This hotel is right in the heart of the city. We arrived here on a Saturday and it was bustling with locals and tourists. The hotel room was big and spacious with a nice bath and bathroom. Check in was easy. We ate something small in the hotel bar before going out to explore the city. The hotel staff were very nice and we had a fantastic breakfast buffet the next morning to set us up for another day of walking. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a welcome relief from the Camino, in a great location in Pamplona. Check in was so quick and easy, just what we needed. Staff are great including at breakfast when nothing was a problem. Breakfast selection is amazing! Based on photos on the website there are some great rooms with views. Sadly we didn’t get one of them. Our room was serviceable, but very small and we looked across windows to other rooms of the hotel and we couldn’t see the sky. Bathroom is ok, but again very small. I would recommend requesting a room with a view and avoid tiny rooms like the one we had.

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the lunch and breakfast was more than adequate. It was good value for money. It was very accessible to the centre of Pamplona. I would definitely recommend Hotel Maisonnave.

Very nice hotel. The location couldn't be better for exploring the old town. Rooms comfortable with very hot water / shower.
The bar is very is very nice indeed, and popular with locals although it does close rather early. We opted not to use the underground parking at €18 a day (I spent that money on food and drinks instead! A much better idea. )

This hotel was part of our group tour so I didn't actually book it myself… however I approved of their choice.
The location was fantastic as it was an easy walk to all the restaurants etc.
The room was well equipped and the bathroom was a decent size with a shower over the bath.
There were two complimentary bottles of water in the fridge which were replenished daily.
The breakfast was acceptable with the usual hot and cold choices you would expect.
The air con only seemed to blow out hot air so we had to open the window for air and that obviously let in street noise from the bar below which was slightly annoying.
We didn't mention it to the hotel to be fair.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, breakfast, bacon not cooked eggs cold. Biggest complaint is internet is very sloooooow, TV does not work as no internet.
Bed comfortable, room clean, laundry expensive.

Rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is there is no coffee maker nor hot water kettle inside of room. I had to go down to the lobby to ask for hot water and they only gave me a tiny cup.

Always pleasant to be met with knowledgeable, prompt, and professional front desk staff. They were a constant bright spot throughout our stay whether it was coordinating laundry services with housekeeping, parking, or just some good directions.
Rooms were functional, clean, and seem to have been renovated recently.
Location was convenient and walkable to get to Plaza Del Castillo, Plaza de Toros, many restaurants, cafes, shops, the old main city gate, historic city walls, and much more. There is even a small neighborhood grocery store just one street over if you need toiletries or even a snack.
Hotel Breakfast was tasty and with ample variety.
Cafe also very good but will review separately.

The Hotel is well located (and in a quiet street) to explore Pamplona — certainly worthwhile a stay of 2 days. The staff was very helpful, the room albeit a bit small but clean and functional. The breakfast offered a wide selection. All in all a pleasant stay with no b-Moll.

Excellent service during the festival of San Fermin when the town was at its busiest. Wonderful breakfast and hotel bar. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, bilingual. Rooms are like most European very small. Lots of noise but I was there for San fermin festival (singing, dancing and drinking in streets all night long) not hotels fault and that's why I was there. Good staff, food and bar.

The location is in the heart of the tourist area, it’s a short walk to everywhere you need to see in the city well known for its bull run.
Unfortunately the city puts up Heras security fencing around all the public parks in readiness for the bull run so views were spoiled but nothing to do with hotel.
The hotel is clean and tidy, our room was on the street side and early morning deliveries may affect some lighter sleepers.
Be careful if the barman suggests the card machine isn’t working and he needs cash because when you say you have no cash the card matching miraculously springs into life and works. Not suggesting any malpractice just a very odd situation.

A bit of luxury after day 3 on the Camino. Smiling face at reception, helpful and efficient. Rooms are a great size and everything works as it should. Beds are super comfortable. Food options look delicious. Now I'm going to have a siesta.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was comfortable. The only complexity was the parking situation, as to be expected. As the hotel is central, there was lots to see and many restaurants to enjoy within walking distance.

The first thing is the human quality and professionalism of all its staff, and you get to find yourself as a family as in your home. Of course tb the cleanliness and decoration because through its corridors it seems that you are still walking through the old town of Pamplona. And do not forget that it is very central to everything.
And the restoration is exceptional both in its restaurant (Ansoleaga 33) and in its cafeteria (Caravinagre) both at the head of Chef Uli.
