This is the second time I come, porq we loved the hotel, a tranquility, excellent cleanliness, complying with the covid rules, heated pool, swing area for children, excellent … My surprise this second time, already with daylight saving time, I am currently in the, Easter,
they close the children's pool at 6 in the afternoon, covering its entirety with a protector so that no one continues to bathe, the pool that according to was heated is no longer so, it is very cold … I had planned to come back a third time but we are thinking about it. Another thing, now they tell me q I can not leave the towel in my hammock when I go to eat, and to this is added few hammocks, if you arrive and there is no place you stay on the floor …, I can not rectify the scores but right now I would not recommend it at all.

It is one of the best hotels where I have stayed, it is the second time I stay and do not disappoint. Emphasize above all compliance with measures for coviding, cleaning, disinfection. Highlight the work of the lifeguard, Gustavo, who disinfects the hammocks and common areas of the pool. Thanks to animator Miguel, who entertains my daughter with all the activities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Me and my family have stayed here 3 years in a row and it does not disappoint! Absolutely fantastic just got back home the hotel is very covid safe hand sanitisers everywhere chairs/Dec chairs cleaned immediately afther every use friendly hotel deserves more than 4* we give 10 out of 10. Good morning, for more than a month I have transferred the incident that the hotel does not offer the service of All Inclusive contracted. Less than 3 days after my trip, I still have no answer on your part or an alternative solution. That's if you paid you've had it from day one. Another client they lose.

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location. We stayed there during Christmas and New Years and absolutely loved it. Everything we needed, was there. The hotel is very clean everywhere and the room/studio was no exception. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay perfect. The highlight for me was the box of chocolates that was left in our room on my birthday — such a pleasant surprise :) Thank you to everyone at Hotel Tropical Park for making our stay so wonderful. We will be back!

We love coming to tropical park the main reason apart from meeting up with goodfriends is the wonderful staff from Reservation and restaurant to paying with Isabella Thomas is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble so it came as a shock when after coming here for nearly 20 years last night when I ordered a ice cream was refused in quite a high handed way because the kitchen was closed. The same time. I wasn’t asking for chips surely opening a freezer isn’t so hard the person in question was rude and unhelpful as an owner for so many years Iam not impressed by this quality of service.

Beautiful, clean, happy place. All the staff are amazing and do their best to look after everyone and make their stay here very memorable. Cant wait to come back. We would like to send a special thank you to (Raquel) our waitress… sorry if I've gotten your name wrong! she was amazing, helpful and always had a smile for us and then of course there Jose, our animation guy who kept us laughing, happy and entertained while we enjoyed our stay. My little boy is already missing the mini disco and we loved our aqua gym every day. We hope to see these wonderful people next year on our next stay.

Stayed for two weeks in October, family of 5! Brilliant entertainment by jos’e the kids had a fab time. The resort was wonderful clean, friendly and affordable. Only downside was there was building work going on so very noisy at times not so relaxing.

We stayed for a week in Sept and loved it going back for Christmas. Staff professional and so friendly recommend for every one x.

Worst hotel we ever stayed, it says 4 stars, I wouldn't even give 3. Staff is terrible, air condition works fir 5 min and goes off, food every day the same and terrible… Only positive thing that its refurbished, but I wouldnt not recommend to anyone!

We have just returned from a great holiday at Hotel Tropical Park. We had one large 2 bedroom apartment and one 1 bed apartment, both were modern, comfortable and clean. Facilities and kids club were great. The accommodation and staff outweighed our expectations. Highly recommended!

The hotel has undergone a complete refurbishment. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The view from the balconies is fantastic Two pools plus an infant pool and play area. There plenty of sunbeds to go round.

This place is just amazing! Everything is super clean, the food is great and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly! Love the guys from the bar/restaurant (Nerijus, Dimitri & David) and Cali the animator. All in all this place offers relaxation at its best! Will be back for sure!

Very kids friendly. Clean comfortable appartements with very well equipped kitchens. Recently remodeled. Quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance, but it's dead after 10pm. If you wanna party all night, find a different location!

