What a fantastic place to stay rooms are massive the staff always ready to help, if staying would recommend the therapy rooms, the location has fantastic views. The pool was a amazing space. See you soon.

Nice hotel, but there's basically nothing around… The beaches are far away and the sea is horrendous. It's always raining and it's cold. I've never seen the sun in a week. It remains in the northern part of the island and☹ to find the movida you have to make an hour's drive and go to the south part of the island.

Nice hotel in a quiet and residential área. Well located for the trips I wanted to do. Exceptional staff. Clean and spacious room. Familiar atmosphere.

Great apartment hotel in Tenerife! We had a great time, the rooms were big and the hotel had many services and a huge pool.

Good hotel. Big rooms, food was good and a nice pool. Good cleaning staff and reception. The staff at the bar was ok as well, except the old waiter which was grumpy most of the time and good not speak English very well. We preferred to do our evening drinks outside the hotel. Place can be recommend for sure, value for money is good.

Unfortunately my holiday is already over, but I had a wonderful stay at La Quinta Park Suites.
Beautiful quiet location, nevertheless mobile by shuttle to Puerto de la Cruz, the staff in the restaurant, Barznd reception were always very accommodating and always friendly and helpful!
Also a very great praise to the cleaning ladies.
It was cleaned every day and this you could see the hotel!
There was plenty of choice at the buffet, so everyone found something. Likewise, people with zb allergies were addressed and the chef brought fresh food separately to the table, really a great service!
The beautiful view over Puerto de la Cruz, the Teide and the evening sunset were really fantastic.
A two small criticisms on my part. Apparently I was there before the season from 18.6.18 to including this morning (28.8.18).
When we arrived at the hotel at night, we were unfortunately not given any information about spa possibilities including prices, restaurant opening hours or sports activities.
They could be asked for searches in the hotel and also found, which is a little cumbersome and also not appealing.
Vll would like to lay out a map in the rooms. After conversations with all inclusive guests (I had half board plus) this was communicated and communicated on arrival. I hope that this was just an oversight and that there is no two-tier society here. Since Monday 25.6.

We had a very nice holiday here. Have been received kindly. Breakfast and dinner always very tasty, great choice. The staff in the restaurant super friendly. Our apartment very nice and clean, with beautiful views. Pool also very nice. You absolutely need a rental car to explore the very nice area.

Great hotel with very busy staff
Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather, but could make very good use of the hotel's wellness offer. Unfortunately, the spa is not for children under the age of 16 to use. This is of course very sad as it is just kids getting bored quickly. At mealtimes, the staff was always trying very hard to clean up all the plates that were already in use … Sometimes maybe too fast.
Rooms are very clean equipped with everything you need for your holiday.
The outdoor area is well maintained and from it you have a fantastic view of the sea and every evening of an unforgettable sunset.
When eating, there is always something for everyone, even for the evenings is there with a varied program for everyone.
We have had a nice time and would recommend it again at any time.

Not a single complaint. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food varied (there were vegetarians in the group) and very rich with fresh produce. They helped us very kindly with the birthday of a partner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did use the spa, the massages and the experience was very good.

Room that is an apartment with kitchen, living room, terrace, room and bathroom, two flat screen TV and spa and breakfast included by €50 the two people, I think it is very well.

Very nice hotel, my room was clean and we had a view for the ocean. Food was okay. Unfortunately to leave the apartment you had to go through many stairs, so this may be not a best place for people with children. Also the indoor swimming pool is only for people over 16 years old, so again not a good place for children.

We spent 10 days at La Quinta in March and were unfortunately a bit disappointed.
The location is good and offers a magnificent view of the sea. There are also supermarkets and various restaurants on the other side of the highway. Next to the hotel there is a small shop. Parking is available in front of the hotel or you can book an underground parking space.
Our room was in the bottom area and equipped with extra kitchen and living room. Where a renovation would be appropriate. The bed was completely secluded but it was clean. Also annoying was the terrace to the hallway, so you could be watched wonderfully.
The food was just bad, there was little variety and the quality was very poor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A hotel with a great view. Large rooms with a separate bedroom and kitchen, but they are difficult to use due to the lack of facilities. Car absolutely necessary.

Nice stay. Some rooms are ageing and deserve to be renovated.

Hearty buffet: at each meal we find the classics but also new, different between noon and evening.
The pool is not heated damage at the beginning of the season. The pool of the Spa, it is €7 the 2 hours forbidden less 16 years, very pleasant.
Free shuttle from 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm 19 pm to go to Puerto de la Cruz, and 30 min after for very nice returns.

