Well let's get the negatives out of the way first shall we?
This hotel is on the very small side. Small rooms with little to no storage and the bathroom is yes well? Very small my husband and myself are average size people and just' about managed to carry out our daily ablutions in there.
I do however think a larger person would struggle. The pool I think is maybe just to dip your feet in or have a quick run around its just so small. The restaurant is a bit like a galley kitchen very little room to move people trying to get passed one another. But all this is based on the design of the building and not the fault of management and staff. Which brings me to the positives. The staff are just Amazing so hard working always Smiling, the food is excellent, our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels on request and bedding changed half way through our holiday. We really enjoyed our stay we solved the pool problem by visiting near by pools in other hotels and used our hotel as a base. Its a bit small for us but certainly a lovely hotel.

I really don’t understand some of these bad reviews! I can only think some people like to moan. I remember this hotel when it was family run although always looked clean, there was no lift for starters. We never stayed here but friends of ours did and we often called for a drink with them. The hotel now is kept beautiful, there were three of us our son had a room to himself which he said was small but adequate for his needs, ours was quite big with more like a wet room than a bathroom it was lovely. But either way size of room wouldn’t have bothered us, after all, what more do you want other than shower/bathroom and a clean comfy bed. We found the food lovely there was always plenty of choice both breakfast and evening meal. Not once did any of us think of eating out, there was no need. The staff in all areas were lovely, friendly and polite, treat them nice and with respect and they do the same. We witnessed one lady being arrogant to one member of staff, and there’s just no need! We would definitely return to this hotel, we were in the street view rooms. Had no problem with noise at all either through the day or night.

First impressions were good. The hotel is bright & welcoming. We were checked in by Gema who was friendly & polite, she always greeted us when she saw us during our 10 day stay. We had a ‘deluxe’ sea view room but I’m not sure how it can be called deluxe as it’s very small. The view however was spectacular & being able to lie in bed with a coffee each morning & see the ocean was lovely.
Negatives — room is very small. We were there for 10 days & only just managed to fit all our clothes in the space provided. There are no drawers in the bedside cabinets which is very unusual. One side of the bed doesn’t have a light or plug socket either. There is no storage in the shower to put your shampoo or a wash cloth. I’m fussy about the type of shower gel/shampoo that I use so didn’t want to use the one provided. The shower although perfectly adequate, seemed to leak onto the floor even when using a bath mat. There are no teaspoons with the coffee/tea station only 2 wooden stirers which obviously you can’t use for 10 days, so I borrowed one from the dining room.
The food at breakfast was ok, I had an omelette most days which was nice although the griddle it was cooked on needed to be hotter as it took at least 5 minutes to make. Husband mostly had toast, eggs, beans & bacon. The juices are not fresh but made from concentrate so don’t taste nice at all. We only ate in the dining room twice during our stay. There is a large selection but it’s not very well cooked & underseasoned.

Having returned from a week's stay at the hotel, I am going to say it exactly as it is. (Probably will echo most things already said by other guests).
Let's start with the positives: Adults only hotel, small boutique style. That's it.
Negatives: The rooms are a joke! My first room was at the front of the hotel (I'll come back to this and the noise). As everyone has already said, the size of the rooms are ridiculous. The bed came almost to the wall therefore making it almost impossible to walk round. However, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Please, please take my advise and do not take a room at the front of the hotel which overlooks a very lively Sky Sports Bar. The noise goes on until 11.30 every night, which is then followed by everyone leaving the bar. It's impossible to sleep. I asked to be moved, and yes, 48 hours later was moved to a room (costing another 15 euros per night) overlooking the pool which was very quiet until a herd of elephants moved in to the room above me. The pool is so small you are unable to swim but I suppose it's OK for a quick dip when you're too warm. I must mention the sunbeds which were plentiful but are so uncomfortable. No padding or cushions just sheer solid uncomfortableness. We had entertainment 2 nights which was a dull as anything. Wouldn't bother with that. The Wi-Fi connection is poor and doesn't work everywhere. (my Iphone was blamed). Gym consists of 4 pieces of cardio equipment.

We have recently returned from our holiday at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful, extremely well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. We booked a suite which was fabulous The staff were attentive and professional throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. Miguel the hotel manager very happy to help and his English was fantastic any problem was sorted straight away.
Unfortunately, there were several aspects that let the experience down. The food options were very limited and did not cater well to English guests, which made dining quite difficult. More concerning was the absence of a lifeguard at the pool. During our stay, we had to assist a guest who got into serious difficulty in the water, which highlighted a significant safety issue.
Additionally, there was very little atmosphere around the pool area, which lacked the sense of relaxation and enjoyment one would normally expect on holiday.
Overall, while the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are excellent, improvements to food variety, pool safety, and guest experience would make a considerable difference.

Lovely Hotel, stayed bed and breakfast, nice options for your breakfast, fresh cooked omelettes and eggs, no not English bacon and sausages but I’m sure you can get round that as your on holiday. Hotel lovely and clean, they provide towels for by the pool, we took ours to the beach, you change it everyday by use of a token, nice bar by the pool with good choice plus nice looking burgers. Only niggle was a small bathroom if your well proportioned might be a problem as in our room you opened the door and it catched the toilet, also the entrance into the shower wasn’t really that wide, Really badly designed to be honest!. Bar right across the road for the football watchers and plenty of places to eat and have a drink if your not eating, nice walk into Cala Millor and €14 for two sun beds parasol and lock box, plenty of shops behind for anything you need, Great stay at this resort and the hotel and hats off to the staff who are really hard working and pleasant, thank you😊.

