We first visited Mallorca 10 years ago and now visit every year. Our first visit to Aimia was 5 years ago and this year have chosen Aimia again as we were so happy here. Nothing has changed, it’s still a fabulous, welcoming, comfortable hotel and we are very likely to return. Thank you for looking after us ☺️

We had superior room
with stunning sea view which sadly was marred by the opaque glass on balcony.
Room was spacious exceptionally clean. Hotel small and friendly and fab location for amenities of beautiful Port de Soller. Breakfast could be improved — freshly cooked hot options served on warm plates as food was always lukewarm and plates were cold.
Also better pillows and pads on sunbeds as those are not comfortable!
We were not inspired to try the daily evening meal menu — better explanations in English of the food would be helpful.
Bar ok though lacking in atmosphere and hardy used in the evenings by residents.
Only had lunch on the last day — very expensive for the quality — 6.5 euros for a portion of very average chips! Sandwiches poor quality for the price too.
Also think you need to refurbish the receiption area — the Eden hotel receiption next door is stunning by comparison!

Just 3 things dinner more variety and substantial, climatise pool and children free. Then beautiful.

Always a lovely stay at the Aimia. Everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It’s in a perfect location for a quick trip to Palma, the mountains or to relax by the sea. Stunning location.

Great hotel in a really good spot in Port Sóller, just behind the beach and the main restaurant promenade. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Good breakfasts and a decent poolside too. Only (very minor) drawback is having to park the car a little way up the road in a private car park. Hotel staff provide a key to this so you can come and go as you please.

Great hotel. Simple, contemporary style. Just off of the promenade. Even our standard room was large enough though we definitely want a larger balcony next time. Breakfast was very nice even including pour — your — own Cava and made to order omelets. The pool was cozy with plenty of loungers and umbrellas.

Really there isn’t anything negative to say about this hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice, the breakfast was good (especially the omelette the chef made upon order). The location is great with just 2 min walk to the beach. The only thing we had some issues with was the AC that wasn’t super intuitive or simply wasn’t effective enough.

Had a 4 night stay here over the weekend celebrating a friend’s birthday. There were 9 'girls' in 3 rooms. Everything was perfect, lovely hotel, lots of space for 3 in a room. Large bathroom, plenty of cupboard and drawer space, all spotlessly clean everywhere. Great location, just minutes from the beach and beautiful resort of Port Soller. The Aimia’s pool area is great for a chilled out time, the breakfast and snacks very good too, we’ll definitely be back. Highlight of the stay, apart from ‘Girl’s having fun’ are the staff here. All excellent and so accommodating, big thanks to Steffi and Jen for making our break even more fun. See you another time when I’m with my husband, we’ll maybe be quieter.

Really enjoyed our break. I am returning in September with my mum which was also booked before our visit in May. Looking forward to it as I know what a nice time we will have. I particularly enjoyed how laid back the atmosphere was. We were very impressed how well maintained and clean the hotel was.

Quiet relaxation and great comfort hotel very well located (beach and waterfront a few tens of meters and bus station a few hundred meters).
Spacious and well-equipped rooms.
Very nice pool and solarium as well as the spa and fitness area.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful and quality.
The staff at the hotel is very available and very nice.
All this probably justifies a price that may seem a little high.

Great personal service in a friendly atmosphere. Modern clean environment. Nice rooms, some with great sea view. Nice three course "fine dining" dinner restorant with feasible pricing. Second visit!

Nice hotel. Price performance Maybe a little too high. But it's not that you can't take a bun for the hike from breakfast.

Having a track pump for our bike tyres when we arrived would have been very useful.

Small hotel (43 rooms) over 5 floors. Set back from beach but literally 3 minutes & you are on the promenade which has countless cafes, restaurants & wee drinking spots. There was some live music on the prom in the afternoon/ eves… just a singer & his guitar… really pleasant, variety of songs & audible along a few of the restaurants there… Area is very pretty, obv popular with families of many nationities which was lovely. (also a cycle tour hub I think! ) Bay has a marina & also several swim friendly sand beaches. Turquoise waterVarious price points for eating places along prom. The hotel's Superior rooms have larger balconies with either mountain or side sea view. For our booking we had one of each, so mountain view had early morn and late eve sun, the side/sea view — which also overlooks hotel pool — seemed to have more sun through the day. We were floor two & pleased with our rooms… (if you want full uninterrupted view of the bay go up to level 3 or 4. Did not bother us. ). Bathrooms were all shiny… strong showers & sturdy Hansgrohe fittings which work brill. We went in April break so not high season, spotless rooms & amenities (did not use spa so can't give proper opinion on that area though we saw it plus teeny gym — weights machine, eliptical+ spin bike. All looked great) We opted for b&b.

Again at any time. Staff very helpful and attentive. Hotel and rooms very well maintained and nicely equipped. Breakfast at all times super redefined and very varied. Location just awesome.

Area with a love huge, beautiful hotel first line sea.

In an amazing location in Majorca, walking distance from the beach. Easy cycling distance to the famous Sa Calobra climb which is amazing.

Great location, very nice staff. Fantastic breakfast. Very good restaurant. Clean rooms, cozy outdoor pool area, small but fine indoor pool including whirlpool. Space (albeit rather sparse and equipped with old equipment). Offroadparkplatz is about 200m away.

