Definitely no bcos the restaurant staff provide really poor service.

Terrible service at the restaurant. The staffs refused to provide glass for wine. Insisted we have to use our glass for water to fill our wine. Is it so hard to provide additional glass for wine?

Modern hotel with spacious and modern rooms. You have to take a walk to go to the center of Murcia but it is worth it. It has a swimming pool and a small but well-assembled gym. The pool is a pleasure because of the heat it makes in Murcia in summer. Inside the hotel it's cool.

Unfortunately I have to give a negative rating, a four star that from outside looks gorgeous, also the Lobby makes a great impression, pity that our room was very dirty, I complained and the girl on the front desk was very friendly and immediately changed me The room, too bad that even this, which I was shown by a cleaning lady, was also very dirty, the third of course before you let me in they went to clean. Five stars for the availability of the two staff for cleaning. More than sore Notes are The mattresses, very low and consequently very uncomfortable. Very good experience at this hotel, with good service at reception and good breakfast buffet experience. The room is very comfortable and had all sorts of details to make the room comfortable (there was even a kettle and tea envelopes in the room). In addition, I consider that without being in the city center is very well located, since in the lower of the hotel there is a Mercadona and nearby there is a small shopping center with Carrefour, Burger King, McDonalds, etc. It is a hotel suitable for couples, for business trips and also for traveling with children. If you consult their website, they have bonuses or packs that include accommodation, parking and breakfast buffet at a very interesting price. Although the hotel has parking, you can park in the area or around. The breakfast buffet is varied and the service is attentive to the guests. I have not had any negative aspects during my stay.

We have spent three days at the Agalia hotel and were very satisfied, excellent staff, breakfast a 7, and spacious rooms and all the comforts of a 4 star hotel.

This hotel although not in central Murcia is well located, there are several shopping malls next to it. Burger King and McDonald's the area is quite modern and has several hotels around it, all services a four star staff is correct and nice cleanliness is correct, also very much appreciated the toiletries that are of the most complete I've ever seen, razor, courtesy toothbrush etc. The beds are quite comfortable although mine made a rather unpleasant pier noise, I recommend checking them and by putting another but, when arriving at the hotel and going up to the rooms we noticed a smell though not unpleasant either, maybe with a Change of air freshener would be enough. The breakfast buffet quite complete in short I would definitely go back to this hotel and keep a four star.

It is in a round next to shopping centers with easy access and in, just a quarter of an hour walk, you can reach LPs main buildings of the University of Murcia. The historic center or the cathedral in just twenty minutes walk.

Everyone is very helpful & polite hotel is very clean, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay & if I we come to this part of Spain again we will book here at this hotel. It's the best hotel I've stayed in in Spain.

Nice accommodation in the business area of Murcia. You'll have to go out for an evening meal but there is an excellent Italian only a 6 min walk away. Hotel Bar prices very good compared to other places we stayed in Spain too. Forget about the pool though. It's no 'roof top' but actually just on the roof of the second flour and when I went to take a look it was tiny with about 30+ kids in it and the parents stood around smoking : (

Loved the hotel and everything that came with it, check in was fast with the receptionist spoke enough english for you you understand, had great views from my room, room was clean, dinning area was spotless a great outdoor area, supermarket was round the corner, fast food restaurant and a shopping mail was a five minute walk away, a 30 minute walk to the Cathedral and great outdoor eaterys, loved my stay and will stay again.

Clean hotel just outside city centre — in the business district of Murcia. Supermarket in same building. Rooms with terrace are spacious and quiet. Breakfast is a buffet with something for everyone. Pool is small but not too crowded.

Big rooms. Hotel on main road however no noise inside the room. Toilets could have been cleaner.

Spacious, airy, comfortable and very good service. The penalty is the swimming pool, closes at 8 p. M.

It was very comfortable and cozy. The room was big and had a great view. I was staying here with my daughter and she really enjoyed the pool. They also have a pretty good gym here and the hotel is located in a nice area with several shops and restaurants around.

Only have status in the restaurant to have in the building urban center. The price is not bad and the food is good, but they cater too slow.