A good choice when you are looking to escape from the city noises. All the staff gave us a very nice deal, even over the phone. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All the meals were delicious and all the activities they planned were splendid, total relaxation for couples.

Worst SPA I have ever been. Services are bad in general. It is nicely located, the rooms are ok. They assigned us to the wrong room. Messy!

A peaceful atmosphere in an area with spectacular views… no great shakes… and a good customer service.

It is a good place to relax in the north as long as it is not holiday or weekends as it gets crowded and the relaxation in that case is nil.
Good price for residents, 10 euros.
They should renovate it a bit, paint, pool tiles and some more cleaning in the Jacuzzi as you see some brown tiles being their original white color.

Despite the hallinexclusive it is necessary to add a little money on some drinks otherwise very well clean and personal hotel always listening.

It is not a 5 star hotel, but as a 4 star hotel it deserves top marks. Great Suites (large living room, large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, large balcony), ample breakfast — and dinner buffet, extremely friendly staff, excellent value for money, convenient location. What more could you want?

This hotel is a horrible super old, bathroom of the seedy curtains would give you creeps just thinking about you rubbing against, the towels worn out and the cleaning shines but by their absence! in general the state of the alleged suite (apartment with kitchen) was deplorable, I would not recommend it for anything less evil that only were 2 days of all my trip in Tenerife, please this could have stars in his inauguration, but now it's a hostel, no offense and simply to be realistic. I don't tend to be so critical, but a hotel and ruin your holiday! The surrounding villages have great charm and there is a rice dishes I seem to remember that it's called mary's close which is super good!

I've been to the hotel several times since 2011. Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms and bungalows very good and well equipped. Something to relax, because the north is not so overflowing.

I think its the worst plave evere. I had one week at the hotel on February… it was extremley cold in the room. If you want to use the spa you have to pay extra, also you have to pay if u want to use the gym… the hotel was full of old people… I left one day earlier and the hotel's bus refused to take me to the town coz I had baggage. So I took a taxi for 20 euros (10km).

The room was very good and the staff was very nice and the staff were very close to the hotel. The whole suite was large and spacious both the room and the bathroom that had bath tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a horrible super old hotel I would not recommend for anything less bad that we only stayed 2 days of my entire trip in Tenerife.

Good Hotel! Location a little modest… Clouds hung constantly in front of the mountain, so there was hardly any nice weather and even rain was there! If you drove a few kilometers to the south, it was a bright blue sky!

Kitchen lacked some of basics and the pool was freezing, not heated as advertised, I'd recommend a car or your limited for any local amenities. Great views, hotel and rooms clean and spacious.

It's a great hotel. But it has been quite old as most of the area. In the photos you see it in a way but then you can actually be disappointed. In general has a pass although personally I think that 4 * as this now is a lot.

Hotel with good price — performance ratio. Nice pool area and large sun terrace with great views. Large clean and functional apartments with kitchen, TV (several German programs) and WLAN. At meals there is a delicious buffet.
Regular and free shuttle bus service from the hotel to Puerto de la Cruz to the centrally located shopping centre.
The disadvantage, however, is that the electrical system does not always meet expectations, especially in the case of rain. That's not how the phones worked for more than a week. The outdoor lighting on the access routes and staircases of the bungalows did not work in case of humidity for an extended period of time, thus increased risk of falls.

Very good hotel. Except the packed baskets for lunch that are pitiful and unworthy of a good quality hotel. Damage. Presentation and composition of the deplorable basket. Everything else is excellent.

The stars are in the sky because the hotel is not worth what you pay for obsolete facilities, the heating or the hot water of the shower does not work, that does leave you a small electric radiator that does not have enough power to heat the room.
We won't be back.

Nice big room with own kitchen. The balcony was above average size and equipped with table and chairs. The cleaning lady has done mediocre work, behind the doors and in the bathtub were always hair or dust. Really annoying was the very, very loud music of the entertainment program in the evening. Unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor just above the social hall. Our 18-month-old daughter has grown up several times. The soundproofing in the hotel is really underground, you can literally hear the neighbors in the neighbouring room. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special either. Unfortunately I had to point the waiter once in the morning to moldy toast.
The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The view of Puerto de la Cruz is picturesque.

Disadvantage: The hotel is not close to a stand or You cannot walk from the hotel as there are high steep edges.

A very nice place to spend a good afternoon. Large swimming pool with water jets and hot and cold Jacuzzi with aquatic beds.

It is a quiet place, the facilities are OK but around there is nothing, you have to have car or as do the retirees who come here spend the day at the hotel or rent excursions.

Hotel 4 * A little bit. Nice view and nice pool. Room nickel and rather clean. Not try the SPA. Very responsive Service. Breakfast Buffet good and varied but the evening rather average. Too much variety but not enough quality. Beach at 10 min by shuttle. Sometimes more space and you have to wait one hour for the next.