Great pool, Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Only complaint was the AC was not working in our room. We got shifted to 2 different rooms, but still same issue. I will give them credit as they tried their best to accommodate us.

I would like to say this hotel and its staff are dreadful so no one else would visit, but I can't. This is a fabulous place, fantastic location and amazing staff. Loved every minute of the hotel, Port de Soller and the surrounding area. Will be returning as soon as possible.

Great hotel for our cyclingholiday with a great pool at the end of the day. Menu of the day was also fanrastic and great value at 24 euros. Only issue was the 22 — 23 degree limit on the air con — coming from Scotland this was too warm for us to sleep well at night and we really needed it to be sub 20 degrees.

Very clean and tidy. Staff always friendly and accommodating.
Particularly noteworthy is the extensive and tasty breakfast buffet.

Just had 14 days at the Aimia, third year running, I think you could say we love it here! Great views across the bay from our room on the 4th floor. Lovely staff who have been there every time we've visited, so cheerful and helpful. A small family run hotel where you feel part of the family. The weather was perfect too, what more can you ask?

A quiet friendly place. Staff excellent The only place in Port Du Soller where a 3 course meal costs € 20. Room 303 is what heaven should be like and with wonderful scenery. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the hotel. Our plane was delayed due to fog and the Manager Tolo communicated with the transfer company to pick us up when we landed. He also arranged a lunch and dinner reservation at popular restaurants in the area. Most helpful.

We would stay here again. The staff made our stay more pleasant. We were helped with recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable bed and room. The pool area was well maintained and clean, and service at the pool was excellent. Fantastic view. Our room was a superior room with a lateral sea view which has a sizeable balcony.

Thanks for another amazing stay. Great to see the same staff/faces. It helps it feel like home. We settle in immediately and have always had the best time. This is our 8th stay and we have booked to return next year. Thank you.

We spend 4 nights at that nice hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Great location for beach, shops and many good restaurants. Will come back again.

An excellent place to stay. This hotel had excellent facilities and was a stones throw from the beach and hub of Port Soller. Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of every thing you could think of for, including a sparkling Cava, fresh orange press and omelettes made to order in front of you. The evening meals were very good and a choice of a reasonably priced set menu was available every day, high quality and for those that appreciate good cuisine. The pool area and garden were very ambient and some guests did not seem to leave this area… or perhaps it was their towels on the sunbeds that gave that impression. The spa facilities were excellent and the small nature of the hotel meant that we had them to ourselves when we used them. The cleanliness, friendly staff and facilities were all faultless.

Lovely week spent at hotel in superior sea view room on 4th floor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel. Booked B&B as we wanted to visit restaurants in resort. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Great location for beach, shops and restaurants would happily recommend for a wonderful holiday.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Amia which is a lovely hotel to unwind from the day to day stresses of life. All the staff, from Reception to the maids cleaning the rooms were helpful and always smiling. The bar and dining staff deserve a special mention. They were all multi tasking; the girls in particular were laying/clearing tables in the restaurant area and attending the bar at the same time yet always found time to smile and say a few words. It was the staff who made my holiday so enjoyable.

We have just spent a week at the Aimia we never go back a second time anywhere but after last year we had to return. A lovely warm non intrusive place lovely people great breakfasts we may even go again. Great for families pool area perfect and no rush to secure your sun lounger.

The food was great and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Great to relax around the pool where there were plenty of loungers and space for the guests. We will definitely be returning for the fourth time.

We travelled around the island and Port Soller was the loveliest part and this hotel made it even better! Fantastic location right in the heart of the port, with wonderful pool area and luxurious spa facilities. And on the doorstep of the beach and promenade that make Soller such a beautiful place to be. Why oh why did I not book more time here?!?!

A luxury hotel for a few days in one of the most special areas of Mallorca.

We have nothing bad to say about this lovely hotel. All of the service provided by your staff in all areas was exceptional and the hotel itself is in a great location and kept immaculately clean. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The only recommendations we would make would be the addition of music by the pool for ambience, and coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms. Again… a great hotel regardless of our suggestions. Thank you!

I was part of a cycling group and the hotel was excellent for our needs, a great location with great staff. I would definitely visit again although I would ask for a slightly bigger room next time!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well situated and the food was excellent. The breakfast was fresh and regularly replenished. Our standard room was very good and we managed very well with our wheel chair. Everything was exceptional we have no complaints whatsoever.

A great place to spend a weekend. The very good price quality. Highly recommended.

Perfect to relax and visit the island. Has it all (comfort, views and service) and the treatment to the customer it is super.

Holidays in Mallorca were fabulous but having stayed at this hotel was that they were simply perfect. I found it via the web and I found interesting after seeing their photos and their equipment, such as the availability of Spa or rooms with views to the sea.
The service was fantastic, receptionists and staff very friendly and close and attentive. I put a 10.

A beautiful hotel in full Serra de Tramuntana in Sóller (Mallorca). Most of its rooms have views of the sea and which not, overlook the mountains which have secured some unforgettable views in the heart of the sierra de Mallorca.
Also the location is fantastic being close to other beautiful towns and must-see as Valldemossa, Deia, Lluc, etc.
An essential place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
