A beautiful hotel with wonderful sea views.
Our room was very spacious and tasteful furnishings, large powerful shower pool. Large balcony with sun awning and the most amazing views of the sea and the salt
Water pool and rock. … I could sit in the hotel gardens and watch and listen to sea, so peaceful
The staff were also amazing smiley, happy and friendly, they appeared to speak, Spanish,
Germany and English. The Spa did great massages. Loved all the treatments they did, including the thalassotherapy pool, which was so lovely and warm. Beautiful treatments by Noah and Jessica Nice gym and personal trainer, great walks in the area. We tried the fx Mayr detox cure which was interesting. However, I was disappointed in
the food, was hoping for more variety, flavour. Would of liked more talks and information about the FX Mayr cure and how to apply in very day life. (cooking course would be nice)
Maybe that was my fault for not investigating the diet offered here. Apart from the food, there is nothing else I can say was bad. My teenager
got a little bored but I found their library so read a few good books. All in all, great holiday and my daughter and I lost 2kg in one week! Very happy with that I would come back again, feel relaxed and stress free.

Have booked Ayurveda Package. The treatments were very good and soothing. Elias the Ayurveda doctor also gave me valuable tips. The hotel complex is as described. I am very satisfied with my stay here.

Toxic experience at a spa I have a stressful life, constantly involved in litigation. For the last 7 years or so, I have been spending weeks at the Oceano, which have relaxed me. I have built a great relationship with many of the therapists, especially Isidro. More recently there have been arguments about overcharges, just as we have been leaving. This is far from an ideal way of departing from a spa. We have always booked through Femke of SiS. Before I went last time Femke assured me she would absolutely make sure it did not happen. The reverse was true: Isidro went deep into my stress, and at the same it felt like the management were "attacking" me over the bill, claiming the deposit was not returnable, etc. In my vulnerable state, I turned to Femke: she claimed SiS was only responsible for making the booking. My blood pressure increased, yet Dr Rolle (the resident doctor) was not able to see me. The whole experience was making me worse, I felt this, so checked out before I had planned to do so. Since checking out I have fallen over and lost the power of speech temporarily. I have been seeing a Cranial osteopath in the UK who agrees with my diagnosis, Whilst being open to the treatment for stress I was getting I was particularly vulnerable: this caused the symptoms described above, and only now some 3 months later, do I feel divorced enough to write about this experience. FX Mayr central office has assured me they have no responsibility for the treatment at Oceano.

The 5 stars are for the complete package. The hotel is beautifully located in the north-east of Tenerife and offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean from each room. Right outside the door is a great sea pool. If you are looking for peace and nature in a dignified atmosphere, this is the right place. The staff and the director are very friendly and helpful. Small deductions for the professional, but for the recovery effect to neglect.

We chose this hotel because it seemed the ideal option to relax and we were not wrong. We are the ones who prefer hotels with spa thanks to all the treatments that we can receive without leaving the hotel. In the rooms you sleep with the sound of the ocean very nice, besides having a spectacular view.

Very good hotel. You have plenty of options to go to this hotel, such as going to thalasso bath or jumping into the pool. There are also cool hikes available.

I enjoyed all of the treatments including the osteopathy, massage, algae, colonics and Thalasso pool. The cold water pool was a nice contrast to the hot saunas to get the circulation going. The doctor provided thorough instructions which I still use today. I am from Canada and found the other guests, from Germany, Austria, UK and Spain to be quite friendly. I don't think I would change a thing and am looking forward to my next, hopefully longer stay.

I really loved my recent first stay at the Oceano Hotel & Health Spa in the green North of Tenerife. We tried a few of the treatments in the beautiful Spa, which were all fantastic. Breakfast and all the meals and drinks we had were delicious. All the staff was very friendly and helpfull.
Our beautifully decorated room was spacious and had a great view of the sea from the balcony to the front and the mountains to the back of the hotel. I loved the very close Ocean and its relaxing rushing and the natural saltwater Pool just outside the Hotel.
The tropical gardens and daybeds and also the pool within the hotel were also lovely. I really recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet surrounding and hope to come back very soon.

