Club Simo Aparthotel Club Simó

Me & my friend had a 7 night stay from 7th September. Had a lovely time. Stayed in room 1103 which was in the reception building, close to the restaurant, bar, pool area. Friendly staff — esp on checkout — our pick up for the airport was 3.05am, the receptionist who was on a night shift had a nice chat to us & offered us a tea or coffee. We were the only 1s checking out.
There was a decent variety of food. I can be a bit picky but I found things to eat & was left satisfied. We had half board which was breakfast & we could alternate between lunch or dinner which we swapped a few times which was handy depending what we were doing. A decent selection of drinks also. Could be a bit busy at times. We didnt visit the bar but sat on the balcony overlooking it & the pool & there was a good live band on 1 night.
Room was a good size, good size bathroom — towels provided, living & kitchen area comfortably fit 2 people in. Beds were comfy. Large wardrobe. 2 x Air con available & also a thin duvet if needed. Glad of the fridge with a small top freezer in. Cups, glasses etc provided. Good kitchen storage.
A nice pool area no problem getting a lounger.
A few minutes walk from an Aldi. Just below that a bus stop that you can take a trip to Palma in and also stops at other local resorts though they were also easy to walk to. Good variation of shops, cafes and restaurants a good 5mins away. Beach a good 10-15 mins walk depending on pace.

We’ve just returned from a 4-night package with EasyJet. Arrival was smooth enough – landed at 8.30 pm, but the transfer took around 2.5 hours and we were one of the last drop-offs. Coach driver didn’t know how to drive, one gear all the way.
On arrival, the receptionist was fantastic. She even walked us to the restaurant for a late-night bite while she checked us in and later escorted us to our room because it was so late. Sadly, the positives end there for the accommodation.
The Room (Block 4)
We booked a one-bedroom apartment and were given 4102 in Block 4 (across the road from the main hotel). The first thing that hit us was the stale, damp smell. The air con is only in the lounge and doesn’t reach the bedroom. Ants were everywhere, including the bed. To make matters worse, the room phone didn’t work so we had to trek back to reception.
We were moved to 4107, which still smelled musty but was ant-free. In daylight we noticed a dirty toilet seat, a bogey on the wall, hair and debris on the bathroom floor, and a wet poor repair to a cracked shower tray. The room was also right on the walkway so everyone could see in. After another trip to reception we were finally moved to 4205 – no smell, no ants, but still no air con in the bedroom. The sofa bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and after 4 nights your back is in bits.
There’s no Wi-Fi in Block 4 at all – you have to go to the main hotel to get a signal. Lighting outside the rooms is also poor.
Food & Facilities.

We had a lovely time at club Simo, it is a lovely hotel which is great for young families, we have a six year old and he loved it. The pools are great, and there are plenty of sun beds, we never had a problem getting one. The staff are lovely and make you feel really at home especially Christian, and all of the pool bar staff. The life guards work really hard too and are really friendly.
The food is typical 3 star not lots of choice but always fresh and the dining room is always very clean, we never saw any flies around especially in August. The whole hotel is kept very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location for Callor Millor, its 5 minute walk to the main area which has a great atmosphere at night. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this family-friendly hotel. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and professional, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit.
The food was tasty and varied enough to suit both adults and children. We appreciated the effort put into offering balanced meals and having kid-friendly options available.
The space was clean, well-organized, and convenient for families. There was enough space for our children to play and relax, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming.
It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our family, and we’d be happy to return in the future.

We've really enjoyed our stay in Club Simo. The activities are mostly for children but we were never bored at all. The artists and singers are on a next level! Rooms are comfortable and tidy, the staff and animators are very kind and helpful. The hotel area is nice and relaxing with a lof of palm trees and sport activities and 3 pools. The gym is really nice and well equipped compared to other hotels. Meal is delicious and the variaty is really wide. You should forget your diet for your stay cause those cakes are heavy :D The only thing that was a bit annoying is the weak Wi-Fi signal in our room but overall the hotel was far above our expectation. We'd definetely come back!

We went there in August. Our kids were 1 and 4 years old. Absolutely great place to be with very young kids. The staff everywhere were so friendly. We stay for 14 nights and was feeling we are at home. Highly recommended for a family holiday.
When we arrived the check in was smooth and easy. The hotel looks so much better and bigger in real. The rooms are not very modern but very clean. The bed was huge and very very comfortable. There was definitely quietness in the hotel even with so many kiddos around. The food was very good in the restaurant. On the same street but opposite of the hotel is an Italian Restaurant. The food was the best possible Italian food we have ever tried. The animation for kids and adults was just super. They have very nice sandy playground for the kids. The hotel is not far from the beach (gorgeous beach) and the Center of Cala Millor. The prices are very normal. Highly recommended for a family hotel.

