Very good. Very clean. Close to beach and local restaurants. Pool needs a bit music but other than that very satisfied. Was not pushed to buy a safe upon arrival or any optional extras which was a nice touch. Let down by lady pressuring us out of our room at the end of our stay as it was past 12pm — even though we had not been made aware of this upon check-in.

Great apartments. Superb pool. Centrally located. Staff super friendly. Close to the action but away from the noise. Apartments comfortable with good amenities. Great price too. Would definitely stay here again.

We were positively surprised by the hotel. Large rooms and very clean. Hotel is well located, you are fast on foot at the beach promenade.
It would be worth improving that the towels are replaced on a daily basis, as this only happens every 3 days. Otherwise a really good, solid hotel!

Originally booked here however got moved to sister hotel sunprime ocean view due to a burst pipe. However the sister hotel was very nice and modern with everything we needed. However the pool was very boring and quiet for youngsters.

Excellent accommodation, self catering, has everything you need in the apartment, adults only, a small complex but all the staff are very helpful and friendly, it was our second time to stay there and would book there again.

Very friendly, helpful hotel, had to ask for insect spray as found 4 cockroaches ok after use around the door.

Great prices great place great people very clean close to all amenities.

A perfect location for a self catering holiday. The staff are welcoming and it's spotless! From the outside it doesn't look like the best and the sun loungers are the most uncomfortable I have ever used!

Stayed here for a week in July self catering. Rooms were clean and spacious. We booked this as a budget holiday but the room did not seem budget at all, it was very nice. The rooms are regularly cleaned and towels replaced. It was close enough to walk to the main strip area and to different restaurants and bars. The ceiling fan did a good job but A/C would be a bit better. We had a nice pool view, and the views out further from our room on the 6th floor were excellent, especially sunset. Would definitely recommend staying here. We got a full English some days for a very reasonable price. The pool is also nice and clean.

Loved this hotel from walking in to coming home my next set of holidays I'll be back more like a 4 * not 3 would reccomend to anyone hotel rooms are beautiful An the pool is very nice an chilled.

Friendly staff, spacious room equipped with kitchen facilities. Supermarket across the road, close to beach and restaurants. Generally happy with my stay here, the only thing that I'm less satisfied is the cleanliness of the room as sand granules doesn't seems to get cleaned up even after the maid service. And there no free Wi-Fi in the hotel.

Adults only. Quiet location. Self cattering with Supermarket across the road. 10 mins walk to most places in los americas. Rooms could do with an update but I think some have had it. Wifi was ridiculous money just used my data.

Great location, beaches a 10 minute walk, supermarket in front of the property and very useful internal parking.

They are very friendly and try to please but it would be better as a superior 3-star hotel.
