Had a lovely time. Staff so friendly and helpful. I have a small mobility scooter and everything was accessible even the spa which has a small lift down to the spa pool. 9 year old grandson loved it. Thanks to all staff. Don’t know if it’s appropriate on here but big thanks to Jet2 staff who were wonderful.

Absolutely lovely place, childrens’ entertainment great, accommodation fantastic, everything you need for a great family holiday xx.

We stayed her in the beginning of May it was great the kids loved it, hundreds to do and we ate and ate. The staff were very friendly. For a young family I would highly recommend it.

This is are second time here. Staff are friendly and helpful 🙂. Think it is the best idear about having a token for your glasses as people are not leaving rubbish everywhere ie plastic cups great idear won't be long before all all-inclusive hotels catch on keep up the good work guy's.

It's awful, had no eletric in pouring down rain for over 6hours, indoor lady Marian bar freezing also more like sitting outside. Indoor pool closed, can't use any of the other restaurants unless you pay for it or are a plus customer… can't upgrade once you get there. Staff disgustingly rude when there was no heating. More like a pontins, food was cold also had to have time slots to eat 8am then 2pm then 7pm with little ones bad idea. can't use any of the kids facilities other then mini golf if your child is under 8. arcade more like a loft with a few games that swallow your money. have to pay for eco friendly cups just to have a drink at the bar. The cabins are more like static caravans and out flag with metal in toe fell down. ended to demanding a transfer to magic Rock Gardens. Which is far better. magic robin hood just have major issues with eating and electricity and unless you book all inclusive plus not worth your time. Resort needs updating, even eating in the restaurants it's freezing and food is just as cold. don't waste your money!

No hot water, electricity or heating and customer service very poor.

Fantastic resort couldn't prasie the staff at all especially Christian from when my daughter broke her arm all the staff and hospital staff were fantastic even though we couldn't do the swimming pools she had fun with laser tag.

Super recommended and the kids enjoy the cute and the parents is also a non-stop all day we will return safe 👌oth thing great customer service, cleanliness in cabins and enclosure of 10 great food as I said we will return for sure 👍

A super cool place for children and adults, the cabana we loved, the super friendly staff, the food quite well and the pools although we could not enjoy them, are chulisimas with many slides.

We have been in new year and it is highly recommended! All the workers were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the facilities a blast!

Great pools one with 9 slides catering for kids, plus toddler pool. The other with pool beds and lots of chill out areas. Wide variety of food available from 0800 to 2400. Fab outside gin bar and indoor entertainment. Friendly hardworking staff. Lodges cleaned daily and all public toilets kept very clean.

Good place, warm and friendly. Adequate and respectful treatment, ideal to go with the family. Children will have a great time, endless activities to do. Only the firm could be more accomplished hair, yet they fit the size for the volume of people who drive. Keep it up, thank you!

Absolutely amazing resort. Accommodation really good. Food and drink choices brilliant. All staff friendly and helpful. Pools, slides and all other facilities are very enjoyable.

Had a lovely time and bought friends with us this time. Kids loved the water slides and great to see more lifeguards this year and the added touch of food trucks dotted around and the gin bar. Would love to have the music extended up to the kids pool end as feel a bit alienated from the bar end of the pool. Lived the pool foam party as missed it last year.

The welcome was great. The staff members were helpful and gave us a tour of the resort. We are still here for another five days. The food is great. Lots of choice and staff are very hardworking. I played tennis with my daughter and she played football. We agree we will come back.

Still staying At magic robin hood, return home Sunday after 7day stay. Must say we have enjoyed our stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful, the accommodation we have is fantastic as is the food and drink. Lots of activities for kids and pool area with slides is great… Well done Robin Hood.

The site is great in all inclusive plan, has mini golf course, swimming pool with slides, laser tag and lots of things for entertainment, the problem is that they have little staff and everything about leisure is super restricted by the same ones that serve you in the restaurant They are the ones who have to watch those attractions with what is more closed than open.
The truth is that it was full of English and the site is meant for them… The food of the restaurants is the typical, neither good nor bad.

Absolutely loved it, can't wait to go back next year.

Fantastic site. I'm going back this holiday. All inclusive is really all inclusive.

