The apartments are very clean and the staff are really friendly, the pool is beautiful too BUT! the apartments have no air conditioning which is awful and constantly hot, you are given a fan but that's no good what so ever as it blows hot air around the room, the rooms are big but very very basic, the TV does not have one english Channel on at all, the apartments have everything that is needed and are perfectly situated but unfortunately this will be our last stay until air con is put in and the rooms are updated.

Lovely large pool with plenty of loungers. Friendly staff who were very helpful. The apartments were spotlessly clean though could benefit from a refurb. I found the bed too hard. Cooking implements quite limited — one small saucepan and one frying pan. We were concerned about noise from Jimmy Hills right next door, but they shut down music at 11.30 promptly. Transfer by coach was good.

Just arrived back from staying a week here with hubby and 2 kids. (4 and 8yr olds). This was our first self catering holiday as we thought we would give the all inclusive a miss and this one seemed appealing. We had an absolutely amazing relaxing stay here. There was no sun bed wars (which I dread every holiday) beds were still available most days. We went out after 9am and still spare beds for pool opening at 10. The room was very well equipped. I took everything necessary with me, but on arrival there was a little brown bag with washing up liquid, a sponge, a dishcloth and a tea towel. The kitchen had everything else we needed. The bathroom had handwash and a large shower with a running tap option ideal for the little one and shower gel. The maids changed the towels and bedding regular too.
The onsite restaurant was really nice and plenty ice cream and bakery options to chose from and not expensive.
There is a little arcade area and bouncy castle attached to the restaurant also and the staff were all very very friendly.
The location was also great. Supermarkets right across the road, restaurants a 5min walk away and Jimmy Hills which caters for all with evening entertainment. The Water park is also only a 8-10min walk away which the kids loved.
The only negative I would point out that being on the ground floor are the ants. If any food is dropped they are there. But nothing that couldn't just be then brushed up.
The whole complex was really nice.

We stayed in a two bed apartment which was perfect for the 7 days. We had a bit of noise from Jimmy Hills next door (until about midnight) but with the ceiling fan on we couldn’t hear it.
We have an allergy child so emailed ahead of our stay, a big thank you to Lindsay (reception), Juanfar and Jasmine (bar staff) and the chefs who were brilliant. As with any establishment cross-contamination can’t be helped and they did their best.
There were two cons: 1) towards the end of the stay people were leaving towels on loungers and going away for a few hours; and 2) after a really heavy rainfall over night our living area was flooded but I wiped it up using the mop and it soon dried out.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can’t fault this hotel.

We are here at the moment. If you are a couple with small children this is the place for you. The rooms are clean and spacious and there is even access to the patio from the bedroom as well as patio doors so if you have children asleep in the lounge area you can still access the patio. For a glass of wine or a G and T 😊
There is a couple of supermarkets right across the road but there is not a lot of room in the kitchen so we tended to have a sandwich or something simple for lunch then eat out at one of the many restaurants round and about.
The pool is very clean and there are always sun beds available even if you’re not an early riser.
The on site restaurant is reasonable and very handy.
We asked for a ground floor quiet room and got number 139 which is brilliant.
Staff are all pleasant and helpful and all in all we’ve had a brilliant stay.

Been going to vista picas for over 20 years now and its always a fantastic holiday. Staff are lovely and go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. Rooms are basic but they are clean and you have everything you need. The new ceiling fan and free standing fan were very welcome in the 30+ heat. The pool is amazing with plenty of loungers and no early morning towel wars. Will definitely be returning for many more years to come. Love this place.

Second visit to Vista Picas, allocated the same apartment as requested. Friendly reception staff. Clean apartment, spacious and well equipped. Pool brilliant, no fighting for sun beds anytime of the day. Quiet and relaxing vibes on the whole around the pool and the complex. Nice bars and restaurants in the resort. Very hot — 35-38 degrees, made it difficult to do much exploring and the sleeping was hard as it was stifling — ceiling and floor fans just didn’t cut it, really needed air con to help with the sleeping situation. Managed a bus ride to Ciutadella on the one cloudy day which was a welcome change of scenery. Feel like we’ve exhausted the resort now after 2 visits but if you’ve not been before it comes highly recommended.

This is a great place and one of my favourite places. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The pool is fab and great spot to sunbathe. Very close to all local places and the staff are great.
The big downside for us are the beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are unbelievabley hot (no air con in any rooms) which in turn makes it very difficult to sleep and get ready.

We had 10 days here recently on a bed and breakfast basis. We'd hired a car at the airport and there was a large car park on the grounds.
Our room, 201, was spacious, with loads of storage space. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a decent sized balcony with 4 chairs and a table. The living room had a good settee and a table and 4 chairs. The little kitchen had a fridge which was very useful. We didn't use any of the things in the kitchen other than the kettle but I think there was a toaster and a microwave and some other stuff available.
The bathroom was very good and had a great shower.
The grounds were really nice with lots of trees and grassy areas. The pool was huge and there were loads of sunbeds. Everywhere was kept very clean.
The staff were all excellent. Sorry I didn't get all the names but thanks to the 2 ladies on reception and the lady who cleaned our room.
We really enjoyed our breakfasts. The food was good quality and the coffee was great. Special big thanks to Sandra and Danny who were there pretty well every day. They always welcomed you with a smile and a bit of a chat and were able to answer all the questions we had. They are a real credit to the hotel.

