Nice rooms and very central for e everything.

Beautifully clean, large spacious apartments. Sun terrace and upstairs pool area have amazing views and again so clean. We had a lovely breakfast included too. All staff friendly and courteous, including cleaning and pool life guards. Have stayed here twice and would again. Great location for exploring the west side of Tenerife. Thank you again for making our holiday so relaxing.

Love this place its our second time, last time wasnt best, staff wasnt as frendly, lovley big appartments, food we have only breakfast, absolutly inaff, very clean. And reception staff is freadly as ever, wundt advice for same one who wamts to stay hotel the hole time might get boring, but we love the space and place.

They dont let kids In pool with rubber rings… staff are not friendly or helpful, rooms are too warm. This place is far from being child friendly most boring holiday EVER.

We were there for only a week, it was a wonderfull place, with a beautiful appartment with a sea view. Because of the helpful staff, specialy the blond girl who speaked very good english, we write this note. We recommend everyone this stay, place and island.

We have really enjoyed our stay here, lovely place great friendly staff always happy to help. Plenty of choice for breakfast. All clean Swimming pools, hot tub jacuzzi on the roof top, plenty of sun beds, the lovely room we stayed in, the panoramic veiws of the ocean. Would definitely recommend Vigilia Park.

I absolutely love this place me my wife and kids have been here twice and are looking at Comeing back again ❤️✈️☀️ the food is to die for the staff are absolutely brilliant the beach is 5 min away.

Rooms are fine but service isnt very nice! … if you have kids dont take them up to the kids pools area they are not alowed to play! And cant bring your own bottled WATER to there either! Walked past with a bottle in habd and was ponced on to take out of area! Wifi is €25 a week, €15 a week for safe, €15 per day to stay away from busy road! Not nicest place to stay for those reasons!

We were gleefully told that we had been allocated one of the refurbished apartments. And indeed, the bathrooms, bedrooms and lounge spaces were very nicely done. What the staff seemed surprised by was me explaining the kitchens has *not* been refurbished as far as we could tell. Although the hot water heater had been removed to the patio as part of the refurbishment, the cupboard that we assume it had previously been in had not been repurposed as a cupboard, i. E. With shelves. This meant it was a wasted space for food storage. There was no oven, just a stove top which worked well. The kitchen area looked tired and coupled with the range of kitchen implements, they are clearly expecting their guests to go for the half board option. (This was consistent with another family's experience in another apartment. ) I would suggest that whilst their restaurant was good, our children would not have wanted to eat there every night, and the adults would have found the buffet option a tiring food option/formulae. The food was fresh and we did eat well. The big decision is which pool to use? The ground floor one is slightly larger (1.65m deep), and the 4th floor one has the views (1.75m deep) and the toddler's pool. There were lifeguards at both, who did keep an eye on what was going on and step in when necessary. We were able to walk to a range of coastal spots to swim in the sea. Take your snorkel to see the fish and interesting rock formations left by the lava.

Nice clean apartment. Good location, bus stop right outside on main road. Roof top pool is great along with the food served up there. Well worth taking a stroll down the hill one evening to the Fisherman's Inn for food.

Great refurbished apartments. Staff helpful and friendly. Food variety limited for some people but good value. Choice of pools and bars/snacks. Still some noise due to continuing refurbishment but didn't spoil our stay. First time travelling with our baby and travel cot, bedding and baby bath provided. Look forward to returning.

We had a great week at Vigilia Park. The apartment was recently renovated, and everything still looked brand new. Two swimming pools were available, one on top of the roof, and one at ground level. From the roof you have a lovely view of Los Gigantes. All the apartments are situated above a kind of courtyard with lots of nice (but kinda touristy) little shops. Would recommend this place very much for a family with young children.

Good location, near many free parking places, difficulties with parking was not, from the rooms facing the ocean offers a steep view of the cliffs Los Gigantos and the ocean itself. The noise from the shopping arcade in the room did not notice, and on the road is not so much traffic, so you can pay attention to it. The staff was very helpful and helpful. By the way, there is an awesome restaurant El Meson, family business so to speak, there is very cool and colorful, the level is immediately felt, the waiter, he, apparently, one of the main persons, Tskzesti-just a bomb:) Also nearby is a supermarket Lidl with good pastries, groceries and household goods. The rooms are clean, the cleaners come every day. Learned that the wife's birthday, left for her in the room surprise-a bottle of cold champagne, very nice:)
The staff were very friendly and helpful. More precisely the signal weakens closer to the exit of the building, where the rooms with beautiful views, so choose. Bathrooms are made strangers for predators-flood the whole bathroom while you wash, no shelves, no hooks for everything necessary.
Overall the experience is good.