Spent a wonderful week at this hotel in a lovely deluxe double with a wrap around balcony facing the sea. Staff all lovely and helpful, especially receptionists. We were only bed and breakfast, food was excellent with plenty of choice.
Will definitely return.

Had a brilliant stay! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing with a great selection every day. The pool and spa area were lovely, and the hotel is literally just a few seconds’ walk from the beach – perfect location. We had a side sea view room, which was lovely; you could hear a bit of noise from the nearby bars, but it really wasn’t an issue for us. The rooms were kept spotless, with fresh towels provided as often as we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

What a lovely hotel, great location, food and staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will defiantly be back. We had two rooms on the second floor with a side sea views for both, I did hear someone complain about the noise (music) from the bar across the road who had entertainment on a few nights but some people just like to moan I think! Didn’t bother any of us! We had half board and the food was lovely lots of choice and they had a chef on for breakfast to cook your eggs etc and at night to freshly cook meats, fish etc. Drinks again really reasonably priced. If you was only staying bed and breakfast you have a couple of great restaurant right out the back of the hotel on either side!

Hotel is a little gem! Lovely helpful staff, the hotel is clean and modern and in a great location for eateries/bars. Rooms not huge but functional with everything you would need, no issues with the bathroon, shower powerful. No issues getting sun beds during our stay. Pool area clean and a chilled vibe. Stayed B&B basis and food was very good, with plenty of choice and it was always being replenished. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Without exaggeration, this was my best hotel experience. Everyone, from the hotel manager with whom I had a very warm chat, to the cleaning ladies, were the most friendly people.
The chefs put so much joy and love into cooking, singing while preparing the food for us. And the food was not just delicious, but there was a lot to choose from. I have never seen so much diversity, even the pickiest eaters will find something to their liking amongst meat, seafod, pasta, salads, vegetables, cheese, cakes, fruit, etc.
The waiters were all kind, professional and efficient, well coordinated by Mr. David.
The reception staff was the most warm I have ever met. Mrs. Carolina and her colleagues gave us great advices and made our stay impeccable.
The cleanliness of the hotel was at the very top, from the shared areas such as dinning room and hall, to the room itself.
Everything, such as air conditioning, was working properly. The isolation from the outside is very good.
The hotel is situated few steps from the beach, starting with pebbles and quicky extending to a nice and spacious sand beach. The beach is clean and well maintained.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a really lovely stay. The room size is absolutely fine with good views. A very comfortable bed too. The food was always excellent either breakfast or evening meal and plenty to choose from with lovely views overlooking the sea while eating. The staff were all lovely and all very good at their job too. We would definitely go back also loved cala Bona too.

Lovely small and friendly hotel. Fabulous location, right on the waterfront. Lovely views when having breakfast and evening meal when sitting outside, so peaceful. Only downside was the small very enclosed pool. If you want a beach you have to walk 25 minutes to Cala Millor as there is none at Cala Bona. Having said that there is a couple of rocky areas but you can't go in water as there are many rocks to overcome and awful smelly seaweed on the shoreline. Overall would recommend the hotel, it's a bit noisy at night from the bar directly opposite but that's all.

Small & friendly hotel in the quieter area but within walking distance to everything. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff work so hard, all friendly and delicious food too and plenty of choice.
The bbq was brilliant.
Location is right on the beach front so we really enjoyed having our breakfast listening to the sea and admiring the fabulous views. Would recommend this hotel, couldn’t fault it and I’ve travelled well.

The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. It's situated in a perfect location for all amenities. We particularly enjoyed the outside seating area where you could enjoy your meals. The food was of a good standard offering a general Mediterranean type menu ie pizza, paella, assortment of meats and salads etc.
The staff were friendly & professional and accommodating. An added bonus for us was we got our short break for a very good price… we would highly recommend!

Just returned from a short stay at the Ilusion Moreyo Hotel, staying in a double room, half board. Firstly, the hotel is lovely, really modern and clean and all the staff are extremely friendly. The reception, bar and pool area are a lovely peaceful haven, giving the opportunity to completely relax in beautiful surroundings. The cocktails were fab, beware of the Aperol Spritz, its lethal! The sea view from the pool is one you could never get tired of, in fact we ate our breakfast outside on the terrace every morning taking in the lovely surroundings.
We stayed in a large, wheelchair friendly double room, the beds were a little uncomfortable for my liking, but that is just personal choice, and the balcony a little small once the wheelchair was used outside, but it was a real sun trap which overlooked the street to the front of the hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel offers free pool towels which can also be exchanged daily at reception. Tea and coffee is provided, however strangely no milk. But there was a small fridge in our room which could be used to store milk if you want a cuppa! Our room was reasonably quiet whilst we were there, however, I imagine during the peak season it could get a little noisy as there is a British bar directly across the street which has live music every night.

A lovely adult only hotel directly next to the sea. We stayed in a poolside room. It turned out to be a great room and quiet at nighttime. Some rooms overlook the road where there are nightly acts that preform which are very loud. If you want to stay here book a pool view or sea view to eliminate the noise at night. The choice of food is plentiful and changed daily. The staff are all helpful.