The good thing: — the children in their infeint innocence and ignorance had a good fun.
The bad: — everything else, there is absolutely nothing good on this site the worst: — cleanliness, especially the pool area where it reaches really unhealthy and dangerous states. In the room do not think to use the bedspreads X ( (see photos) — the food, in the photos are appreciated the entrance lines to the canteens, more than 20 minutes of waiting, also see the "slices" of serrano ham that are rather steaks the absolutely regrettable : (I do not put the pictures because they leave the protagonists of what I expose below and may not like too much) — the general maintenance of the installation bare wires, broken roofs, and dirty, dirty muyyyyy — the behavior of most of the lifeguards s, going from everything, just pending mobile, I've seen situations muyy compromised. If you go with children, do not lose sight of them because there are very dangerous areas.
— The room cleaners are also more aware of their personal matters with the mobile than to clean, hence the general results previously exposed.
We're going to a mess I'm not going back.

Water park in all inclusive, ideal to spend with children, cabins refurbished and improved with respect to the previous year, regular buffet but according to the type of place, very good attention by employees. Experience and photos from cabins overlooking the pool, a little more noise during the day but a lot of comfort.

Never again. Food is awful, its badly labelled mush and 3 out of our party came down with stomach bugs. We had things stolen, had to move rooms because of the noise. You get the idea. Plus side the pool is good, the bars are good apart from the deafening music. Bottom line it's a glorified campsite for drunks. Avoid.

Magic Robin Hood its called. Fab holiday, great weather, fab food, best holiday ever.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but there are 2 bungalows that are closest to the facilities that I touched one of them have nothing to do with the other bungalows we stayed a weekend several friends several families among them my daughter and My son-in-law and had nothing to do with his rooms to mine costing the same and on Saturday to Sunday they did not make the room nor did they clean it's a shame because we chao the weekend I recommend to anyone who chooses this site for their holiday that if you give it one of The 2 closest bungalows to the restaurant in front of the souvenir shop that says to change a greeting.

Site recommended one hundred percent if you go with children. We spent a whole week there and did not go out more than a day to see some close friends and to visit Benidorm. We all had it there. Great facilities and the staff super friendly.

Stayed here for a week in September with friend and her seven year old daughter. It is very very run down. Accommodation: stripped out caravans, very little storage so lived out suitcases, paper thin walls so can hear neighbours. We asked for a cover on beds because only sheets provided and this was a massive faff requiring me to go down to reception four times. Staff communication is dire. Pool: in need of painting and a good scrub but slides are excellent. Seven year old really enjoyed them and spent hours there. There were a couple closed with no explanation. Probably great for up to 14 year olds. The water Zumba guy was so enthusiastic and made everyone smile. 10/10 to him. Food: imagine school cantine but worse. Flies in food, food not labelled so no idea for veggies/allergies/kids sticking their hands in serving dishes/lot of white carbs/cheap quality. You'll be fine if you want pasta and chips for a week. While dining experience is noisy and stressful with hundreds of families in a massive haul. Fruit never seemed to be ripe when we were there. Chocolate fountain probs had more kids germs in it than chocolate from lack of parental supervision as hands went in. Drinks were good, all branded alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and nice coffee/ kids cocktails. Location: a good 20 min from outskirts of Albir (next town) along a busy road where there is a supermarket. Keep walking anther 20 mins or so and there is a nice beach.

Entertainment not good needs an overhaul staff have not a clue what they r doing.

Nice resort, but can get a little busy.

Very good place with child but 2 km from the Pebble Beach and 2.5 miles from the fine sandy beach. Varied and correct buffets. On the other hand the cleanliness of the water complex is to be revisited!

Reasonable holiday location outside Benidorm. Good place for kids.

I have improved a lot since last year (I was also). The rooms are great, the facilities superb and the staff lovely. The Children (15 and 12) have a great fun.
If I have to put some glue, the dining room is very crowded and the food is not great either in variety or in quality.
It is the 3rd consecutive year that I come and I think it will not be the last.

All very very nice and good people. My muger left the phone on the dining room table and wings 2 hours after eating he started looking for it and I couldn't find it. I went to the dining room and it was closed. I found the manager or boss I do not remember, I told him if I could ask that great man (the waiter) if still visited my wife's cell phone, he told me if he took it and kept it because SAP would go to pick it up. I only have good words for that great man (the waiter). He waited to see him this summer when he returns. This great man works when you enter the dining room right wing in the reserved for adults and at the family tables. Thank you all. Especially that great man. I'll see you soon.

Well it's okay. You arrive at this place, our room was not ready till about 15.00. Room wasn't too bad. The food not great. Breakfast in the morning wasn't up to scratch omelettes were like eating rubber flip flops. Only the good side of this hotel offer were premium drinks in all inclusive package. The robin hood night was good but there was not enough of flowing of drinks, and they didn't serve food till about 10.00 at night, not ideal for small children. Overall we made the most of the nice weather.

Great food. Good location. Use of facilities at all hotels in group.
