We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Can Joan Capó – probably the warmest and most personal experience we’ve ever had. The place is small, quiet, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Especially Antonia made us feel truly cared for – warm, attentive, and always ready with thoughtful, individual recommendations.
The food was fantastic, especially the Mallorcan evening and the wine recommendations were spot on. The breakfast was lovely too – full of small, charming touches. Everything feels very personal and heartfelt – the whole team of women who run the hotel do it with so much care and warmth.
Check-in was easy, even outside regular hours, and parking nearby was no problem.
We visited as a couple and absolutely loved it – a perfect place to unwind, feel welcome, and simply enjoy life.

Behind the stone walls of a back street in Sineu, lies a stunning, modern space, that surprises from the moment you are greeted by the amazing staff. We spent 2 nights in this wonderful hotel and enjoyed every single thing about it. From the gorgeous courtyard where we were served a delicious breakfast each morning, to the pool area & upstairs in our spacious bedroom, I cannot fault the place. We dined it a the in-house restaurant on our 2nd night & it did not disappoint. It was superb! Of all the things I could go on & say about Can Joan Capo’. What really stood out, was the wonderful staff. We felt like we ‘belonged’ because of their friendliness & warmth. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

Mariana welcomed us at reception and then was our server for dinner. We enjoyed the veal rib in a flavorful sauce and the octopus. The bread and oils were delicious too. Chef works breakfasts and dinners, creating flavorful healthy options. They can even make you a lunch basket to go.
We enjoyed a welcome drink at reception on the lovely open area, and a welcome snack of Iberian ham and cheese in the room. Lots of beautiful wood throughout: floor, doors, beams in the room.

Great breakfast choices, delivered on a cart in the open area with the croissant of the day, bread, and jams and butter plus anything you want to order from the menu. The coffee was a hit with hubby, Americano from the machine. I enjoyed the local honey with my hot tea.
We stayed in the large el capsal room in a king bed. The closet had comfy bathrobes to use for the sauna, pool, or available massage services which we did not use. Great size bathroom with soaking tub and shower with large overhead nozzle and side nozzles! A great shower! They do not offer body lotion, fyi. The room has access to a lovely terrace just across the hall, and we enjoyed an evening there with wine and beer, looking out over the countryside. Along with full bar services, they offer an honesty bar for after hours. Highly highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely small hotel. The setting of the hotel is beautiful and the courtyard and pool area are extremely pretty. The staff could not have been more friendly or kinder and a lot of attention has been paid to ensuring our room was well equipped and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as was our dinner. It is simply a lovely place to stay.

The last 3 nights of our Mallorca trip we stayed in the Can Joan Capo Hotel.
What a gem! Passing by the hotel, I would never had entered, but luckily we booked our stay based on review… and glad we did.
Once you enter the glass door of the hotel you get surrounded by beaty and tranquillity. Staff is immediately at your side and explains the what and how of the hotel, room, eating & drinking facilities after they have offered you a free drink.
The breakfast is superb. You get a basis of food, but you can order a variaty of high quality food. All was extremely tastfull.
In the evening we ate twice in the hotel. Don't laugh … we both ordered the Arroz on both days as it was so tasteful.
The hotel is situated well to visit other small cities in the area and like we do … enjoy komoot walks of that area.
As we booked late we had to take the suite. Rather curious to know whether the other rooms have the same atmosphere as we loved the room.

What a wonderful stay in this great hotel. Can Joan Capó is situated in a quiet location yet close to all there is in Sineu. A unique hotel full of charm, warmth and wonderful staff who absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are having a great time. The food was excellent and particularly the breakfast which was superb.
A big shout out must go to Antonia who took the time to chat and make us feel so welcome, thank you. Having gone on to stay at other hotels on our trip, this was by far our favourite and we cant wait to come back soon. We also had a surprise visitor arrive outside our room whilst we sat on our balcony one night.

