Spectacular all clean good breakfast way to be with the whole family and a spectacular sunset good attention or what else to say simple if you are going to understand what I want to say we will return a total rest 🎉🎉💯I recommend it.

Excellent place to spend it with family, quiet place, comfortable rooms, clean and with good view… the pool area is the best 😍… Thanks to Mrs. Marta for such excellent treatment and attention I recommend it with 5 stars… Soon I will return to Go 🙏

We are customers several years ago, and we have seen how the hotel has changed owners on 2 occasions… I don't know if this discontent is because they've changed again.
we got to the room and everything great, until we realize that there is still the trash can full of the previous guests, as well as the napkins where you can see that there were drinks on top and they didn't even throw them away. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently, as the furniture was full of dust and the floor was with traces of dirt that one brings in the shoes.
the worst thing was the trash can, which we logically tipped off at the front desk so they'd take it away from us and give us a new bag… The bag was given to us, but the trash can had to be put outside the door of the room and there it stayed, they did not come to remove it.
breakfast; there was no fruit, no cereals, no milk… I ended up saying what was there before; bread, ham, cheese and that's it. And drinking juice and coffee.?
no yogurt, no eggs or anything, a disaster.
I didn't like the receptionist's treatment at all as she didn't care about everything and her treatment was cold … in short: he didn't care about everything.
the first owners I met, it is true that they had the hotel a little sloppy, but the food was always varied and homemade.

A great place to disconnect from the routine, to highlight the kindness of all the staff very attentive and friendly, and good food to repeat…

A very nice place, the penalty was the rain of this area of the island. Friendly staff, buffet of little variety.

Some services are missing, however it is an ideal place to relax, explore, and enjoy gardens where, if you get up early, you can see rabbits and birds that eat and play carelessly.

I have been to many hotels /rural houses (all great) and our stay at Hotel Rural Casablanca was terrible and the worst. We got room 1. As soon as we entered the room had the door open and it was full of flies, smelled of moisture and closed, the paint would fall and mold came out of the wall (photo). The room is dimly lit (pretty dim lights), only light enters through the door that has folding windows. When you arrive on top of the bed bed bed bed scraps from the ceiling due to termites. The surprise was when at night when trying to turn off the lights we realized that the electrical installation has bypasses (turn off the switches but the lights flash), a whole show to find the order of shutdown of the switches and that there would not have Derivations. The theme of meals/dinners/breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, for any meal you have to "notify/book" with reception (from 19:30 to 20:30) and at that same time they offer you a first course they have and a second (there is no menu to choose from! ) and you have no choice but to accept, we were quite surprised, especially when we were charged 16 euros / person + drinks apart (same or more than in any bar/restaurant in the area but without a menu where to choose) and the food… just like one you get at home (ex. Vegetable puree + steak+yogurt), if you wanted fish directly they told you that it is not the day, which is frozen (cod). The last straw was when to drink we wanted cocacola and they didn't have.

Hotel with nice view, cleanliness correct even if the rooms are quite dark but the + unpleasant is the late hour of the breakfast (09h) for the departure in hiking or simple discovery of the island.

To rest this incredible, good treatment and spectacular site… lovely all around.

Goooood, and relax, A LOT of relax ^^

The attention, very just, an absolute indifference. He very nice place, but 30 minutes of curves to go where it is. The room a smell of bleach in 2 days no one was. He breakfast is very bare-bones and no staff to help. In he bathroom there was a bar of soap, towels, broken shower horrible. Avoid yes it is possible.

This is a beautifully restored finca overlooking the Atlantic and with views of the Teide. The staff were all so friendly. Our room was large and cosy and we couldn't have felt more at home when we came back from long days exploring the wonderful surroundings.

With a view increibes fine, but lack hygiene and regular attention.

It is a very cozy hotel and fantastic service the excellent food and a very romantic place.

El hotel es precioso. Y tranquilo. Pero no hay Wi-Fi y el desayuno es demasiado parco. Y la sala de restaurante no tiene mucha luz natural. Alguna luz no funcionaba en la habitación. Por lo demás está bien.

The Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms but if it is in reception. It's the only downside I put ke. Super spacious rooms, the ideal place to relax and tour the north of the island. Very well maintained facilities. If I return I'll repeat accommodation. Very well.

Very peaceful and relaxing. Very laid back atmosphere. We had a beautiful room too. Not so keen on dinner (No choice) but breakfast was.

Quiet retreat. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. For the price it's good if you want something quiet. Not much around so you will need a car for sure.

Only good thing that I can say about this place is that is cheap. Place is in the middle of nowhere so a rented car is a absolute must.

Very special place. ;) if you want something different then the modern hotels. A very good base to discover the north part of the island. Very nice, friendly staff. Will go back soon :)

Incredible site for connecting of the city, Hotel-quality 4-star and an incredible attention.

A place ideal for the tranquility, I loved the experience, ideal to unwind, appreciate with a 8.5, but I give him five stars, the staff is very attentive and friendly; sure I'll be back.

Good experience. The hotel is very quiet, dealing with the staff at the hotel was very good. The environment is great, now you have to like the roads with curves.
Price/quality ratio is unbeatable.

Our trip to Tenerife was really nice. We booked this hotel through expedia and it was really cheap. All staff were really polite and friendly, the only thing I disliked as the hill that you had to climb to get to the hotel.