Pools are great. Gym, sauna, etc must have been refurbed. Area around the hotel is horrible… You need a car or you have to stay at the pool the hole day. Most staff is friendly. The rooms near the bar are very loud… Horror with a little child…

Were in it still in the unreanimated! A chic hotel, very lovely friendly and professional staff. The location is just gorgeous. Be sure to come to the rescheduled, we are already planning a visit. Thank you to this hotel for a gorgeous unforgettable holiday!

Very clean facility, top renovated rooms. Food (breakfast & dinner) very varied and delicious.
It is best to leave the surrounding area with a rental car. Beach is walking (7 minutes) very good and easy to reach. Nice staff and always accommodating.

Very nice hotel that has been renovated fully in 2017, 2 big pools and a jaquzzi and a very good breakfast buffet. Groseries are near and a buss to las americas lasts about 20-30 min and the bus stop is at the corner of the hotel. Visited may 2018.

We have been coming to Tropical Park for 14 plus years & we love it. The staff are friendly & always polite & helpful. It's been updated which is pleasant enough in it's way.

Residence: home apartments restaurant and pools refurbished, a real gem. It had to be done, it was a success. We want customers to respect the premises, avoiding fouling and degradations by negligence.

Brill resort. All appts refurbished to a high standard. Pool and surrounding areas refurbed. New sun loungers v comfortable.

Have absolutely no complaints what so ever about the room absolutely fantastic, everything was like new. If you wanted to go self catering there was everything you needed, plenty of cutlery and crockery, pots, pans etc. The furnishings were new and modern giving the apartments a clean fresh appearance. Apparently the whole hotel has had a refurb and there was still some work being done, though it didn't effect our stay. Down parts wasn't impressed with the food paid for half board but ate out several times. Would advise hiring a car unless you just want to sit around the pool as not much to see or do in that area.

Top Hotel suffers is the place not nice u while walking too little for the eye.

Recently refurbished to a great standard. Kitchen good with big fridge and reasonable freezer which allowed us to eat in a lot with our toddler. Pool lovely. Very relaxed and callao salvaje is quiet too. Entertainment was only ok but that was fine for us. The bar was a pain — they insist on table service but not all the staff are multilingual and we even got shouted at by one waiter because he gave us the wrong bill! That's easily remedied by going to Il Dolcetto down the road for coffees and cake and finding a bar in the evening. We would love to come back.

Good if u want a relaxing holiday not much for kids to do unless we went wrong time of year.

Spent the last seven days here at tropical park, from my own experiences it has-been very nice stay, the hotel is very clean tidy has lots of things to do. Room we stayed in was well equipped would certainly come again.

The reforms carried out in the course of 2017 have been very positive as a whole, congratulations.

The food was not overwhelming but good. The pools and the jacuzzi were very good and the rooms are really top. Completely new furnished and nicely modern. You even have a small kitchen in case you want to prepare something yourself. There is good access to public transport and taxis and the service is also fine. All this at the price is really worth its rating.

The rooms are large, the bed from the bedroom is comfortable but the sofa is hard. The furniture is quite new but there are also some old appliances. The shower worked only as regular, the massage part was defected. I was satisfied with the cleaning. The breakfast and dinner bufé was not so diversified but it was OK for one week. The restaurant personal was pleasant. They had outside activities even if almost no one participated. The Wi-Fi was good.

I stayed in hotel tropical park for 4 days. It has lovely ambience. The room we booked, was big and comfortable. We even had pots and pans, cooker, microwave etc (if you wanted to cook). They had gym, spa, children playing area, 3 swimming pools (2 big and 1 small for children). They also had Jacuzzi. The food was good. Though they had less options for vegetarians. Sometimes the rice was not completely cooked. Though we had 3 pools, the water in it was very cold. We could hardly get into it. It could have been good, if they could maintain the water temperature in the pools. Apart from that, it was a good stay.

What a lovely complex. The rooms are newly furnished and the beds are so comfy. Sea views are beautiful. Freezing cold swimming pool which is unfortunate and breakfast was just alright. Would definitely go back.

Good location, large apartment, with all amenities: swimming pools, yacuzzi, free Wi-Fi, gym, tennis… Etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tranquility and great views of the sea and garden.

It is really very nice the food is great and the service also all employees are very nice.

