Rooms are really big and very comfortable. Also very very clean. Additionally, breakfast was very rich. I give five stars.

A really good room and a good location. But I wanted the aircon to stop spewing hot air. It turns out the temperature control is seasonal… this is quite common in spain so ve on thw lookout… otherwise a good standard, slightly jaded hotel. Yoy can also negociate rates.

Good service and good location close to the centre. Nearby there is a mercadona and it fixes you for anything. The company food was ideal. Very good dishes.

Very comfortable three star Hotel with newly refurbished rooms. The access is a bit bad and the parking horrible. The service was very good and helpful.

I stayed here as part of a packaged deal whilst doing motorbike track days at Cartagena Circuit. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable and breakfast was also excellent. Unfortunately I broke the shower head. I told reception and it was fixed the same day. The only down side was the capacity of the lifts. Most could only cope with 2 people at once without being overloaded. Having said that I was waiting for the lift one day and a member of staff opened the service elevator for us to use. This was typical of the quality of staff going the extra mile to make a great customer experience. The hotel is relatively basic but great value and excellent staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks.

It's a nice hotel. A decent breakfast. The minibar has beer, champagne and snacks. Comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff.

The room and the bathroom were perfect. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit slices. Sweet salty in short for all tastes. Very good value for money. I'll advise.

Hotel Carlos III Sercotel is a lower cost three-star offering from the Sercotel chain of hotels. It shares the same building with a sister hotel, the four-star Hotel Alfonso XIII Sercotel. The accommodations are expectedly cheap with just the basics for furniture. Amenities such as an ironing board and key for the in-room safe had to be requested at the front desk. For English travelers, the front desk speaks serviceable English. There is a restaurant on the second floor that serves breakfast which is included in the stay. The hotel is located easy walking distance to several pharmacies, convenient stores, and plenty of restaurants. It is also a quick stroll to the downtown walking district with more to see and do. Slightly further south from that is the waterfront. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable enough for it's price class and the staff has been helpful.

Liked it because it is a great hotel with all the amenities but right all. You have to pay them all, but everyone. Water in the room undrinkable even to brush your teeth and parking in the street. You pay for it… Obviously.

Reserve the room in the Carlos III indicating as preference bed of marriage in the room, but when arrived we had assigned a with two beds individual separate without having us warned, to what us opposed.
Initially they told us that they will only be allocated subject to availability, but due to complain that not we had habisado before, since we would have cancelled the booking know. At the end the Chief of reception we attended personally the situation and offered us a Junior Suite passing the Hotel Alfonso XIII, who share the same building, free of charge added for the inconvenience.
So it was initially a nuisance but they were able to resolve it satisfactorily without any more problems.
Apart from this the breakfast buffet is very complete, both American-style pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, etc. Share the same room the two hotels.
The room Junior Suite is very large, with a small living room with two sofas, TV, tables, etc. Bed King size with another TV, bathroom with shower and bathtub of hydromassage…
The area surrounding the hotel is all blue area (of payment), or orange area (reserved car park for residents), so you have to take into account schedules. Saturday afternoon and Sunday is free.

A functional hotel. The rooms are spartan but clean. The breakfast abundant. Very good value for money.

I went just to the cafeteria. Very good and friendly service. Those prices, according to the quality of the Hotel.

Hotel Carlos III, Cartagena is the hotel for the young and advanced. I had the pleasure of doing them the virtual tour and in it you can see a practical and modern facilities and a playground with all consoles. A hotel to enjoy it.

They serve very well and have extensive services. Leisure area and very important the Wi-Fi works perfectly in rooms. Clean and to have access to both the port and the city centre is ideally located. For business trip for my was very comfortable and enjoy the stay.
