Hi stayed in villa mandi no less than a week ago. The staff were great could not do enough for you. The apartments and pools were super. But the food was terrible we were all inclusive so I tasted for a week. It was the same fish for the week hake and the red meat was the same as well not worth the money for all inclusive.

Had a very nice holiday with my family. 4 adults and 2 children. Our accommodation was a bit dated but kept very clean. The all inclusive was typical of Spanish hotels. Food not great but we were never hungry. The entertainment was aimed mainly at the children. It is near to the FABULOUS Siam Water Park which was free entry for us with First Choice. There was something at the water park for every age group. I am in my mid 60's and had great fun. All in all we had a fun holiday.

Love this place! We came the first time when it was self catering as a couple, loved it then! I returned last year with my 1 year old daughter and my parents and it is now all inclusive, we were very worried as the reviews weren't very good when we looked online but within the first day of arriving we had made our minds up that they were just people who like to moan about anything. We loved it here, the food was great, obviously being all inclusive and a buffet it isn't al a carte but what do you expect? The food was warm, good variety, tasty. Drinks were really Good, pool areas are Brilliant, lovely and clean, heated pool nice and warm so was ideal for my little girl and I to have a splash around. Our room was lovely, nice and big, big bathroom, has a terrace which would have been better without steps as we had the pram, a him shuffling 1 year old and my disabled mother but we muddled through and it didn't spoil our holiday at all. Looking to go back here soon!

Very nice hotel with good service 2 Wi-Fi pool in the rooms the food remains correct and the small downside is hotel which is eccentric, 1 good kilometer from the city.

Some of the staff were awsome. Especially Handsome Jorge. Well situated for the beach and a free bus to Siam Park. We were all inclusive and enjoyed the drinks and buffet style meals. pools warned up quickly and staff kept the kids happy.

I went to the SPA. Tiny but okay.

Quiet place, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and very good value for money.

The restaurant very average, especially made for an English clientele.

Currently enjoying a week break here. Nice resort, very nice staff. Plenty of food choices. On all inclusive but not offered famous named brands and low alcohol content on spirit.

Last day of a week holiday here. Weather been hot at times but chilly and overcast also. Hotel spotless and cleaners are always out. Rooms lovely, spacious and well fitted out. Due to time of year it's quite quiet but I would imagine it's great fun in height of summer. The pools are lovely and one is heated, food good although there is too many fish dishes on the menu. Could always find something that we liked though. Check in was quick and efficient. The animation team work tirelessly and are great fun if you wanted to join in or just lay back and watch. The only negatives is some (by no way all) could be happier, some are not particularly friendly. Good hotel and lovely holiday though.

The staff are very helpful, lovely clean room. Brilliant holiday, definitely go again.

Hello horrible stay despite the nice weather for the new year.
Buffet exclusively for the English in the morning at noon and in the evening. All inclusive can be called the Nothing included. Espresso coffee pay or socks juice.
Bedroom: After opening the couch for ADO. I found panties + pen + grime. No excuse of management for a 5 star bathroom/Very large no home products. + Toilet in bathroom finally horrible if it was possible I would put a zero hotel only for English beer + gross meal.

Having a fab time at villa Mandi. So sad to be leaving tomorrow. Massive thank you to all the staff. Would recommend highly.

Food is horrendous, cold and always the same. Breakfast is also served in other things for lunch then dinner including runner beans Rolls are out all day so are dry and crusty. The drinks have a really bad after taste. Connor is no good as a rep, we told him about the food and told to fill out a form, we went to fill in a form and were told we would get an email 3 days after we leave. Do not use the front desk excursions as really cheap and nasty, sat on a hot coach for 2 hours to go Loro Parque and was nearly passing out. For the most, staff are friendly but some are rude. The apartments are very nice and clean.

Well maintained hotel recently refurbished throughout, advised this hotels first time at inclusive catering. Outside stands serving cold drinks and ices for kids pleasure. Outside areas where great good sized swimming pools which where kept clean and water tested. They were monitored by lifeguards which was a welcome sight. Kitchen is brand new, downside food was well presented but cold. Understanding hot climate warm food but cold is cold. Bit more variety could be a good thing as within a couple of days we where eating same things again. Rooms where of a good size with small kitchen adjacent to living room. Well maintained throughout and tied ed every day by staff. Small shop attached to hotel so fresh bottled water always available and other provisions. Supermarket in near town is about 10-15min walk. At night kid disco and other shows are available it kept the kids entertained and bar available for adults. Hopefully there first attempt will have been a good test and others will benifit. Would go again.

All inclusive 1 week stay with kids. Decent food. Spacious and clean family apartament. No morning fights 4 sunbeds at the pools. The pools not large so is the hotel. Surrounding not very pleasant except the view to the golf site. Siam Park inclusive does make a difference. 20 minutes/6 EUR taxi to the beach. Some may complain about a bit remote location but I liked it as had no problem to park my rented car.

Really beautiful. The food at will and access to Siam Park are a big plus. It's very nice. The animations are not phew and the Kid Park is for English speaking children only but everything else is top.

All inclusive except…, the TV that pays off, the Ice tea, the cocktails…, but very charming, very nice staff, very nice setting, no mosquitoes, very classy hotel, food exclusively for the English…, very clean and quiet framing
No croissant for breakfast, lack of diversity in the food, and no local specialties, pity…

In love ❤️ with this place, truly a dream hotel. Lovely apartments great beds and huge bathrooms. The kitchen is too die for, and the design and functionality is off the chart. You can cook and eat on your balcony. The pool area are huge. Everything is clean and fresh. The area is very maintained. You will have sun ☀️ every hour of the day. The hotel is very quiet and calm. And super close to the city. You will not be disappointed if you go here.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. I had the best time ever. Location was great, 15 min walk into los Cristianos and away from all the hustle and bustle. 100 montaditos is a must for food, cheap but some of the best food we had. Love it all.

Stayed here in July '13 on self catering basis. Facilities, staff and Thompson team are fantastic. Kids club also great asset. Rooms clean and roomy. Great place to stay.

We are very happy with this resort. The rooms and pool areas are well cleaned daily. We had B&B basis to have more choice for evening meals. The breakfasts were buffet style, we had one evening meal at the hotel, again buffet style. This was basic food so we wouldn't recommend half or full board. 20min walk to either Los Cristianos or play la vistas. The complex is away from all the pubs and clubs and nice and quiet, no idiots. Taxis are 6 euro each way to the towns also there is a free bus in the morning if you prefer. Would stay here again.
