The holiday home is composed of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer and a A/C in the area of the rooms as well as heating and fireplace in the living room-kitchen.. A dishwasher and an oven can be found in the kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided in this country house. Other facilities at S´Estada include a barbecue.

Situated on the outskirts of Sineu, 6 minutes’ drive from the historic centre, s’Estada offers a private house with a year-round outdoor pool. You can reach both Alcudia and Can Picafort Beaches within 30 minutes by car.