We were in block 4, we arrived at midnight and initially I found it odd we had to walk up the road to get to our apartment. However, I think we had the best block as it was quieter than the main complex but we still had access to all the facilities in the main block. The separate pool by our apartment had only around 5 families use at a time so was relaxed, also there was a dedicated bar for drinks and snacks throughout the day. The shallow "toddler" pool was especially good for my 2 children aged 3 and 4. All staff within the hotel were especially helpful towards us and we could pay for a late checkout as our flight was in the evening. The food was especially good, lots of choice and I felt that they catered for children especially well as well as lots of options for adults. The apartment was cleaned most days and towels replaced if required, and we enjoyed having a small balcony attached. We visited the evening entertainment just one night and the kids disco was great (but mainly german speaking) and then there was belly dancing which was great, it was busy but there were barmen/women walking around and we had drinks brought to our table instead of going to the bar. This hotel is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants, and the beach is also nearby. There was a market one day that was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, the price was good and I would recommend to families.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. Ideal for going on holiday with children.
The rooms are nice and clean. The food is very extensive and delicious. The people at the reception also speak several languages ​​and are very friendly.
The whole bar team is great and friendly.
Very nice animation team. My children had a great time there. There is entertainment for both children and adults. Overall a very nice holiday and I would definitely come back.

An OK 3* hotel. Clean grounds, courteous service, big Aldi supermarket and nice beach nearby. Beware "Superior" rooms mean no Wi-Fi and extra 100m walk across the street with traffic to a separate building. Rooms are tired with low quality craftsmanship (laminate planks sticking out from the floor and biting the feet, slippery shower basin, peeling paint etc). Most of the pools are not suitable for children, too deep, they are also open for limited hours only. The restaurant is very hot, not a pleasant dining experience. Food is ok, fresh fruits available, but with low quality drinks/syrup based. Overall, for the right price the hotel is fine for a budget traveller, but we've seen better value for money.

We enjoyed our vacation time. The rooms are a bit older but fine and very tidy. The price is very good for what you get. Only the food offer is just okay. The staff and animation team was very friendly. The sports possibilities are amazing. If the food range would be a bit wider this hotel should have 4 stars.

My husband & I visited this lovely hotel for 5 nights. So clean, lovely staff, fabulous breakfast … a little off the beaten track when you first trip across it but near Aldi & the beach & it’s great clocking up the steps. It was quiet at the pool & the entertainment was not great but to be honest there was a poor attendance but they keep on making a strong effort.
Definitely would return as it’s so well kept & the staff are so lovely. Definitely well priced & the pool area is so well maintained. Continued success!

The hotel was situated just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous beach and shops.
All the staff were courteous and very friendly. The food/meats was always being freshly cooked and there was a good choice to choose from.
There was never an issue with finding deckchairs by the pool no matter what time in the day it was.
The pool is very deep, so definitely recommend a safety aid if not a strong swimmer.
The entertainment on the majority of nights was fantastic.
We stayed in the main block, no. 1213 over looking the road, which had the sun all day and was very quiet too. The one bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4. A separate bed under the sofa pulls out in the small lounge area. The shower was great.
To conclude, a fabulous hotel, with great facilities in a good location.

Just returned from this hotel with my family of 4 — our first time in Majorca and loved it. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and thought it was lovely, modern and spotless. We didn’t use the main pool/ facilities as we were happy with our little, quiet pool which very rarely had more than 1-2 families around it. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a quick walk to aldi and a 5/10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were always cheerful and would make conversation with our young children at breakfast and if we ever visited the bar.
I did see alot of mixed reviews of this hotel and was slightly worried, but it’s what you make of it and considering the price and that it’s 3* it was a lovely, clean apartment and we would stay again!
Also wanted to mention we were bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet had a great variety!
Only negative we could think of was there wasn’t a lift in our building so meant we had to carry the pram up stairs, but we didn’t mind.
A brilliant base for your holiday and would really recommend :)

Super good treatment and very good food I recommend it to everyone.

We had a very nice holiday. Staff helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Kids liked the Animation. I found the pool attendant is great, it has all the 3 Pools were guarded. Food was very tasty and good selection.

Great attention is spent and the food spectacular rooms are perfect we would repeat.
