Indescribable customer service.
They didn't let us stay with our pets because they coincided with other guests' dogs. Terrible attention from Michèle without giving us a feasible solution, simply telling us that they could not accept our pets (2 4-month-old kittens).
Before booking, make sure you are allowed to bring your pets because if the reservation is non-refundable you will have problems later.
We will not book with Sa Legitima again nor will we recommend this apartment to anyone.
➜ A superb place, quiet and conducive to rest. Closer to Ciutadella, this allows you to discover the region without any problem. The reservation was made without problem, very good welcome and everything else to match.