Just spent a week here and over all I was happy with my choice. We had a sea view suite with breakfast included. The location of the hotel is great if you’re after a quiet getaway. However, if you’re after some activities then I recommend hiring a car as most places are too far for a taxi. Our room was well equipped and roomy. Clean and tidy. Perhaps the furnishings were a little dated but for me the key is it not being tired which it wasn’t. And there was a daily maid service too. The room had its own balcony with fantastic views (I have attached photos). The hotel it’s self is much the same as the room. Very clean and well presented with very friendly staff that were happy to help. Where the hotel stands out though is the spa facilities which are fantastic and very well priced and up to date. We only opted for the breakfast as we like to venture away from the hotel to find nice places to eat which we did very easily. The breakfast buffet was ok with plenty to choose from but after a few days we were starting to get disappointed with the quality of food. However, I never really go to hotels expecting a extremely high standard so I wasn’t totally disappointed. Overall for the price we paid we were very happy with the place. If you want a nice chilled place with great staff and spa facilities then you can’t go far wrong.

Hotel is not 4* — very basic rooms, needs updating. Kitchen old, no kettle provided — did not see the point of a kitchen with no kettle. No air conditioning. Drab interior / exterior. Could not use the indoor pool, part of the spa facility. Breakfast good, lunch OK, dinner poor. Drinks where horrendous in the all inclusive package. Would not recommend this hotel.

Place and great views. Nice deal.
You have a "bus" at the door that takes you to the city.
We are owners in timeshare regime for many years and no problem.
Perfect enclave to make all the obligatory visits to the island.

Very clean and great views! Staff are friendly and very professional. They upgraded our Junior Suite room with no views to a Junior Suite with fabulous views to Mount Teide because they were full. The hotel is very well located.

For the Italians the food and what is offered as everything included in the bar can disappoint… ideal place for people who want quiet…

We spent 5 nights there and I can only say what agustísimo that I have been. The room, big, nice and cozy, for to say something would put a TV in the rooms. Not only in the living room, but as I had a sofa bed, we estirabamos to see the TV. The bed huge and very comfortable and the pillows also. The shower came out with a lot of pressure and very warm as we like it to us. The cleanliness of the room great. The treatment of the staff great, all very helpful and friendly. The buffet is very good, quite a variety, in addition to say that in a breakfast I saw as a child that possibly was lactose intolerant, he drew a good breakfast for him, and that detail is very important, and that to say of the maitres, waiters and cooks, kind, caring and friendly. The animation I cannot say much because during the day I was just barely, but the night very fun. I have taken some delicious cocktails in the lobby bar, and I have been served by waiters very friendly. The swimming pool great, big and clean and was very comfortable, although the hotel is very large, it is scaled up as in some hotels. In summary, brilliant in tooooodos aspects, if I go back to Tenerife, I will try to return to that hotel. Congratulations.

Great balcony and the hotel in general. But this hotel is very quiet there are no discos, almost no people on the pool. But the choice of the food there is limited day by the day is the same. But it's clean I gotta say.

This is a beautiful hotel and the food is great too! Staffs are very helpful location is convenient to shops! And not to mention housekeeping is great I never stayed at a hotel and they made all my things so tidy! It's very great, our bedroom have the beautiful sea view, the only disappointment was this hotel don't have a currency exchange which it wasn't very convenient so please make sure you have euros with you, but I would still personally recommend to all travelers.

Very nice place, large rooms and overlooking the sea. Clean structure, only sore note the kitchen, I did not like anything. Very nice waiters.

My partner and myself have just returned from this hotel, we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the waiting staff and bar staff work very hard … We were confused though by the fact that it was advertised as having a beach 250 meters away, yet staff said there was NO beach nearby.! … Also advertised was a large area for walks, only walks available were if you walked around the pool! or into the village… We did do the walk into the village and around all the surrounding streets at the hotel admiring the beautiful houses, but not the kind of walk we had thought it would be… The food was good, always found something… The hotel is tired looking, but on our visit they were doing a lot of the rooms up, so hopefully improvements are happening… On the whole it's a beautiful setting, the views of Mount Tiedi can be stunning, and not built up and touristy with it being the only hotel in the area…

3 hours to wait for a room they have to clean. We booked two rooms, they could prepare at least one so they did not leave a family to lounging without worrying at all and saying before it is "muy ready" and then to wait.

4 hours waiting for the delivery of the room keys… half day thrown away because of them.

I enjoyed my stay! Rooms were clean and food was good. Entertainment was great. Reception Staff was so helpful. We were the only English speaking guests, which made communication difficult.

