Balcony over looking the main road. Wasn't a problem … lovely clean place. Bit of a walk to the main streets but some shops bars an restaurants around the hotel … I would stay there again.

Excellent value clean apartments. Busy road outside however all balconies face the pool area so you never notice it. Recomend this place can't wait to go again.

Very good location, 2 steps from the hospital and 500m from the beach. Receptionists and maids at the service of its clientele. The apartments are very clean and well equipped…

Not bad, very loud. They charge 60 euro if you lose your key, robbery for a new one. But pretty cheap and decent location.

Nice hotel. Good service. Clean rooms and kitchen stuff. Must visit again. Short walk (Los Morritos) to Playa de las Vistas = the best beach. Near hotel two big food markets. Easy holiday living.

What a lovely place to stay fantastic staff couldn't have been more helpful and the two gentlemen cooking the breakfast were two of the most friendly people I've ever meet.

Cosy and clean apartments. Nice reception staff. Good rest up to q the girls d the cleaning starts at 8 d the morning. Voices, noises and conversations Q were heard in the room. Impossible to continue sleeping.

Clean and roomy but no charm or extra. No ac. They charge extra for everything; Wi-Fi, safety box, fan… Not price worthy.

Ok place. Drinks and beer served in plastic cups. The pool is not heated so not really usable in the winter months. People start drinking, loudly, at the pool area as soon as the bar opens at noon. They make you pay extra for everything: safe, Wi-Fi… Free Wi-Fi at reception area. There is only cleaning 5 days a week. Kitchen is very small, not really suitable for cooking. Few and badly placed wall sockets. You won't be able to charge your phone near the bed. Crazy bad water pressure unless you want a cold shower. Staff is nice but don't go the extra mile. There is a 24 hour food store around the corner. You can make the twin beds into a double but be prepared to fall down the crack in the middle if you do. Won't stay here again but on the other hand I won't come back too this area neither. This place was not for me.

Amazing little hotel. Always have a fantastic time. It's not for everyone as it can be very busy and rowdy by the pool bar in the afternoons but it's all good clean family fun!

We found these apartments last year and immediately booked for this and next year. We booked a 1 bedroom for 2 of us and they are really big. Huge bedroom and lovely large living area and kitchen. We had a double balcony and 2 patio doors 1 from bedroom and 1 from living area.

It was a nice hotell. But with some Broken stuff in our room For Dinner, you get a ticket that you can spend on the resturants on the Street close to the hotell. They had really good food. Free Wi-Fi in the reception, 15euros for other playses in the hotell, like your room.

Very good location, very close to the beach and supermarkets. And no complaints about the service — arriving, the fridge did not work; in 10 minutes we set up a new, package.

Very nice hotel, clean, with big rooms that also include a small yet fully equipped kitchen. They also have 2 small pools, outside bar and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

I was here for a week without food, the hotel is quite ok.
Room/Studio: A large room with separated kitchenette and bed, sofa, TV. Bathroom with bathtub, there's very little hot water than not for wimps, the quality of the shower to be desired. Kitchen has only been used to prepare for breakfast.
Location: The location is not bad, about 10 minutes from the public beach. Supermarket and restaurants are around the corner.
Parking: I immediately found parking right in front of the hotel, it has about 60 public parking (free of charge).
The pool looks nice, is I think quite ok, had never used it. I never tried the food in the hotel, I was always on axis and tried different restaurants all over the island. The staff is nice and helpful.
Conclusion: The hotel is quite ok if you need no luxury, but just a place to sleep, eat and wash. You also don't need much more, you have to experience the Tenerife and it goes only with car and not in the hotel. Can warmly recommend Tenerife anyone.
