Protur Alicia

This is a lovely hotel in a good location on the seafront. We had a small but really nice seaview room. I would say the hotel is a four star but unfortunately the food isn’t. You could always botch a breakfast together but the evening meal was of poor quality and most items were overcooked. A shame really as the hotel is really nice. Maybe bed and breakfast would be a good option?

We had a most enjoyable stay at The Alicia from 18-28 April, good selection of food, always hot, breakfast was excellent. A special mention to Mar whos was a great server, she was incredible.
Wine was reasonably priced and dinner at Sarah’s was excellent.
Although our sea view room was compact, everything worked fine. It was lovely waking up to such a wonderful view.
The only niggle was having to pay for the safe, something which could be absorbed in the price. This did not deter us from having a fantastic stay.

We have just returned from another month at the Hotel where everything was again perfect, the cleanliness, the staff and plenty of choice on the breakfast and evening meal buffet, nothing is too much trouble for anyone. For those who have not been to the area it is amazing with plenty of restaurants and bars and beautiful beaches at Calla Millor but quieter at Calla Bona which has a lovely marina.
Thank you to all the staff who have over the years have become like our holiday family and we look forward to seeing you all again in September for another four weeks. Xx.

Hotel was as fantastic as it was 3 years ago, on our last visit. Staff are excellent and go above and beyond to help. Breakfast and evening meals always had great choice! We had a first floor room with the larger balcony, beautiful view over the ocean. The balcony is in shade from mid afternoon, but we liked this because it gave us a break from the heat of the sun. Room was cleaned every day, and our bedding was changed twice during our 10 day visit. We had a problem with our AC but this was sorted quickly by the staff. (Transfer from the airport was slow, had to wait nearly 2 hours before the Tui coach left the airport, but that is no fault of the Alicia Hotel).

We had a fantastic stay at Protur Alicia Mallorca and would happily return in the future.
The staff were exceptional throughout our holiday – always attentive, kind, friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. The food was outstanding, with plenty of choice and excellent quality at every meal.
Our room was beautiful, and we would definitely recommend upgrading to a room with a balcony and sunbeds, as it made our stay even more enjoyable.
The entertainment was brilliant, especially thanks to Rafa, who was always friendly, welcoming, and great fun. He really helped create a lovely atmosphere around the hotel.
As a gluten-free guest, I was particularly impressed by how well catered for I was. Fresh food could be cooked to order, I was able to pre-order meals from the buffet, and there was even a separate toaster available at breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch.
One of the best things about the hotel was that there were no "sunbed wars. " Even during the busy May half-term holiday, we were able to find sunbeds at any time of day without any issues.
We were younger than many of the other guests staying at the hotel, although this may simply have been due to the time of year we visited. Regardless, we felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Also a great location for the beach, nice restaurants, marina and bars. I would also recommend the boat trip by TUI, we booked this with the rep in the hotel and it was amazing!

After reading the reviews, we were disappointed with all aspects of the hotel, and wonder whether they were even written by actual guests?
Firstly, the bedrooms did not have a bathroom as such. There was a sink in the bedroom, a toilet, which I can only describe as being in a cupboard! Next to it was the shower cubicle…which when switched on, leaked into the toilet area!
The towels were thin and stained.
Large balconies on the 1st floor, but not private.
Restuarant staff, were rushed! Wanted bottle of wine off the wine list. But apparently, not available! Although we were half board, we had to pay for water with the meal.
The drinks menu in the bar…well, half of the drinks were out of stock! My husband wanted a German beer, but, you’ve guessed it…not available! I tried a cocktail. It was served with no froth on top, and only half a cocktail glass full!
Nothing was luxurious about this 4* hotel!
They even charged €2 per day to hire the safe!
This hotel seems to favour the older British holiday maker, and is one that we will definitely NOT return to.

We have stayed at Hotel Alicia four times now, and honestly, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Every visit reminds me why this place is so special.
It doesn't matter which room you’re in, the views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery never gets old. They are so clean and welcoming from the moment you step in the door.
The entire hotel is impeccably clean Modern and well-maintained, creating a really relaxing environment.
The staff here are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They seem like one big family! Such a nice bunch!
The dining experience is a massive highlight. The restaurant team are incredible—the variety and quality of the food are almost hard to believe! There is such a wide selection that you're always spoiled for choice with different themes every evening Indian, Mexican Italian so much to choose from.
. During your stay you can enjoy a high quality meal at Sarah’s which is in the hotel grounds and included in your stay! It was so nice to relax for a proper chilled dining experience with a glass of bubbly! 🥂
If you’re looking for a consistent, high-quality getaway with a personal touch, Hotel Alicia is the place to be. I’m already looking forward to our next visit, Along with alot of other guests we have spoken to since our stay.
I would always recommend this hotel to anyone looking to take a holiday in Majorca!

