➜ Extreme cleaning.
Very good place to rest. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning and plenty of bath towels.
I have made lack of kitchen napkins and kitchen cleaning material to scrub the dirty dishes, otherwise great.
➜ Very simple for what you plan to stay is passable.

This apartment complex, were previously designed as rooms of a apart hotel with some success, and in the same enclosure a very good restaurant. On more than one occasion I have reserved rooms for both customers and suppliers who came to visit me, the prices I applied were very good about 40 € for the room and I can confirm, that it was almost always full. I don't know the reasons for the cessation of that activity because currently the rooms are on a rental basis, with the aggravating circumstance of the continued deterioration for lack of maintenance. If you do not reverse this situation, soon to be a complex dilapidated.
