The Wi-Fi is not free, you need to pay a deposit of 20€ per person and the tap water tastes weird. The location is good.

Not a bad place to stay, really friendly staff.

The location is great. Very close to the beach, bars, restaurants, Siam park and Siam walk are not too far either, you can walk there if you like walking or it’s about 4€ in a taxi. HOWEVER! Reception staff (especially the older lady with grey short hair) is probably the most miserable and difficult hotel staff I have ever met! When we first walked in her response was (yes? ) I mean … a hola would do at least, not YES?, she never smiles, not friendly and she has attitude! She asked for a print out of the booking when I have all the details she needs on my phone, got the print out (had to pay to use th computer and I had to find change for that which was a real hassle) for her then to circle the booking number and tell me you see? I need this number! The SAME number I showed her on my phone I still don’t get why you have to waste a whole A4 paper for a number she could have written down from my e booking confirmation! Wether you are 2 or 4 people, you are only given ONE key card! Which is SO ANNOYING. They say the reception is open 24/7 so just ask them to let you in but I personally didn’t like that. The rooms are not too bad if am honest (size wise) the stairs are quite dangerous if you have kids though. (if you are bringing a child do ask for the rooms without the stairs) The beds aren’t comfortable, the pillow cases Smelled so bad on the first day we arrived.

Not the best and found a cockroach in my shorts that were left out to dry on the balcony!

Clean towels changed everyday. Not a very big pool. Not suitable for disabled or young children as the apartments have spiral staircases.

Great location central to bars and restaurants beach 10 mins walk and 5 mins from veronica night clubs although no noise except for anchor pub downstairs.

Good. Great beds. A bit small but ok. Get one on top near pool if you can. Bring no kids stairs dangerious.

Basic but clean. Very noisy in front apartments. Staff at reception not very friendly. On last day check out is 10am.

No aircondition. Alot of drunk people. Good location.

Zero hostility front the reception! These people need to realise that guests are there on a vaction/holiday from their jobs/occupations.

Staff are quite ignorant. Apartments are clean. Disappointed that you have to pay for a hairdryer. Probably wouldn't go again but the stay was ok.

I was 8 days and frankly I was fine. Location quality fairly fair price. Thank you.

Well what can you say. Typical accommodation. Poor house keeping so do it yourself beds are very poor had too have mine changed so take plenty of pain killers. You'll need them. Rooms really need a coat of paint or even a proper clean now and then. On the plus side. Its cheap. A short walk to the main centre or beaches very low noise levels close too a variety of shops bars and restaurants do not all bad. If they spend a few euros id give mmm4 star cheap n cheerful holiday.

Pool was too small for the size of the appartments, not enough sun beds, no bar, no music, very boring,, rooms where fine if you just wanted to sleep there but we had a studio and had no balcony or terrace or view the only good thing was the central location I definattely would not stay here again.

Clean and tidy. Room comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach. Going back soon and hopefully have one of the rooftop rooms with the sun terrace.
