Nice hotel. Excellent service. Staff are fantastic. Very clean. Only issue is the sun bed situation in that there is not enough of them so they get reserved by 7.30am. There also is not enough parasols. Entertainment 2 days per week. Resort is very quiet. Too quiet for my liking and 180 steps are very offputting down to the beach. But the hotel itself is great.

The service and kindness of the staff impeccable, great variety of buffet menu with a view of the alley that is truly unforgettable. Recommended for any requirement: families, couples and singles. Quiet environment, soft where there are musical evenings that don't end ever a maximum of over 11 hours. Perfect location.

Nice hotel set in a fabulous bay bit of a jaunt to get to the beach but well worth a visit. Hotel staff very friendly especially Xavier. Food was basic but edible not much choice. The hotel was spotlessley clean including the pool the pool area was a bit small and there was a lack of sunbeds if you weren't up early you'd miss out. All in all we had a nice relaxing holiday.

Tourist Hotel good location from which to enjoy the island in a special way if you love the walks indispensable for enjoying the best holiday a car, but also well served by public transport to the main locations. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Only our first week here the staff treat you like royalty. They can cater for all food allergies I am epileptic every day a great selection for me. The rooms are cleaned everyday hence spotless they even hoover the balcony. If you want to chill out this is the ideal hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk in the village;4supermarkets 10 minutes walk bus stop outside hotel beds very comfortable we will definitely be back. Shame about tourist tax 3.30euros each per night. Still worth it. You won't be disappointed everything good comes to an end home in 3 days sorry to go home.

This was probably the most relaxing holiday I’ve ever had. With such brilliant happy staff the hotel just can’t go wrong. The food is varied so there is something for everyone at every meal, everything I tried was beautifully prepared and presented. Cleanliness is absolutely spot on and staff he beds are comfortable.

Beautifully located hotel, beautiful view of the bay, super. Very friendly service. Very clean, spacious rooms, clean large bathrooms. Very tasty, exquisite meals. Daily served fish, seafood. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great view, food and very friendly staff — I've heard them speak fluent English, German and of course Spanish. They try really hard to make guests happy and always greeted us with a smile. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food is great with enough variety for everyone. Rooms are neat and clean, bathrooms surprisingly big. Every room is equipped with AC. Ocean view is spectacular. The hotel is easy to find, offers car and scooter rental and there is a bus stop right outside for tour buses and local ones that take you around the island. There are a lot of stairs to get to the nearest beach, but well worth it. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a kiddie pool. The bar on the ground floor had some incredible musicians for entertainment.

This hotel is very clean and well presented. The cleanest pool I've ever seen, but very cold. The rooms smell clean and fresh and are very upto date. The food is excellent. Different choices every day. Never get bored of the same thing.

Fantastic place, fantastic staff, would highly recommend, this was only our second night! This is our last night and still no change! If anything "better" me the wife, son and partner don't want to leave. Hotel fab, staff excellent, food brill, say no more. I'm a beer drinker and Victor and staff put the John Smith's I bought from local supermarket in fridge for me and served them as and when wanted. Again loved the place as well as resort.

Excellent hotel, beautiful sea view and the staff are very friendly. The buffet food is OK, a nice variety. The only thing missing is a fridge in the room.

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Beer and wine is only included with full board, not half board. Get to the beach early if you want to rent chairs. Bus only runs once an hour to other parts of island.

The hotel itself was great but there was a lack of range in the food they had (lack of fresh fish and traditional Spanish food).

A lovely quiet hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We had an all inclusive holiday and canteen had a wid e variety of fresh food which varied daily, with tea and coffee facilities and wine or beer at lunch and tea times. We would recommend this hotel to all ages. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the hotel bit dot was down 186 steps great going down, but a tidy workout coming up.

Food more or less varied, TI in brand alcoholic drinks cheap, until 23:00 hours and water bottles do not enter. Standard rooms with large balcony. Try the best service.