We arrived very late at night but they offered us sandwiches which were very welcome. The breakfast buffet is 9/10, the evening buffet is 9/10. The speciality restaurant (Sarah's) is 10/10. The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. The pool areas are excellent, particularly the roof top. The location is good for the resort, and has lovely views towards the sea. The temperature of the pools may be suitable for the height of Summer but could do with turning up a bit in October. That is the only thing I could find fault with in this lovely hotel.

A week’s stay booked at the last minute turned out to be a great decision. From the fizz at check in we were so well looked after. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, with lots of choice, and the meal at Sarah’s was special. We loved the rooftop pool and also having the choice of 2 more pools. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel in Cala Millor. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff are brilliant and make the hotel what it is. The buffet restaurant is exceptionally good, with the specialty restaurant Sahras being top quality. Entertainment at night is generally good but be warned if of a younger persuasion they do Bingo every evening before the acts come on.
All in all I would recommend this hotel for a break away in good weather.

The Protur Alicia is a fabulous hotel we had an excellent 10 night stay. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist with a glass of cava whilst we checked in. The hotel is very clean and modern and our room was lovely. We had a balcony with wonderful sea views with stunning views of the sunrise. Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, fridge and tea making facilities with a TV showing lots of English channels. The bed was comfortable and cleaning ladies came in most days if required. The only thing I would say is the shower and toilet area were a little tired. The food at the hotel was very good with plenty of choice and the a la carte restaurant was excellent, you are allowed one visit per stay which is included. The roof top pool area is lovely with sofas and sun beds and the main pool area had plenty of sun beds available although we didn’t venture into the pool as it was very cold. I used the indoor pool every day which is small but had it to myself most days. Bingo and entertainment are on nightly and the bar area is very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel very clean everywhere. Room a little smaller than we are used to but very modern and in good order.
Hotel staff all very nice and helpful. Food wise very good always found something to eat only the puddings were a little disappointing with not much variation. Nice touches were the free glasses of Cava on arrival and on last night of stay and the free meal for two in the a la carte Sarah's restaurant. Our first time here but would definitely come again, the amount of people that have been coming here for years, at least twice a year, was amazing. It shows how good a hotel it is.

Absolutely superb hotel, extremely clean. Food choice was exceptional served buffet style. There is an a la carte restaurant, Sarah's, which you can book once per week of stay. Its so nice to have food served to you, always decorated beautifully. Room was serviced everyday. We had the luxury of a Seaview, large balcony with sunbeds. Staff were well presented and attentive. Large outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds plus a rooftop swimming pool which is quite shallow, a lounge area plus sunbeds.
There really are no negative points.

The resort was in a perfect location with different coves to explore. Easy excess to beaches, harbour either on foot or cycle tracks.
Room was compact, clean, amazing sea view and modern shower room.
All the staff were very friendly and courteous throughout. Special thanks to Isabel and Antonio who looked after us on the terrace.
The communal areas were clean and functional.
The cleanliness of the whole hotel was outstanding with room cleaning on a daily basis if required.
Overall feeling was good standard of comfort throughout the hotel, without being extravagant.
First impressions were of a modern, clean and welcoming hotel.

Indoor pool was good. The sorna could be better signed.
We had a very good late deal and would have no hesitation in recommending thus hotel.
Room had a great view and good level of amenities in a compact space.

My mum and dad stayed here for a week and we were in another resort. We came to see them for lunch. Very modern hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff helpful that served us. Great variety of food. Saw their room. Very spacious with a great sized balcony. Seemed an older clientele!

Absolutely loved my experience at this Hotel, the staff are so friendly always greeting you. The location and atmosphere is really nice, looking at the beach and hear sounds of the waves every morning. The cleanliness of the hotel is really well looked after by all staff. The value of hotel was just about our budget price. The rooms are a decent size for 2 people. I liked looking out on the balcony of an evening.

After a minor issue, which the hotel dealt with, we would like to share a fantastic experience at the hotel.
Nothing was too much to ask of from most of the staff. Pleasant and super friendly.
In the main, the hotel has an excellent level of cleanliness, the food was extensive and tasty. The location was excellent, close to the beach and local bars etc.
