Bad experience for booking through agency and related tour operator, not so much for the property, but because we changed two rooms in two days because of the cockroaches, coming out of the sink. We had just arrived, not even time to take a shower and could not be drawn to the food. We didn't have any!
We did not sleep in the bed but in the car to avoid having "unwanted companies". The second day despite having closed all the sink holes and tub. They still came out of the sink hole anyway. Changed structure at our expense and clearly nothing is refunded!

Pro:
Location (bus 61 under house to Ciutadela, close to beaches and restaurants)
Staff (hospitable and available)
Against:
Prepayment with no possibility of refund (if you read below you will understand why. )
Lack of basic products for an apartment (salt, oil, soap, detergent, hair dryer, sponges, scottex, scissors)
Wi-Fi for a fee (about 1.50 euros every 30 minutes)
Tap water has a strong chlorine smell (washing dishes is a trauma)
Unpleasant smells from the bathroom (smellofs persistent sewer when you enter the house, despite the window remaining open)
Superficially cleaned (just the bathroom and change towels)
Atrocious heat given the lack of air conditioning (compensated however by a good passage of air opening doors and windows)
Knives don't cut (use serrated bread)
The curtains are dirty
Keep in mind that staff will advise you based on your return (to rent a car you will pay much less with Europcar 15 min from home)
Old and dusty wardrobe, as well as the 70s style fan, not used because too dirty.

Great apartment both in terms of location and cleanliness. The apartment has a bit of dated furniture but for those who use it as a support base it is great. A few meters away there are supermarket restaurants and car rentals. It has a large pool and a smaller one, tennis courts, a restaurant where you can eat a bit of everything and a breakfast bar. A 5-minute drive from Ciutadella, the centre is a bit more touristy and lively and 100 metres away there is a beautiful cove. Free parking. Cleaning and changing towels twice a week. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only neo maybe the lack of free Wi-Fi and air conditioning but having stayed in June I did not feel the need. From the reviews read I was a bit worried instead I will definitely return to the Lentiscos apartments that satisfied me great.

Comfortable accommodation for the price. Maintenance service for the top housing. Nice pool, very nice restaurant poolside bar with very nice service also.
I'm advising this residence.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Troubleshooting immediately repeat for sure.

Worst place to stay ever! AVOID COMPLETELY! The service is the worst, staff very rude, unapologetic for their mistakes and all in all disgusting. Antonio especially is very rude and has no clue what customer service is. Moreover the manager called me 'de puta' in front of my girlfriend and my 2 friends. Will take this with my travel agent as it completely ruined our October sun. The rooms stink also and the pool is very dirty and never checked by the staff. I used it once and got otitis on both my ears. Will take legal action against these guys as they have not provided even 1% of what we were sold. Again, avoid at all cost!

Spacious but frugal apartment. No air conditioning was uninhabitable in August. The complex is equipped with two swimming pools, a bar restaurant, tennis courts but all in an absolute sobriety to the limit of squalor. Low price.

If you want a simple non expensive holiday then this is perfect, we had an ant problem by our apartment which really let down the whole stay, would have been nice to have been moved rather than just given ant spray. Staff were lovely everything was clean and lovely pool area and close to amenities. There is no entertainment at the hotel which is fine just your general self catering holiday.

I went last year, a spectacular deal. Cleanliness great, the truth that I have nothing bad to say, I would repeat again. In addition to being located next to a bus stop! And next to Cala Forcat. Experience of 10!

Decent. Basic but that what I was looking for as was busy exploring the island. Done over 600km there in a week. Good walue for money.

Stayed two weeks here from the 24 of September to the 8th of October 2017 really enjoyed our stay staff were very nice clean towels and sheets every two days would go back there.

We were 7 days very happy and comfortable. It is well connected and close to the Cala Blanes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good accommodation and friendly staff. Ideal location for the local amenities. However beaches in the area are very small.

Trankilo Place and very clean rooms. They are not last model rooms but they do their function and everything works fine, no problems to park. The only thing wrong with the Wi-Fi is paid.

Very well located apartment ample cleanliness let q wish but good.
And the island a 10 we're going to be delighted to repeat.

Nice, clean, very cozy… I recommend it absolutely!

Placed at the bottom of the main resort street it is well situated. Spacious room but couch not very comfortable as padding thin. Table and chairs in room needs replacing as looking very tired. Pool area fantastic and very spacious. Don't pay for Wi-Fi as it doesn't let certain brands of phone s and tablet connect and when it does internet is extremely slow. Safety deposit boxes are in reception and the size of a letter box so you can't put much in. Rooms not cleaned during your stay but they give you a sweeping brush and mop to do it yourself so be aware. But all in all a good base and it keeps the children happy with the pool.

Not beautiful apartments But the biggest problem is the heat! Without air conditioning you die, there is a small fan but objectively not enough.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious… excellent cleaning service every 2/3 days they clean the room… only lacks abundant ants in the kitchen… is close to the sea, but the sea is a tiny cove and I have to rent the car to see beautiful beaches…
