a dress to the center when we open the water for a shower the water went out with rust in the end quality price The truth is very good, but if you take care of the details would be very good for its location.

The apartment in this hotel is very nice, clean, spacious. The only thing is that the couch is not comfortable at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.

Budget Hotel to spend a few days of sun and beach/pool without many pretensions.
The rooms in theory are for 4 people, … beds 1 and 2 are perfect, then there is a convertible sofa in bed and a supplementary module with a foam mattress of the worst quality. It's clean. The bathroom cistern is pretty noisy.

The hygiene in the apartment is really far from the top, and even rather catastrofique! Dirty refrigerator, dirty dishes, disgusting bathroom, cracked walls, do not respond to the services offered, for example bathtub. I have a suitable accommodation for handicapped people instead, with an adapted bathroom.
Very different from the photos on booking, non-existent decoration, no frame.
Icing on the cake, you are asked 150 euros of deposit on arrival. Payable immediately.!?! Really disappointed.

A total disappointment, horrible decoration or rather non-existent or both. On the course page it was a 4 star hotel, and can be satisfied if you reach 2. The balcony door did not close and we were in a low, broken sofa, gotelé partitions, no hairdryer, etc. Above we fell asleep and were very insistent that we had to leave the room, they called us twice in less than five minutes.
We'll never come back.

They charged 100 pounds as a prepaymend that wasn't deducted from the final charge. I am still waiting for a refund. I also payed 50 € for deposit, even though this should have been included in the price of the room. No cleaning services for 5 days. No clean sheets, No clean towels, No glasses, no mini bar, no cuttlery.

Only good as a base. Classic case of you get what you pay for … maybe a bit less — very very basic. I wouldn't have minded so much as you do get good space but so many little things not working and the thing they call a sofa in the living room should just be dumped and burned. The shower has grime on it even after we requested a rewash, although there was an additional family bathroom that was mostly clean. Loud a/c in the living room and only loud fans in the bedroom. Only my first night here and really feeling I should've spent the extra couple of hundred pounds for a hotel closer to the city with an indoor pool. This hotel/appartment complex isn't great for kids … or standards. Will be requesting an additional "sofa" tomorrow with more sheets to cover it with so will see how that goes. Also extra pillows to go on it as it's muchos uncomfortable. Book this place one if you are young adults on a budget and looking to be out most of the time.

Good value for money 1hr walk to allocate buses run tregularly during the day, late evening it's a taxi.

Fabulous room space and excellent pools. Nice to be away from the main drag of beach and city and noise those bring!

Great apartment, clean and cozy. Perfect if you are travelling by car since outside the centre of Alicante.

It is dirty, cleaning is not done regularly as indicated. It is neither internally nor externally cared for. Spacious apartments with very few crockery.

I stayed for 2.5weeks been fine, the rooms are good as you get bedroom, kitchen, living area and toilet/shower. The a/c worked great in the living area but not so much in bedroom, I think it's more just a fan rather than a/c. Rooms were kept clean by house keeping. The bar/restaurant was a bit basic, limited menu but I guess if your here you been self catering or going into Alicante for food. I just used it for a base as I was out most of the day, And another thing the reception were helpful Overall I would be happy to come back.

Apartment and pool are great, although location is a little ways out from the city. Easy to get around on the local bus in to town (hourly) although be warned no cash machine nearby. The hotel shop barely deserves the name, serving as little more than a bar that sells milk and juice as well.

It's a suite for sale. It's like a regular apartment, a washing machine, a microwave, a ceramic panel, a oven, a refrigerator. Minimum furniture. You can live, but it's a long way from the city.

The hotel is very nice and helpful. You can buy a suite at this hotel and give it to the office, not a very large income, but it's very convenient, and I've forgotten about renting.

The housekeeping is not done every day, contrary to the description. The swimming pool of a dirt to all trials with people with super dirty. A shame, really, there are better things to do.

In Benidorm is a good place. Not expensive.

Great if you come with car since it's a short distance from the city center (by car). Not a good option otherwise. Has a pool open in summer, a diner and a small convenience store. There's not much else around though.

Quiet and very clean.

Cons: middle of nowhere — no shops around and cafe closes at 11, so have food in your apartment and/or eat in Alicante. Of course the food in Alicante is amazing. We used the 'hotel' as a base to go to the town and beach and Ibiza. Pros: cheap, private apartments, and nobody gives a toss what you do. If you're using it as a base for Ibiza for example there is no problem having a comedown day there with all the associated activities if you get me. Pool, bus stop for town, shop (small! ), also everything spotless. One other poster said old and run down etc. Saw nothing of that. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, granted, but this is NOT a hotel. You have a kitchen etc. Of course there is no breakfast included. Know what you're in for and you're fine.

The apartments are not bad. But everything is well taken care of and has enough services.
It is not bad for an economic esapadita.

It's not a 4 star hotel. I can give only two. Breakfast not included, everything in room is dirty and old, signal of wifu in our room is very weak. Quite bad.

I've been victim of theft on the part of the staff who to makeup the scene by breaking the lock on the window of the apartment. Unfortunately for had she was broken from the inside and is found by the police. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel to all those who hold has their good and their security.

Good hotel apartment near Alicante, 9 min from the port of Alicante by car.

Nothing, bad cleaning apartments will not be reviewed between a clientec and another, had gone to the better but in a month this in a matter of cleaning up a mess. We will not return.

I've been several times in these apartments and until today, had not had serious "inconvenience" to ask me if I will return again. Even if I agree with what you say other clients that you do not put even to clean the dishes, etc having that put you 4 cutlery and 4 dishes such as who says. My opinion is very actual: we have arrived at twelve-thirty in the morning, and at reception they have indicated to us that although the apartment so I have booked, it is not none available until 14:00. According to me the girl, the output of customers is at 12 and need two hours to make the cleaning of the apartments, I understand that. What I don't understand is because I can't find on their website any site where place that you can not come up to that time, since in my case, he brought food from freezer, that is going to spoil. I say it goes because I write this at the door of the enclosure, waiting for me to it give me some apartment. What found me fatal is that the last time I came, reported me of 4 blocks of apartments that has the hotel, only had two open to customers. And I wonder: do Yes since yesterday, in my case at least, knew they had an entry for an apartment at least, because they are more predictable and have them ready or open one more?

I spent holidays and some holidays for the last three years at Allicante Hills. It is still a good choice in security and tranquillity for a family. But I have to admit that the cleaning service has been declining year after year. Room service is reduced to the laying of the beds and a review of bathroom, floors are not washed even though obviously against dust much by the earthy area where the complex is located. The elevators are so dirty that they even smell bad, especially the one behind the cafeteria. In the garage there is a bin that is not apparently collected until the smell becomes unbearable and dirt overflow to the floor. Internet. Forget it. It does not work.