Wonderfully relaxing, the atmosphere here is perfect. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the perfect balance of excellent but non invasive, friendly service. Super clean and spacious rooms, gorgeous quiet courtyard with lots of shade and privacy. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice, juice and coffee. My husbands allergies were well catered for and the bar service and honesty bar kept us well hydrated. Great location a few minutes walk from the market squares and a choice of bars and restaurants. We travelled by train from Palma which worked wonderfully and meant we saw some of the countryside en route. A lovely romantic Majorcan break — we will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Hotel Can Joan Capó in Mallorca. From the very first moment we felt warmly welcomed and perfectly cared for. The atmosphere is personal and full of heart, the whole place is spotless and lovingly decorated.
Our suite was spacious, cozy, and very well maintained, with a small terrace and a stunning view.
Breakfast in the morning left nothing to be desired, and the dinner in the evening was lovingly prepared, absolutely delicious, and served in a truly romantic setting.
Every detail is taken care of with so much dedication. We felt completely at home and left with beautiful memories. Thank you for this unforgettable stay – we can’t wait to come back!

What a magical hotel. It is the perfect location in the heart of Mallorca — approx 30 min drive to multiple beautiful beaches. Sineu is a lovely town — quieter than others but plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as plentiful parking close to the hotel.
The hotel itself is amazing — the staff go above and beyond (including surprising me at breakfast with a birthday treat! ) and are always helpful and cheery. The pool area is a calm oasis to chill out and relax.
Make sure to check out the restaurant at night — exceptional food and the best in Sineu. The wine and surprise is also a nice treat in the afternoon. Breakfasts are prepared to order — again with high quality food! Delicious.
It is our second time staying here and it won’t be the last! Thanks again.

The most wonderful hotel we’ve ever been to. Every aspect was perfect. The location minutes from little bars and restaurants and the train station which takes you directly into Palma.
The food, both breakfast and dinner was absolutely incredible. Excellent options for vegans, really the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel.
The setting, it’s so quiet and peaceful, feels truly like a little oasis both the pool area and the room were wonderful. We loved our balcony and highly recommend our room. The bed was very comfortable. We slept so well.
Most of all, what really made our stay was the people. The staff were outstanding. So warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They make it a 5 star experience!
We will definitely return and recommend to couples.

A Peaceful Boutique Gem in the Heart of Sineu.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Can Joan Capó. This charming boutique hotel is perfectly located in the center of Sineu, a quiet and authentic village in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the calm atmosphere, tasteful design, and warm hospitality.
Our room was full of character — combining traditional Mallorcan style with modern comfort. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The staff were outstanding: always friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive.
Breakfast was a real treat every morning, with a generous selection of fresh fruit, pastries, local specialties, and healthy options. We also dined at the hotel restaurant twice — both meals were beautifully prepared, delicious, and served in the peaceful courtyard setting.
Sineu itself is charming and ideally located for exploring the island. We especially enjoyed the local weekly market.

My partner and I have just returned from a 6 night stay at Hotel Can Joan Capo. We loved it. The property is beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable (we slept soundly every night! ), the food is delicious, the wine cellar is fabulous and the staff are wonderful. Sineu is also a lovely town and well worth a visit, especially if you fancy a quieter location than Palma, Soller etc. The town has lots of good food options, nice shops, a few good wine bars and a big market on Wednesdays. We used the Hotel as a base for a cycling holiday which worked well — I recommend a stop at cycling cafe, Sa Mola.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel San Joan Capo for our honeymoon. The small hotel and staff give this gorgeous space a homey feel. The service was amazing with everyone taking extra special care to check in with us and give recommendations while giving us space to enjoy our trip. The made to order breakfasts were a highlight for us with incredible high quality and fresh ingredients. In addition, Sineu was a wonderful town to stay in since we didn’t want to stay on the touristy coast. It was quiet and charming and we loved exploring all the little alleyways and historic buildings. Highly recommend!

We stayed here last September on our bike trip around Mallorca. There’s a secure, dedicated area for bikes equipped with electricity to charge e-bikes. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Staff super friendly and helpful. Pool area quiet and surrounded by local flora. Highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Can Joan Capó in Sineu. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. This is an outstanding experience, why the staff, whose attention to detail was amassing. Every member of staff introduced themselfs. Helpful and professional, the food and wine was some of the best we had during our travels in Mallorca. The location in the heart of Sineu. Great value for money, great service and cleanliness.

Had a wonderful 1-night stay at Can Joan Capo Hotel during our trip to Mallorca. The staff was so friendly, the interior and outside spaces very nicely decorated! It really felt like a very personal experience and we would definitely go back. The included breakfast was great, dinner at their restaurant was also very good but more on the expensive side compared to other restaurants we visited during our trip. Overall would definitely recommend!