I didn't like the resort at all. Your situation is not bad, but it does not meet the standards.

The hotel is being renovated. We had a nice already renovated apartment with a separate bedroom. Refrigerator and ceramic hob with induction are brand new. No oven and no microwave. Unfortunately, the kitchen cupboards were not renovated. We took care of ourselves or made breakfast. In the evening we went to eat, because various good restaurants are within walking distance.
The lower pool is heated which is very pleasant. The staff is friendly and the Minigolf game is free. Despite the holiday season we always got a lounger by the pool, these and the umbrellas are also new.

The card in a second time stopped working and did not open the door, we got a room with two beds instead of matrimonial, the frying pans were old and scratched and from 7 in the morning I woke up the noises of their works…

A great place for a family holiday. Very spacious, well-equipped apartments. With the desire to be able to power. It's clean and cozy.

Ok holiday room was on road side so quite noisy and not much of a view but you get what you pays for. Staff very friendly and helpful never tried food so can’t comment, happy hour was a good bonus but not if you drank coffee.
Didn’t have one of the new rooms but it was ok however beds where hard and uncomfortable and the sofa bed was even worse. Plenty of equipment for kitchen etc and always plenty of hot water as had instant water heater. Overall the room disappointed but weren’t in it much. I thoroughly recommend the area but if you have any difficulty walking it may be a no no as everywhere is uphill at some point. Went whale and dolphin watching with food and drink a good 3 hours spent.

Excellent location beside public transport, sea swimming, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Great views of Los Gigantes cliffs from the roof pool and relaxation area.

Great place. Very friendly staff. The apartment was fantastic with a bedroom on the upper split level with an en suite, large living space, adequate sized kitchen and bathroom on lower level. Pool very safe and clean. Rooftop bar and pool has great views of the sea and resort. Will definitely be staying here again in future.

Although there is a wide range of animals find the attitude but not justified.

Room clean, nice and modern. Kitchen good with most equipments. Restaurant breakfast ok. Dinner buffet bad.

Just spent a lovely week at this fantastic hotel, we had a newly refurbished room with fantastic views of the sea and the rest of the resort, the staff were superb, really can't fault it! We will be back! 5 star.

Nice hotel for the sea view rooms. A little noisy in the evening at the closing of the shops in the gallery on the ground floor. The French is spoken at the reception which is appreciable.

OK if u want a cheap holiday. Hell of a walk uphill if u go anywhere. The adults only pool isn't!

Absolutely beautiful place and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Best hotel we've ever stayed in. Very clean and all the staff are delightfully freindly and helpful, also there is a shopping centre right below the hotel and has everything you may need. The rooms are lovely and clean also. Can't fault the place at all. Absolutely perfect would recommend to anyone.

Spacious rooms but very old, uncomfortable beds, kitchen utensils, the stay we had was hectic as the hotel is in works from 9 in the morning until 6 pm with constant noise and so have been more than 1 year and apparently have left Another year of work, at least… rest 0 Patater, the staff of the hotel very nice… the state of the furniture super old and sloppy, and in some cases broken as shown in the pictures, not to return…

Not the best place in the world. But grate value for money. View from top floor balcony is worth 1000000 dollars.

Lovely apartments and locations. The only problem we had was when they ask for a €200 euro deposit when we checked in to which we were not informed of before booking. When questioned about the deposit they said it was because they were having renovation work done. I don't see why we as customers should be paying extra because they are having renovations done.

Pleasant stay. Clean apartment with beautiful sea views. Only downside is no oven in kitchenette and no extractor fan in bathroom. Cheap and cheerful self catering stay. Close enough to amenities, lidl very close and bus stop right outside. Taxi down to beach or harbour just 3.15€. Beaches are beautiful!

Hotel with very potential and extra friendly staff, very clean, ongoing renovation should solve aspects of age.

Apartment newly refurbished lots of greys. Ceiling fans noisy. No ventilation/extractor in bathroom. Food and bars a sorry offering. Ants under sunloungers. Met a couple cockroach too but the final straw was a rat. Most reception staff helpful. Bar and restaurant staff lacking the basics. Housekeeping staff very efficient and friendly. Too much chemicals in pools etc. Would I recommend it NO.