What a fantastic week we had here in June. The weather was perfect, the rooms were a little warm in the evening due to no air on but we can handle that. The rooms were spacious and well equipped although slightly dated but realistically when you only spend time there to sleep it really doesn’t matter.
The staff were OUTSTANDING. Danny works tirelessly and a smile never leaves his face. Attentive and knowledgable just ask him about the area and he will guide you the best places to visit and eat. Sandra served us most of our food and drinks with a massive beaming smile and attention to detail. The staff on reception were brilliant and once again helped out whenever we approached them.
The pool area is great, well maintained and safe with plenty of sunbeds and room for everyone.
Winning points — for your last day there is a left luggage area AND a shower room you can book so you don’t go for the flight in a sweaty state.
All in all a fantastic week. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel, every member of staff who we spoke too were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was superb. Outside the pool area is huge with plenty of sunbeds, the sunshades are limited and there is always the selfish who abandon their towels for the day, but that's not the hotels fault. Food and drinks at the bar are both good and fairly priced, service is exceptional. All in all a marvellous find with jet2 will be almost certainly returning here very soon.

First time in Menorca and one of the best holiday stays we have had, the staff were amazing they were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The pool was great never struggled to get a sun bed at noon. Food was great we ate here a few times breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was great very clean and towels changed every couple of days we would highly recommend Vista Picas and we will definitely be back.

Very clean and we'll maintained We arrived just as they were opening up for the season. The staff are professional and friendly. The place is kept clean and there were maintainers keeping everything in order. Peaceful during the day. Little bit of noise from Jimmy's in the evening but I use earplugs.

We visited for 4 nights in October with a Jet 2 package. Initially was a bit disappointed with the room as l had requested a first floor room and were given a ground floor room with a rear terrace overlooking a car park and row of bars. The room wasn't noisy (apart from the neighbours above) and it was quite pleasant to sit outside later on an evening and listen to the karaoke from the bars.
The apartments were clean but fairly basic. There was a microwave and toaster on a ledge but to plug either of them in required reorganising the kitchen. No hairdryer supplied.
The complex was clean and well staffed and the pool was nice. No problem with sunbeds. The bar was reasonable and staff friendly. Be careful in the restaurant, my son ordered a veggie burger and we questioned it when it arrived and it was actually chicken. They didn't have any veggie burgers so he ended up sitting watching us eat.
The location is good with a selection of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.
We wouldn't return as the area was far to quiet for us but would recommend for older couples or young families.

We stayed for ten days, bed and breakfast, the menu was very good and varied. The two bedroomed apartment was very nice, with one double, twin beds with large wardrobes in both including hangers and there was a sofa bed too, a kitchen equipped with the essentials, two toilets and a bathroom. Patio doors opening onto a small terrace with patio furniture and a clothes airer. We stayed for ten days, B & B. The menu options were very good and varied, but very tasty and good value for money. It was quiet as it was coming to the end the season but still a lovely place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping came every couple of days to refresh the towels and toilet rolls and the apartment was always clean and tidy.

We went for 11 nights. We arrived our room wasn't quite ready, but we sat on the terrace had a drink and something to eat. After aboutv30mins lyndsay arrived with our key to apartment 133. It was ground floor and had a nice view of pool and garden. Everything you needed in apartment, change of towels every other day. Bed mad and change-over linen2. Brilliant library and read loads of books,. Definitely would recommend and would go back and ask for same apart. Supermarket across the road and several places to eat and drink.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. If you have mobility issues, ask for a ground floor apartment. We were upstairs, which gave us a private balcony, looking over the garden and towards the water park.
The kitchen was quite basic, but there was enough equipment to make a simple meal, if you wanted to eat at the apartment. There are supermarkets within a short walk from the complex.
As other visitors have said, the pools are very clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds/parasols available.
The meals in the restaurant are good. There is plenty of choice at breakfast and for dinner, with staff happy to explain anything on the menus.
There is some noise from Jimmy Hills next door, and from the “Parc Aire” site (inflatables) but not enough to disturb us.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. If you want to visit a town, the local bus stops outside the complex, with regular services to Ciutadella, which is well worth a visit, with the fare being €1.70 each way.
There are a couple of beaches within walking distance — Platja de Cales Piques and Cala en Forcat. These are both small, with gritty sand, and neither are accessible for wheelchairs.
Pont d’en Gil is about a 20 minute walk away, with views down to a sea arch. Bufador de almirante Farragut is another viewpoint, also about a 20 minute walk from Vista Picas.
All the staff are very friendly and really helpful, working hard to make sure you enjoy your holiday.