The Océano is just great. The location in the north of the island alone is fantastic — the Green Anaga Mountains in the back, the Atlantic Ocean just outside the door. Fantastic views of the palms, the sea and the teide in appropriate weather. The staff is very friendly, the hotel very nice and clean and the tranquility you have here is truly unique. The restaurant uses all kinds of regional products that are freshly prepared and in the spa I have tried a sea salt and almond peeling, among other things-great! will be well recovering to leave again.

A place ready to disconnect and feel the breeze… in the middle of the Anaga Mountains… Spa, medical and aesthetic treatments coupled with a gastro — exceptional restaurant… Best regards.

Océano is a paradise on earth! A wonderful place for people who are genualy interested in their helth and well being. The staff is caring and friendly. The wild nature of La Punta inspires to move: go for a swim or jogg along the promenade. Highly recomended!

A very relaxing hotel I like to go to hotels with spa, I found a very special corner in the ocean, in the rooms you can hear the sea, has spectacular views, treatments are very therapeutic, therapists are very professional, because of my Holiday I leave very regenerated. I'll be back again in a few months again,

I would love to recomend this hotel to everybody who likes five stars, and spa treadments, I went on the third week of September to this wonderfull Hotel and me and my Girlfriend had such a lovely time. The Treat, mnets at the Spa was wonderfull and all the staff if the hotel very kind and helpfull. We went a few times to the dinning room and we enjoy a lot the dishes. Amazing is the view from the rooms to the oceano, all rooms have ocean view and they are veri spacious. As I recomend this propety Hotel Oceano to all my firends and family. I have never returned from a holiday feeling absolutely stressed, emotionally exhausted, disappointed and shown such disrespect from management. I just returned yesterday and was traveling alone for the first time. My sole purpose for this trip was recovery and relaxation. I paid more for this trip than I did for a Caribbean cruise spending over £1600 which included an anti stress treatment package. (480€) My first treatment on Saturday was a 60 min body massage, no health care consultation was carried out, no relaxing music playing in the room like there were in other rooms, the massage was very fast movements and rushed and was 15 mins cut short. I came out very stressed and full of anxiety and frustrated. I complained immediately and my complaint was not dealt with until Monday. The management I complained to were (director) Oliver S and (general manager) Magda C These two individuals behaved in such a despicable way towards me from the Monday until the day I thankfully left on the Friday. Instantly refusing to listen to any of my complaints, no eye contact, no respect in my opinions as a customer and guest of this hotel. I have never experienced or witnessed such lack of customer service or human compassion towards me purely for complaining about a sub-standard treatment. From this it escalated in to something that I never thought possible especially in a wellness/medical reputable hotel.

Wonderful hotel, various pools, several saunas, very good and versatile healthy food, health therapies with medical treatment and accompaniment, multilingual very friendly staff. Only recommended.

I loved my recent stay at the Oceano Hotel & Health Spa. I tried a few of the Thallasso treatments which were all Wonderfull.
I couldn't fault the hotel or its staff in any way, as a vegetarian the meals were delicious and the waiting/restaurant staff were very attentive & helpfull.
Studio room was spacious with a lovely view of the sea from the balcony to the front and mountains to the back of the hotel. Gardens within the hotel were also lovely.
As an English speaking Scot I was glad the hotel staff who seemed to be mostly Spanish were Able to speak English also as the majority of the clientele appeared to be German speaking.
I would recommend this hotel to others Definitely for a blissful relaxing holiday.

Was a few years ago there, would go there again, everything from the rooms over food and environment (climate) was perfect for me! Supplement: Was there in the summer — cooler Season, despite the lack of air conditioning increased the room temperature is barely above about 26°degrees!