Good price. Large apartment with additional room. There's 2 pools and good facilities on site and just outside for tours. However, it was in poor condition and after we'd booked we were told renovation was taking place so had the soothing sounds of builders. Also, the kitchen was infested with insects. Outside of the hotel there's not much to do in the area.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Rooms r what u pay for but can not fault them in any way as there was everything possible in there. Staff are so very friendly and pleasant also cleaning maids are lovely. We haven't stayed all inclusive but plenty of restaurants to eat at. Myself and daughter are in awe of the spectacular roof top terrace views. Thank u for a truely wonderful stress free holiday, although still have couple days left. We shall recommend highly.

My wife and I had a room for 7 days in this hotel.
Negative:
The decor of the rooms is completely outdated and worn out condition. The extractor fan in the kitchen was completely rusted and no longer use. Floor tiles were partially damaged. In the bad old bathtub. The beds were two metal beds with Pocket-sprung mattresses. They were to describe rather than camp bed and not as a bed for people who want to enjoy their holiday.
The room was unfortunately location to a major regional road and therefore one could sleep only when the window is closed which is actually impossible in a room with no air conditioning in this region.
Exactly when the swimming pool the same about something obsolete and defective.
Now to the food. We had booked half board. In the morning, there was a small command with some fruit, bacon and eggs, coffee and juice. There was no fresh bread rolls. The Doner exactly the same noodles with spaghetti sauce dry bread was some cold cuts and the.
Luckily, there are plenty restaurants and walking in 2 minutes a Lidl supermarket.
Positive:
Even if everything was outdated it was clean. Very friendly hotel staff. And even though the room was noisy a wonderful views of Los Gigantes.
Despite all negativities, I must say that is the value for money we paid nothing for the seven days.
Again I don't want but in this hotel.

Aparthotel in Puerto Santiago offers a service of quality and to each price very interesting…

The rooms are quite well, but would have q change the mattresses. Sheets change them every week and this is a filth because with the beach are full of Earth. The pisci and that phenomenal, great views, but charge for everything. There is free Wi-Fi, you have q pay it apart, and for anything you ask for deposit.

For my it better facilities, it worse beds should change mattresses, otherwise recommend it has a swimming pool on the rooftop with spectacular jacucci.

We asked for a quiet room a where given a room by the lift with children running up and down all the time very noisy.

The hotel in general was the staff, very nice and helpful which you helped and solve any questions or problems.
The worst the buffet, we had buffet for breakfast and I don't recommend it to anyone. The pastry bag, always the same and sometimes already stale. The juice machine was disgusting, knew anything to juice. Hot every day the same, bacon, eggs, beans and sausages, just one day of the 11 who were surprised us with cakes and churros (that if frozen bag). When you saw that bananas were already very mature not to worry that the next day you put or milkshake of banana or fritters. No variety and less home.
The apartemeto at a glance seemed clean, not dust, but no andaras was barefoot because you weaker with the black feet in a few minutes. One day we got a suitcase under the bed and aldia following when we take her off with her left a dry orange peel (the funny thing is that we not ate oranges at any time). Leave it in the middle of the room so that they barrieran it and for three days but it was with us. Nor expect that you clean any pileup that use, will have that manage you them to wash them, since nor you leave or scourer or SOAP to it do you.
He sofa, in addition to be the more uncomfortable in which I have sitting, had the upholstery dirty and with stains of dubious provenance.
The water from the shower did not have any pressure and they will not let any SOAP.

Didn't think I would like it at first but in the end I loved it! staff are super friendly and go above and beyond their jobs to make you feel welcome — Brilliant customer Service. Facilities are good, location is great — I recommend having a few mojitos on the top floor bar — stunning views! Cant wait to visit again I fell in love with the island and people thank you all so much for such an amazing holiday (Hotel Vigilia park, Staff, Customers, Locals) — hasta la proxima x.

Hotel is fine for those who does not have high expectations. Rooms have quite old furniture, but has all appliances. Our room didn`t have view to the ocean I assume due to low price. However the rooftop of Vigilia Park has a marvelous view, pool, Jacuzzi, sunbeds and bar. If that is enough for you to be happy with hotel Vigilia is for you.
