What a fantastic hotel!
We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel with great apartments and incredibly friendly staff.

Just came back from a great stay here. The villa we stayed in was really good.

Lovely basic budget hotel right in the middle of town. Predominantly German (we were the only English staying here).

Lovely hotel. It's an older building so not as many plugs as you might like, with the kitchenette area behind some large cupboard doors, but it was great value for money. The staff were lovely.

Perfect place and very close to sea and main square. Rooms was very nice, clean and comfortable bads. On top is terrace with beautiful view on Teide and sea view.

Hacienda del Conde offers a peaceful retreat in the quieter northern part of Tenerife, surrounded by dramatic landscapes and coastal views.

I spent one week at this five-star hotel and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is wonderful, with extremely friendly and professional staff.

The resort is an ideal place for both mature couples and families. The staff and accommodation are first rate and the environment is both clean and quiet.

We have stayed here twice before but a number of years ago. The accommodation has been refurbished and is lovely light modern contemporary style.

The accommodation itself was fabulous. Very quaint apartment with great balcony with lovely views.
Apartment was equipped well enough with 3 ring hob. Microwave. Kettle. Toaster. Coffee machine.

The quietness of the apartment and the view. There was no need to speak to management. All facilities were as described and in perfect working order.

Very little, or we could write a full page on this resort. Simply put this resort is exceptional.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with sea view which was lovely. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi kept dropping out and there were problems with the English TV channels.

The hotel was spotless. Toilets by poolside spotless. Room perfect size. Sofa bed was large so our son was able to sleep comfortably. Meals were fine. We always found something.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Good food. Beds are extremely comfortable. Lovely location. Good atmosphere. Booking system for sunbeds and plenty of them.

This place has some really cool nights and I was lucky enough to take part to one of them. It was all you can eat BBQ for €12 plus €2 for a beer.

It’s the best vibe hostel I’ve been ever, everyone is so nice and welcoming, we got a lot of amazing activities together.

Great hotel. Staff friendly our room was lovely and hotel really clean. Food ok but it is so central you can eat out. Evening entertainment was not great but we forgave that and again you can go out.

The rooms are spotless. Towels changed twice daily. Sheets every three days. The public rooms are also spotless.
The service from waiting to bar staff to ancillary staff is second to none.

Great location and value, starting to show so wear and tear but still a good experience. We stayed all inclusive, and the foot were more than sufficent.

Spent a week at this hotel with all my family and has a lovely time. The hotel is absolutely spotless and remained that way throughout out stay.

Great holiday resort, staff friendly and helpful. Can’t fault anything food is great. Constant supply of foods and drinks. Only disadvantage is it’s on a hill.

First holiday abroad ever! And couldn’t of chose a more brilliant hotel! It’s so gorgeous and all the staff are lovely.

Nice hotel in the centre of the city. Great position. Nice room but unfortunately not good view.

Just finishing our last day of staying at El Tope and I can not fault it. Super friendly, clean, good food, fab location and just around Great pick 👌 😊

Very nice resort. Even though the room is slightly smaller than the Hapimag we had stayed before, The facility is very much as what we always expected. The highlight is the “warm” swimming pool.

Frikin Instagram place! You don't know what you are missing if only thing you care about is you. This place is awesome and filled with history from time before phones.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly stuff, great breakfast with homemade buns-delicious! The food in the restaurant was like if your grandmother would cook that, really good.

We were surprised finding such a nice hotel in this place. We had live music during lunch and the food they served was the very best we had on Tenerife.

We have enjoyed an excellent brunch in their cafeteria. High quality products and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay here, lots of little thoughtful touches. Beautiful rustic escape with stunning coastline and lovely cafes a close drive.

A spectacular site and environment. Beautiful, quiet and well-equipped houses. Very comfortable beds. Outdoor jacuzzi. It's very worth it.

We travelled here in January and had a really lovely time. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you need. It's tucked away in a quiet valley with wonderful views.

Awesome location and views. Can see the snow capped mt teide from the balcony. Didn't have breakfast myself but from what I saw, it was lovely. Rooms are clean and well designed.

The location and the view are absolutely incredible. Our stay felt like a dream. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

Fantastic hotel in a great location 5 min walk to the beach surrounded by an abundance of shops and restaurants. Can’t speak about the all inclusive food, because my preference is self catering.

We checked in with a family of 4. Lovely rooms, personnel so far very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, nightlife is wild but doesn't matter to us, we can sleep anyways.
