Excellent. I visit NH hotels frequently and this one must have been freshly renovated or opened. Apart from the perfect condition of the rooms, staff is excellent and the breakfast superb. Location is also fantastic. 5 stars.

It looks like an exceptional place, very clean and elegant. I can only say that and it is located in the center of the city.
20 steps from Gran Via.
And 3 minutes walk from the Plaza de las Flores and CatedrL dd Murcia.
I haven't visited him, but I live right across the street.

I have known the hotel for years, when it was the old Murcia hesperia, I met it also during its reform and also once renovated I continue to stay with them every time I travel to Murcia (several times a year)
The location is perfect, a few steps from the Cathedral, the Old Bridge, and the shopping areas.
The atmosphere inside the hotel is quite pleasant, as well as its staff, always attentive and helpful.
The breakfasts, as is characteristic of NH, quite complete.
As for the rooms, I usually try to request the last or penultimate floor, as they are quite spacious and bright, although now after the renovation, the truth is that it is fine in anyone (before you noticed much more difference with the rooms most basic)
Just by putting a little catch, the parking lot, which I only used once, is quite narrow and complicated to manoeuvre
Overall, and in my opinion, if you are looking for a central hotel this is the best option for its value for money.

Central hotel, a step away from the cathedral. Clean room, correct bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room we occupied overlooked a rather sloppy building with many neighbors so if you look for views from the room, I think this is not the right one.

We went to the day camp to spend the night. All very new and the reception staff a charm. Super central and the breakfast wasn't anything wrong.

I stayed one night, after booking in advance, when I arrived at the hotel they tell me that they cannot give me the room with a single bed that I requested and that I get a room with 3 beds, being we a couple, or if I paid an important superior the Suit junior, after taking the room of 3 beds, since I did not see correct to pay more for a room with the conditions similar to the one I chose previously, I find that the room is quite small and that the shower, a foot of shower, had neither partition nor Cortinill A to prevent water from coming out of the shower area. When trying to shower, the toilet was filled with water… As for the service and breakfast, they were very friendly, but I was not given any solution… The breakfast was pretty good.

Very well located, whenever I travel to Murcia I stay here. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff, very friendly and attentive.
It has what you need in the room and they have 24h reception, plus it has places nearby where you can go for lunch and dinner.
For my part, fully recommended.

It is very well located and the service superb. For putting a snag has a parking lot but I don't know recommended it is very complex and expensive. Other comfortable and economical to use the city hall which is very well located and is cheaper.

Disappointing. Breakfast is expensive and scarce. When I belonged to the NH hotel chain, I expected more from this… I've been to pensions where the rooms were bigger!
The rooms are correct, that if the bed is firm you will rest well on it. The bathroom is very small with a bathtub for Smurfs or babies.

Very large Hotel spacious and very quiet apart that the rooms are quite large and very new and modern. The only thing I found missing was more hot blankets for the cold. There was air conditioner to heat up the room but sleeping with noise all night is not pleasant. What I like about this chain of hotels is that they have at the front desk drinks and something to taste when you walk into the hotel. In another NH in Vitoria I saw the same thing.

Justita room for 3, low water flow in the shower. Little natural Light. Quality price, out of place. And we had to ask for an extra stove because we went cold. For several years throughout Europe I have used NH hotels, always perfect. But I don't think I'll come back to another, because it's the second time I have any complaints. What a pity!

They have renovated the hotel and it has been super cozy. The great location to visit the city. Good breakfast It has a gym and parking. In the rooms they have Netflix! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Is a hotel very centrally located and is very good price. It bad is that is old and sometimes you find cockroaches in the hallways. Moreover, all great.

Comfortable and cosy, spacious rooms. But a little old, you need a refresher, especially to the bathrooms of the rooms.

The treatment is right and the location fantastic. But hotel is very old, carpet for all sites that needs to be removed immediately. Elevator slow and difficult to catch.

Old Hotel but renovated. All correct except that the free Wi-Fi they have IS A TRUE PORQUERIA! We are in the year 2016 is not the year 1995 lords of Hesperia! Because they draw the blood to stay, unless you offer something free of quality.

A hotel downtown with good and very bad staff,
the only advantage is that it is centrally located.

A small hotel we use for intensive weekend english courses in murcia with kids from 14 and adults. Inglesgarantizado centre 3 is on c pasqual too.
