Very clean friendly people and very central.

In 2 years I have come 2 veces. Me love it for everything!

Centrally located. Unfortunately no available garage space. Relatively large room. Bath also very good. Vault is missing.

Excellent hotel located in the heart of Logroño, capital of La Rioja. Very clean, functional and complete. Upon arrival, we were invited for a glass of wine that we tasted on the hotel's terrace. The beds are very comfortable. Very helpful and helpful. Being so central, we were next to Laurel Street, where we went to have some skewers and some vintos and enjoy the achievement night.

It's amazing when you get invited to a wine the rooms are huge in the bathroom they leave you up to home slippers and all very clean even tea puts the name of who to prepared the room.

Too hot in the room even with the heating off.
Difficult and dangerous to get out of the tub, there is no where to hold and slip one.

I give the staff 5* for service. The hotel has a central location, walking to the old town and all of the tapas bars. Very clean and pleasant surroundings. We had all that we needed, even toiletries and a shower cap. Loved the on site buffet breakfast too. Great way to start the day.

Perfect! Clean room with everything you'd need… blankets, towels, blackout curtains, free water, closet storage, lots of space, beautiful WC & Air Con. You can also purchase a wonderful Breakfast buffet for 11€. This hotel was a glorious stay for two Camino Pilgrims.

Unfriendly réception, granted I came in as a pilgrim on the Camino Frances. Old installations, air conditioning does not work, loud location, breakfast not at all equivalent with room rate, understaffed and overworked. All in all I would refrain from booking this hotel. There are lots of other better ones in the direct neighborhood, don't get flashed by the Carlton name, it is not related to Carlton Ritz at all.

Positives: Clean and efficient. Rooms are sizeable. Decent value. Negatives: Seems a bit dated and lacks character.

Awful! No air conditioning. The room is unbearably hot. Noisy neighbours and lift. Nobody answers reception telephone. How can a 4 star hotel charge 63 euro for a room and not have air conditioning? I will never stay here again.

The hotel has parking, but there was no squares for me car, a touring 318. The heating did not work and I had to sleep with the window open because I was sleeping in a furnace. A city hotel, recommended for a business of one or two nights, nothing of leisure. It is quite central, close to the most important of the city.
