Super comfortable rooms and very friendly employees.

The Lemon bar is fantastic as are the staff and Diego.

Super late 1950's hotel, now fully refurbished. Staff are wonderful, especially Manolito who runs the pool bar. This is our 3rd year and we WILL be back in 2020. Highly recommended.

What an amazing time myself and my family had, thank you to all the staff who did an amazing job in all areas of the hotel, the service was the best. We were very sad to leave yesterday.

My mother in law and husband had to be split from myself and my 3 young children — we were offered 2 rooms in the hotel or one apartment for 4 and a hotel room — the 2nd apartment was so damp my 5 year olds asthma was triggered so 4 of us were moved to our 3rd apartment … Our family holiday was NOT together — ridiculous The AC will now be upgraded according to the Group Director as it was not effective I spoke to 3 other families whom had not been happy with their apartment One family had a disabled child but were placed on the 1st floor whilst a totally fit family were in the disabled suite — they were placed there because their reserved apartment had been given to someone else People were being ‘upgraded’ but actually due to there being several poor accommodations clients were complaining and being moved into previously booked apartments. ‘Your 4 person apartment and the room in the hotel is actually worth an additional €2000 which our hotel is now out of pocket! ’ Our €3000 FAMILY holiday was ruined with no compensation offered. The pool looked as though it had dick in it and the pool toilets smelt so appalling we could not use them — the floors in this toilet facility were disgusting (see attached photos) Thankfully the staff were totally wonderful and not at fault.

We have just had a truly amazing stay at the Daina Apartments. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the Superior Apartment which was perfect for us so my daughters had their own room. The apartment had a lovely terrace and it was an impeccably clean apartment fully equipped. The pillows were fabulous and we all slept very well. The breakfasts were excellent and the pool in the day was especially pleasurable in such heat. (32) by night it turns into the Lemon Bar. We frequented most evenings for a late night drink and the staff were wonderful. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and the Daina is truly a top notch professional hotel who ensures their guests have a great stay. Location is the best you could hope for and as a family we had a truly wonderful time. I have no complaints at all and we shall be booking to return next year. Well done to all the staff.

Great hotel in an amazing location! Rooms are spacious and clean. Poolside bar has great staff and staff on the evenings are also friendly. It was great to have clean pool towels every day. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Evening food could be improved but it is ok. Some people did have towels on sun beds first thing and didn’t return until after lunch which seemed unfair. However we did manage to get sun beds. Would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you for a great holiday!

A wonderful place to stay. An ideal location next to the seafront and very near to the tourist information office and the bus stop. We booked half-board and the food was excellent, with the majority of it made the same day. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and there are nearly always cleaners working hard to ensure that the hotel stays spotless, which it does. The pool is also marvellous, being rather large and also being over 2 metres deep at one end. My only criticism is that the bathroom door does not have a lock and it can get fairly noisy overnight as the bins are emptied at about 5:00, which woke me up every day during the trip. Apart from that, it was great.

Stayed here many times. Clean, comfortable beds with light and airy room. We have a front sea view and the view is amazing. Good breakfast with a wide selection of things to choose from. Lovely friendly staff. Nice to lay and relax by the pool in the day and have a cocktail or 2 from the bar there. Love it.

Spent 10 days at Hotel Hoposa Daina and it was a mixed experience. The first day we had problems with the door lock to our room that did not work. It ended up with the staff locking in our luggage and personal belongings in the room and they were not able to get the door open until the next morning when their service guy arrived. We had to spend the night in another room with only the clothes we were wearing and none of our personal belongings. The hotel compensated us with a drink ticket like we were some kind of holiday drunks. I travel a lot both in work and private and I have never experienced anything like this and a 4-start hotel with some kind of class and manors would of course compensate their guest properly. A real disappointment and very insulting. If it was my hotel I would be really a shamed if I managed to lock my guest out of their room for a night. The staff, location and facilities was good otherwise but the situation with the door lock and no compensation destroyed the experience of the hotel.

Fantastic We (my wife and our friends) loved it here — Our room had side sea view and the view was fantastic + balcony +Staff very friendly + air conditioning + valuables safe + enormous breakfast choice including English and plenty of it + very very clean + super comfy beds with best quality cotton bedding + well laid out rooms with side tables + reading lamps + power sockets next to bed + 2 seconds from super sea front + live music most nights outside + sea water outdoor pool + no busy roads to cross + 2 seconds from bus stop to local destinations + no night clubs/louts + 2 seconds from dozens of great restaurants and shops Book us again we can't wait.

We just used the Lemon Bar at night time. Amazing lively music, great location and cocktails.

I absolutely love this hotel! It's my second stay here and it delivers on every level. It's in a beautiful location, situated right on the bay of Puerto Pollensa. It has stunning views and unlike the other hotels on the front, has a wonderful salt water swimming pool that stretches in to the sea at the front of the hotel. It's very clean, the rooms are immaculate and the staff are fantastic.
There is a good bar and restaurant in the hotel and a fantastic poolside bar. By day this is run by Manolo — who is fun, efficient and always has a massive smile on his face. By night, the team are brilliant and there is often entertainment — fantastic guitarists and singers. Absolutely great! See u next year Hotel Daina!

Have stayed here 4 times now and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly and helpful, Leandro the Head Waiter is such a character and everyone on reception is so welcoming with a nod and smile whenever they see you. Rooms are clean and well appointed and the pool area is built out into the sea with a fabulous view.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast on offer is very extensive, with oodles of choice. The location is fantastic, right at the harbour and on the pine walk, with a very short walk to a bus stop with links across the island. The scenery is beautiful too, and the pool is a great size, with a separate paddling pool.

Loving our stay here, breakfast is awesome, room is nice with a balcony, friendly staff, garage to store bikes you hired from velo-go, the tiny gym with weights up to 49kg, live music some nights, salt water swimming pool on the beach.

Such a nice hotel, great location, the only swimming pool (outdoor salt water) around, friendly staff, bike storage, mini gym with up to 49kg weights, delicious and varied breakfast, lifts or stairs, live music… Relaxing and energising.

Zoe and I were so impressed, we shall be back in May 16. Standards are very high throughout and we enjoyed having our own table each day, rather than having to wander around looking for one.

The hotel is located right on the sea front amongst numerous other restaurants. There is a large outside seating area where you can get a very good coffee under large parasols. What is less known is that although this is a hotel you can eat in their buffet restaurant for a very reasonable 15€. The food is good and there is a reasonable choice of food. It's not the most extensive buffet but there is something for everyone. Bearing in mind you are dining amongst the other restaurants on the front which charge a premium for the location it represents good value for money. The staff were very friendly and attentive, overall I would recommend the Daina.
