I slept only one night in this hotel on 13/08/2018 and I must confess that it is top as a hotel.
My opinion is:
Excellent Home
Hostess speaks French and very smiling and friendly
Perfect room

I highly recommend this Hotel.

An average hostel; Good but nothing to really stand out. Rather small rooms but very close to the airport. Which can be comfortable. It deserves 4 stars because I really enjoyed their bar restaurant, whose staff was also very nice.

The hostel quality price is good, the only thing the situation, in an industrial estate, the good, near Pamplona and you can park free. The rooms a little small but good service.
The restaurant with good food, did not hire before breakfast because the Buffet is very scarce and costs 6 Eur. If you take a toast with a coffee they charge you 2.5 EUR and you do it there at the moment.

Upon arrival we were waiting a half hour for getting the room, because they could not find my reservation and only one that I did before that was cancelled. Nothing more to enter in the room the hambiente was loaded, we decided to open the window and to our surprise is the smell of fried, which came out of the kitchen. The first night the front desk since I put the air to come out hot and to my surprise it comes in cold, I say that is because to cold. Today at 6 degrees low to find a solution because I'm getting bad, I'm shivering in the room and the only one you give me is give me a blanket. I suggest a stove or a heater and either. I am meeting with a woman in the elevator which I said that a week ago (supposedly when they changed it according to the man who attends to my complaint) step cold also. Something outrageous the truth, because the price that you have does not correspond to your services. Without a doubt I will not step foot in this hostel and of course do not recommend.

Great hostel. Better than many hotels. The rooms are located so: on one side odd, and on the other-odd.

We have tried to book with Wonderbox box up to 5 different dates throughout the year and after confirming that they had rooms available, they have refused to book. Embarrassing.

Room too bright at night. Excellent attention at reception. They let Me enter in the room before the hour. Bed for me it was not very comfortable. Bathroom more than adequate with good shower.

Horrible filthy, the fire alarm rang, the exit was blocked, they didn't send any responsible to see if everything was okay. I had to call the police. They said they were taking pictures of the blocked exits, security zero. I put a claim on the. Responsible. The hotel gave them the same or sorry for the inconvenience. Deal. Awful in the bar. Worth paying a little more than going to these sites.

Swindlers. We were promised a double room with a bed and gave us a simple adapted with two beds, terribly small and uncomfortable. I liked this hostel. Didn't choose Hostel in Pamplona and I decided for the price. I thought it would not be at the height by having a price cheap, but quite the opposite, very happy and repeat.
