Binibeca Beach Villas

We stayed here for 3 nights in October 2020.
Pluses:
— Beautiful villas, on a cliff overlooking the sea.
— pool.
— walkable to the nearby beach.
— walkable to Binibeca Vell " town"
— close to bus stops to Mao.
— free, fast Wi-Fi.
— villas include full kitchen (microwave, kettle, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, sink, and all utensils, servingware, and cooking implements)
— airy, lovely rooms.
— clean, quiet, secure.
— incredible value for a 2-bedroom villa (50 euros/night in Oct 2020)
— lots of outlets.
— helpful staff: they offered a late checkout, were helpful with taxis, etc.
Minuses:
— there's not much to do in Binibeca, so be prepared to just relax :)
— No buses in the off season, be prepared to take taxis.
— grocery stores nearby, but very expensive; get groceries in Mao before you arrive!
Overall, hugely recommend. We loved it.

Myself and bestie stayed here in June, we arrived early 10.30 am and our villa number was up on the entrance board and villa ready. It had everything we needed and more. Beautiful location with stunning views. The staff there went out of their way to make it a wonderful stay, they even let us check out when we we're ready for our 9.30 evening flight. Would definitely go again.

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment, detached unlike most of the larger ones. Fatima and her husband do a great job and are always working hard cleaning or changing beds. We enjoyed the place and it's in a great area. Unfortunately we had a few families in who had no consideration for others. Taking over the pool so nobody else could use it for just a swim to cool off. We go at this time so as to avoid families, not so bothered about the little ones as they tend to be more under control. Some people shouting and screaming in the pool in the early hours waking us up. It's all about respect for others but some just don't get it. The place is great and with a nice group of people you couldn't do much better. They have Wi-Fi, hair dryers, iron and ironing board plus loads of kitchen equipment.
I will not be going again though as our holiday was supposed to be relaxing and most of the time you could not do that. With reasonable neighbours it's a 4 but had to mark down to a 3.

Lovely Villa, clean basic, no noise, no rubbish. Please do not expect a 21st century show house it's just very basic but really clean. The pool is well maintained, tested and cleaned daily the staff can talk some English but make up for it with Google translate. I'm currently sat by the pool reading and I can honestly say I could hear a pin drop. Booking again my only gripe Nothing to do with the Villas is the English breeze that blows through now and again.
