1. Villa was tired and not cared for.
2. Outside bushes overgrown and weeds everywhere, if they grew anymore they would have been in the pool. We did get maintenance in, and they arrived the day before we left and had them cut down. Maintenance was spraying weed killer while we were there instead of just pulling the weeds up.
3. Patio furniture was dirty and old and needs replacing.
4. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were flat and dirty and needs replacing.
5. The lock on the shutter at the back of the property was broken (we did have that repaired while we were there)
6. We found the smoke alarm in the cupboard with no battery in it (not much use in there) we had this fixed while we were there.
7. The cushions on the sofas did not zip up and were flat and old and need replacing.
8. Opened the cupboard door in the bathroom and it fell off its hinges, they did repair it but not very very well.
Pool area was lovely, beds comfortable, but not much of a holiday when maintenance are constantly fixing things while you are trying to relax.
