A wonerful little treasure to be found in the hills. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Pool brillient and great for sunbathing by and then the roof top later if still wanting to catch the rays into the evening. We had a very restful stay and the food in the village was excellent and reasonably priced. The area has quite a big hill to the village, but worth the walk up for the taverns x.

The situation of the hotel is perfect for exploring the south of Tenerife. Quiet location half way between the Teide and the area of the beaches.

There we were attended by no one in our entire stay. And difficult to be able to dine in the area. Had to travel by car or yes.

Beautiful structure Fantastic Services.

What I liked the most is that it's very quiet, no noisy kids, no parties, no drunk shouting at night or door banging. On the downside is that there is no restaurant or bar open for guests which means if you want to have some food you have to go out or stock up. My Internet never worked which ruined my plans on getting some work done. The location is good if you have a car because buses are not very regular. Overall its good and feels very safe here and the receptionist is always available upon a call or text.

Very bad Management. Horrible place and filthy. Stay away they are very bad. Smell of Vomit. No one in reception. Never get towels. Discusting, this place is in Teneriffe Spain, Please stay away.

3 star hotel at best Basic room with kettle, TV, heater and shower Room made up every day, no amenities so a car is a must, car park is tight I started to park across the road as I didn't fancy damaging the hire car. 2 single beds put together with a fitted sheet across them with 1 of the bases sagging but guess you get what you pay for Cheep, clean and quite so I can't complain.

Very comfortable, clean, quite hotel. Wonderful staff and amazing location because there's a beach at 10 minutes driving or mountains at 5 minutes. All facilities. Well recommended for those who wants peace and relaxed time.

I thought that was strange. The hot water didn't work for two days and no one offered to compensate for it, no detail. Close to the hotel there are two bars a small shop and little else, it should also be something that is discussed in the description. They have some rooms that give directly to the street and at night it is annoying to listen to the people passing, which is not much but annoying as well to sleep so I stay in the city. The room had neither mini bar nor absolutely nothing and not having any room service you could not ask for ice, not critical the type of reception as much as the lack of resources in general of the hotel and the room that I saw, I would not go back for the whole of these things.

Reception only at morning, changeing towels not every day, bad and expencive breakfast.

Negative experience after booking in September 2016 and after paying 70% of the total, 10 days from departure I was canceled the reservation making me lose the cost of the plane. All x six people. They're scammers.

Pros: — Big and well made rooms. — Really quiet and secure place. — Nice town, where you can find everything you'll need. — Great view on the seashore. — Much closer to mountains and forest => amazing fresh air! Cons: — Narrow parcking. If you have a car bigger than Daewoo Matiz, forget about it. But it is a lot of free parcking around hotel. — Absolutely unsecuired Fi-Wi (default passwords & settings on routers etc. ) In the bottom: If you looking for a quiet place to rest far from civilization & turistic noise, this hotel will be the best choice!
