The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It Has a pool and entertainment as well as a bus to go down to Puerto de la Cruz.

The furniture is modest but the cleanliness is unbeatable. Everything's pristine. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very white towels and excellent cotton. The food varied and quite acceptable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice views on the side of the mountain. The pool is very clean, but the weather is not accompanied to use it because it is cloudy and fresh. Important thing is that there is excellent quality Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

It is a 3 star hotel (so simple), the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. From noon — and dinner you should refrain from but there are great alternatives, which I will describe further down the text.
The floors seem to be being renovated bit by bit. We now had 3 stays there and 2 out of 3 Paints it was a modern shower room with Mediterranean-furnished room and induction cooktop. Spacious, clean rooms with excellent views. 8 km from Pto De la Cruz but with free bus every half hour. Right law firm. Maybe this is a little old but it is apt.

Good value for money. Spacious room with terrace, parking, good breakfast and some walking places to eat. But it is an isolated hotel and full of older German tourists.

It's good for a 3 star hotel.
They are apartments with a small kitchen. Two beds. The mattresses and pillows are upgradeable.
Good cleaning.

A big hotel and with its years on the shoulders. There is pool, restaurant, bar, game room, live music, the truth has surprised me the effort of the staff to make the stay enjoyable. It is very much appreciated a little isolated but with good restaurants very close, public of middle/high age (I was in January). We were on a Imserso trip and frankly not to return. The food "horrible" some dishes with an aspect that were thrown back, even the salads looked bad. Small variety in the dishes and poor quality. In the dining room you have to put the cutlery, glasses, etc. (and you have to check that they are clean), the staff only put the tablecloths, there is very little staff to empty and clean tables. 12 Floors with 2 small lifts. Insufficient as there are many rooms. There is no heating or air conditioning. In the month of December we are having a lot of cold in the room, it is very uncomfortable. The reception does not work well either.
We don't go back, and we discourage everyone else.

A nice hotel, a bit in the years, in the style of the 70s, some things were recently renovated (bathroom), own small kitchenette with fridge in the studio (KL. Apartment), well suited for people who want to take care of themselves. Lies about 7 km away from the city centre in a suburb, but hotel shuttle is available to Puerto de la Cruz, moreover there is good public bus service (these are the green buses that look like a Flixbus that drive around everywhere) and in the vicinity of the hotel there There are also small supermercados where you can buy cheap (drinking water is highly recommended, because that from the pipe is chlorinated).

We had a balcony room with a sea view which was quite nice on the 12th floor. Wifi seems to stop after the 6th floor so if your on a floor above this you will have to use data in your apartment. The rooms are a reasonable size with a decent bathroom but one of our two beds had bed bugs as I was covered in bites but my partner was fine. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful but the cleaning staff often skipped tasks in our room. Our bedsheets were often not changed and our stuff got rearranged all the time which became quite annoying as we had separated our dirty clothes from fresh ones specifically so we could keep tabs on this but the staff always threw all our stuff in a pile together. The breakfast isn't great but for free I couldn't complain and like most hotels the rooms and pool doesn't like any where near as nice as they do in the pictures. The hotel car park was always full as well so there was no where to park the car often when we returned from our trips out. That being said, for what I paid, I did find the hotel was ample for my needs for the most part and the balcony view was very nice.

Good hotel, cheap food and a lot of food.

Rooms are OK but bookings system is horrible. It's the second time that we go and it's the second time that our booking (paid) was not found and we had to argue to get a room sorted. People at reception treat you like if it's you fault if they mess up with the bookings.

It is a fantastic hotel in Tenerife with a very good service and very nice treatment.

I will put a regular but there is no option n. It is a clean, spacious hotel and though it is old that is not problem. Meals, scarce regular flavored failure, I think that you sometimes overheated. This paragraph leisure because there is no atmosphere in that area, and although it has a bus to Puerto de la Cruz free from 9:30 to 19:30 and every hour, starting at 20:00 hours or you have a car or rent a taxi. This 5 km from the Centre of Puerto de la Cruz, the taxi is not expensive, 6 or €7 but of course, not these comfortable so far if you want to go out in the evening. In the end I give an "R E G U L A R"
