LLONGA'S 7th

Because we had already paid in full we had to continue our 10 day stay in the ground floor Queen Suite.
The old website pictures do not reflect the current state. This below street level room was damp and smelt of mould when we arrived and that continued during our stay. The room had not been aired properly and even though sheets were changed during our stay they always felt damp. By the end of our stay our clothes felt damp.
Kettle and coffee machine were located in communal hall area.
Bathroom was style over function, showing signs of age. No toilet roll holder, or shelving at all — we had to use external courtyard window sill as the shelf. The backlit mirror was ineffective for actual day to day use. No toiletries supplied apart from a small glass bottle of something that could have been soap, shampoo, hand lotion (no label on bottle).
The courtyard — plants were so big they had outgrown the planter and reduced the small sitting area significantly. When we arrived one of the two mouldy 'director' type chairs was broken and the small table was also mouldy. (these were not the chairs and table in the website pictures). Old water sat in the plant pots and attracted flies.
The location was very good for the main city centre. Quiet pedestrian only street. Bed made and laundry changed regularly. Aircon system good. Building clean. Fridge good size. Thick towels.

Booked here through booking. Com on arrival I realised this actually isn’t a hotel I would class it more as an Airbnb! The place is in the perfect location and absolutely spotless however the rooms are really small there is no storage for your items not even a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc.
There is a safe in the room but it’s not fixed so people could just walk out with it! No draws etc for clothes, in 5 days our bed wasn’t changed once which I find bizarre, there is a kettle but nothing else to use to make drinks, what really infuriates me we were charged €250 per night non refundable or I would have checked out on first day! Yet they reduced the other rooms on booking. Com to €119 euro per night,
I definitely wouldn’t stay here again as it just isn’t practical oh and there isn’t any parking everyday we drove around for 2 hours trying to park our vehicle.
There is nobody on site to help or advise you so as I stated earlier this would be better advertised on Airbnb if you book for one night you would be happy but anything longer than that it becomes in practical and cramped, also the mini fridge in the room is completely empty I’d have thought given the prices you charge some complimentary waters would be a good idea when it’s 30 degrees outside and bottled water is very cheap, it’s the little things that make a hotel and unfortunately you are seriously lacking these things.