Modern, stylish apartments. Excellent TV, and Wi-Fi — we were able to steam Netflix and screen mirror to TV. Aoartment light and bright. Full size oven, hob and large fridge freezer. Two pools, outside jacuzzi, 2 squash courts, 1 tennis court. Excellent large beds. Useful small supermarket selling fresh bread in south of complex. Lots of good restaurants especiallt El Delfin — stunning setting. Also local beach, good and water warm enough to swim in December! A lovely place in a quiet, nice resort I really did not want to leave.

Stayed in the Tropical park several times over the past 10 years and never found fault in anything they did… brilliant hotel great food. Loved it.

With the renovation it has improved a lot, all very nice, the staff of the lovely resort, the fabulous stay. I recommend to spend an unforgettable holiday.

We fell in love with the place from day one 12 years ago. 3 years later, we bought a timeshare, through choice, no marketing from the staff. Seeing how it is coming along, we can't wait to return. I've even bought another week. Bring it on.

Potential to be nearer a 5 which hopefully will come with the refurb this year. It was very tired but our three bed penthouse suite was huge and had loads of outside space. A little let down with the lack of communication about kids clubs and activities as no one introduced themselves with what what was going on and because we tended to located at the top pool as closest to our apartment there didn't seem to be anyone doing anything about getting the kids to join in. All in all lots of steps not great for prams or elderly but great spaces and lovely location we look forward to seeing the outcome of the refurb. Xx.

Helpful, welcoming staff, a large apartment with kitchen and balcony with sea views. Breakfast was a help-yourself buffet style with a wide selection. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

This a a great place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Ideal for a getaway quite holiday I have been here before around six years ago Very little has changed I would highly recommended this place for families and the older generations alike. 10 mins away from the sea front areas and great restaurants.

Quite rude staff when completely unnecessary. Refurb definitely needed but great sized rooms with everything you need. About 10 min walk from the beach. Too quite in this area though.

We stayed here a few years back and it was a great holiday. I came with family and it was nicely accommodating. We met some great people. Rooms were a nice size and had good balconies. Pool was nice but a little old. Can't really comment as not sure if it has had a refurb or not.

Great family and couples location with enough to do but without the heady fuss of other areas eg Las Americas.

Nice appartements. At a good location also close to the beach if you like a not to tourist environment this is the place really close to the bigger towns.

Very very very nice place to stay, right by the beach which is perfect even though if you want Sand you will have to get the Free bus service, good central location however surprisingly not busy at all! Close the Playa de Las Americas.

A place where you will find one calm and transport to be able to move and a great achievement make the beach side.

Whether here, are those seeking peace is wrong here, wanted a quiet room was not possible, furniture has been used, rehabilitation finds W LAN only for a fee or with a bill of more than €10 only with the brush held staff not always friendly / 1 hour free, I'm sorry if the annual leave is so. Further, the best years are here long gone, also the several ruins show that around, we no longer go. Frank and Gabi (54). PS: with we according to my not children, but the location of our apartment.

For my money more than good. Are cleaned frequently, the place is quiet, swimming pool for adults and for children. By the way, charge and only one device is a little impaired a impression. In the rest of the hotel no complaints.

Everything is good. A view of the ocean and the mountains. Not far from the beach. Not noisy.

Good apartment, nice people, away from all big hotels and resource. Very nice place to stay, close to beach. Just refurbished the beach walk distance.

Unfortunately no free Wi-Fi, but otherwise a very nice facility.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent sized room and wonderful location about 100m from the sea (be warned, beach was closed for the entire season in Sept 2011 and nearest sandy beaches are a good 20 mins by bus), with mountain view from balcony. Location is quiet, a far cry from the main resort of Las Americas, so well suited to those looking for some relaxation. Facilities are good and excursions/car hire are easily arranged. One thing to note is that food is not cheap in the nearby supermarket (think this goes for the whole island though) and local culture is hard to find with the majority of places catering for English tourists. More local/Spanish feel would be nice, but otherwise, a lovely place and a good base for days out. Maybe due to seasonal flux, hotel was quiet during our stay, but nightly activites are still arranged. These are however for the most part more suited to families with young children and adults looking for a bit more will want to venture further afield.