Good hotel but a little old. Staff attentive and friendly. Facilities include heated outdoor pool, which is appreciated. The rooms are spacious, beds are large but a little uncomfortable.

A very quiet hotel in the North of the island, the facilities are quite complete and very large and clean rooms. Ideal to rest a few days in your area spa and enjoy its heated outdoor swimming pool, the bed was large and comfortable. Knowing that you are going to an area quiet in Tenerife and that you should take your car to any displacement is a perfect hotel to disconnect. The only but is that, for my taste, I need to upgrade to a line more modern.

We are / were two weeks here with our daughter. The hotel has a great view and the rooms are generous. This a beautiful park. Everything in the days come but still enjoyable.
The food is unbearable. Mass rather than class. Despite all inclusive we no longer use it since day 4 because it is really unfit for human consumption. Less but would be useful with at least medium quality makes in a darkened room without daylight stinks of chlorine from the spa next door.
The staff is usually friendly. Unpleasant, that we us several times in the restaurant — although not far from filled — with our daughter to a 2 instead of one of the free 4 tables to use. We literally had to fight us, we get enough space.
Also incomprehensible: to lie during the Sandcastle of our daughter on the balcony I asked concerns for two for my pregnant wife and me, because we wanted to leave our daughter alone in the room. I can't — I completely understand — but if outside stacks the deck chairs as a result to more guests/use and we had a clear reason, it's not worth in highly customer-unfriendly and simply money.
Too bad actually, but a holiday I can recommend only — Insb all-inclusive.

Professional services, even if there is a bit of problem with the communication with the staff in English they are really kind and helpful to make our holiday enjoyable as much as possible. Accommodations are clean and tidy with plenty of room and facilities. Food is pretty much guest oriented, you can choose from more type of food like spanish, Italian, English, German or French… Plus you have free bus transfer to the local nearby town! We can only recommend it! :)

Staff very friendly and obliging. Eat more on average, rooms in the main building of IO. Pool and Spa well, everything shut something in the years come. Little children, and quiet.

I spent a week in this hotel and I am disappointed because I was alone and as you know the only people paying a suplement I was hoping to have a nice view from my room but the one given on the arrival of the cars and tiny compared to the suites that were in this hotel I feel as a charge we have a somewhat more correct room
one night I had no hot water, so I went down home and there they told me kindly regained my room a person gone get over quickly at the end of half an hour still nobody so it took back home and finally the service man followed me to explain he had to run water 10 minutes on all the faucets in my bathroom to get hot water and as a result of this mishap.
you have just rewarded me with a plate of fruit on my table I had fruit at the restaurant as it was a buffet so I have not found this very satisfying gesture
the first night I arrived I felt coming in a home so that was sad and not even a welcome drink to wish you well
the location we are far away from all of the city from the beach
In addition if you want to enjoy the sona covered pool complex there pay a supplement
the only positive thing that I hold this stay is the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant hall
Summary I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quite nice hotel to visit the North of the island very rich landscape. Diversity of menus, nice view of the sea from the esplanade. Too bad that a series of rooms "bungalow" is online giving no view; just a little on the teide.

Low points: we arrived late at night, a frugal meal was waiting for us (plate under cellophane giving not very want water to drink and one not very courteous staff. ) The following days were much better.
Only the staff of host speaks french.
Access to the indoor pool paid as well as the sauna and hammam (€10 for the pool for 2 hours and €10 for the sauna and hammam, a bit pricey. After the hikes, we would have loved to relax; In addition, it closes at 8 pm.
A guide was waiting for us at the airport in the South of the island who welcomed us and the next day for essential information and take excursions. Then we do again it;

We spent a week family of two adults and two children 16 and 14 years, the deal has been charming, waiters, front desk and especially the entertainment staff, the chosen regime was all-inclusive and we found it perfect, both for quality as for quantity, having access to all the facilities of the hotel, the family room of luxé also perfect. It was the second time that we returned to this hotel after 21 years and it has seemed to us that has evolved very positively. By putting a "but", that my daughter was not able to enter the spa, since that is the norm for over 16 years, (but the rules are to respect them). The last day that you leave the room before 12:00 noon, as the flight was leaving at 20:00 we were able to continue to use the all inclusive until departure, no doubt we will repeat a third time. Thank you for having made us spend a holiday great.

The hotel has charm… although lack ilumunacion through the corridors is something tetrico… the staff wonderful but something quemadillo, the worse the topic of the "all-inclusive", but would sell for say full board with free drinks but beware the lunch is a la carte with little variety and with supplement the majority of dishes… painful…
