We went fully inclusive and it was great food, specially the "carvery" meat each evening which was delicious. Lots of choice and quantity. Staff in restaurant very accommodating and efficient. Hotel itself exceptionally clean. Only criticism was that people towel hogged the sun lounges around the pool then did not use for hours and hotel stated "no reserving of sun lounges" and this wasn't inforced. Located near a very lovely beach in a quiet resort.

Nice, clean hotel with reasonable facilities. Food was very average to poor and restaurant staff sometimes rude to guests. The entertainment was consistently poor quality and very loud in all rooms. Good if you like Abba and Queen. Usual problems with towels on lounges then left empty all day. Nearby there were some great restaurants and the local cove was gorgeous. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

Cleanest hotel I have been to. Liked almost everything about it. Food good. Entertainment good. Kettle and fridge in room. Paid for sea view but in full sun most of the day so could not sit on balcony, only in morning. Fee for safe expensive €32 for week. All in all a lovely hotel.

The Mediterrani was chosen as a short break out of season with our 11 month old baby girl. Recently refurbished to a good standard. Three pools, one main, plunge pool and a pool for toddlers. We never struggled to find sun beds and needed 4 in total. Meals are fresh and varied. Drinks are fine, serve yourself or at the bar. Good sized rooms, we had a family room with a cot and the balcony was baby/toddler friendly. Great staff who went out of their way to make our stay with a baby as stress free as possible. Always cleaning and working hard and it shows. There is a great beach across the road. Sun beds are expensive so we took the complimentary beach towels and beach bag with us. Shops nearby if you need anything. We brought toys and souvenirs. So far great holiday.

A beautiful hotel, great staff and a wonderful Animation team to keep you entertained with archery, shooting and French bowls. And the entertainment at night was the best I have ever seen in Spain. There is a cove 5 mins walk from the hotel with warm water and fish. We arrived at the hotel the first day it opened this year and they were finishing off the preparations. The food was better the second week with more choice but the pool water was cold. Although the hotel was full there were plenty of sun beds so no reason to get up at 6 to put your towels out. A few shops near by with a couple of pubs but I couldn't understand why guests were buying water when it was free. We had a wonderful time.

A very nice hotel, very clean and Excellent staff working here even though some of our favourites have now retired and also it was Rafa's last season. We have been here several times and I found the food greatly improved AND the coffee! Sadly, this was our last visit here as the hotel is expanding greatly and will be too busy for our liking. Sad! Anyway, if you come here ask for a seaview with stunning sunsets (3rd floor or higher) or if you get the landview side it has stunning sunrises… if you can get up early enough that is! There's a really fab entertainment team here too.

Had a great time here back in May 2017 food was brilliant. Room was spotless and staff made sure we felt welcome.

Hotel quite nice food is prob 4* Not what I would call a platinum but great for a quiet holliday.

Good location, very noisy rooms, good food but not much selection.

Had a very relaxing week with my sons 11 & 15. They entertained themselves in swimming pool, table tennis, pool table and jumping off the rocks at the beach, which was great fun! Beach is a small cove, very pretty and close by, we popped back for snacks and drinks during the day. Immaculately clean hotel and a great selection of food available all through the day, staff were very friendly and helpful and even though mid August there were plenty of sun beds around the pool and grassed areas, some early birds bagging the poolside beds with towels but I personally preferred the grassed area as a little quieter and more space.
Only one criticism, the plates weren't always clean and previous meal leftovers on the underside! Possibly need thorough rinsing before washing. I would definitely come back again!

Nice clean hotel, family oriented good location. Only let down is it's very noisy. Flimsy walls, loud slamming doors and tiled corridors don't help. Food isn't great either.

Perfect Hotel for a pleasant holiday in Menorca. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, nice, friendly hotel.

Spotlessly clean. Great location and good food. Sea view room on the top floor was great. There is a very small beach across the road and a slightly larger beach a 15 minutes walk away at Santandria. Both have good snorkeling with clear warm waters. The only downside of the hotel is guests reserving sun beds around the pool. Sun beds were reserved early and often not used until mid/late morning. The hotel should redevelop the tennis court to provide extra sun bed space, and perhaps put a tennis court at the front of the hotel. I would definitely go back to this hotel though.

This is a truly beautiful location, great facilities with friendly and helpful staff. The room we had was spacious and well presented, very clean and tidy but really could have done with some sort of hot beverage making equipment. Amazing views from the balcony over the Mediterranean to Majorca and a wrap around full height window with black out blinds to keep the room cool during the hottest parts of the day. The buffet style food service has something for everyone. I'm a coeliac so was a little concerned but they do cater as long as you ask. I would highly recommend this hotel and surrounding area.

Very nice clean hotel, this hotel is not yet at thomsons platinum standard as for as I am concerned but impovments were being made daily. Food was good always managed to make a meal from the selection. The only main complaint I had is that the only soft drink that was sugar free was diet coke not ideal for diabetics. The staff always very helpful the location was a very quiet village with a small beach that was not blue flag standard. If you are looking for a chill out holiday this is the ideal location.

Good structure… Average food… Big and nice Room Bad Wi-Fi… Cleaning of the dishes etc not optimal…

Great beach hotels with great service.

If want plastic in your food and rude staff catering is for elderly people who are on a saga holiday this is ur perfect holiday Shit hole.

We went to the hotel and employees have been very mables, above all maribel. Very good food and you can choose between many dishes! 100% recommended.

The truth that we have been a major disappointment. Facilities are not bad, but lunch is à la carte and you can only choose among 3 or 4 dishes of meats and other fish, it does not paste, or hamburgers, or. In addition the drink does not fit.
Rooms are very old, do not have free Wi-Fi, this refrigerator with lock, and are not double, but with two beds.
The service depends on whom you touch, there are very nice people and others who do not serve to work in a 4 star hotel, you speak bad, without respect.
In addition the white Cove, which is the closest, is filled right away, so if you want to swim you have to get up early.

The hotel is OK. Three stars, the price in August is excessive for what it offers, €86 per person and night is amazing.
The service is pretty good, very polite and attentive.
What is amazing is that they can not be charged drinks to the room and bring the money to the pool.
