Hotel Rocamar

We had a great stay at Hotel Rocamar in Cala Figuera. The rooms are very well equipped, especially the large fridge which is really useful in summer, and the sea view is beautiful.
Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, no matter the time of day. The hotel has a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away.
It’s also very convenient that guests can borrow beach umbrellas and other useful items for beach days.
Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rocamar and were completely satisfied with our experience. The rooms are well equipped, especially the large refrigerator, which is incredibly useful during the hot summer months. The view from the rooms overlooking the sea is absolutely stunning and makes the stay even more special.
Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help, no matter the time of day or night. The hotel has a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you arrive.
A particularly nice touch is that the hotel even lends out beach umbrellas and other useful items for guests, which makes beach days much more convenient and shows how much they care about their visitors’ comfort.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Rocamar to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Cala Figuera.

This is a small, family-run hotel on it’s 2nd or 3rd generation. The owners are delightful, very friendly and very welcoming.
The view from our room was outstanding — across the bay towards the cliffs and lighthouse.
We made use of the swimming pool and the poolside area is one of the nicest we’ve ever come across with plenty of comfortable loungers and chairs.
Cala Figuera is a small fishing village so bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Lovely place and for the price, well maintained and clean. Delightful lady at reception as well — she helped us book a very nice restaurant yesterday. Very helpful because we can't speak Spanish. Our room had a great view as well.

We were extremely satisfied, especially with the warm welcome we received every evening from the kind gentleman at the reception. It truly made us happy and gave us the feeling of coming home to the hotel every night.
The view is absolutely stunning, and we would love to come back!

I booked here last minute and it’s in a great town, right near restaurants and cafes. This is not a chain, but a family owned hotel by the same family for decades.
The hotel is quaint with a lovely pool and in a picturesque town. There is an elevator and guests come from around the world so please be respectful that they don’t need to speak fluent English as you come on holiday to their country, not the other way around.
The owners were very helpful in guiding me to the best beaches.
This hotel is opposite incredible views.

This hotel was perfect and great value. Views, pool, bar, staff, cleanliness all spot on. There was a lot of parking on streets near the hotel. The shower was good. We had a great time here. There is Wi-Fi, good balconies and a pool table too. It was great and in a great location.

I don’t understand how this is only 2 stars. Ok so the rooms are simple but they’re very clean and have all you need. They have a great shower, nice balcony with an incredible view, TV, fridge. It’s perfectly fine. Then the pool area and seating in the terrace is absolutely top draw stuff. There’s a lovely bar and a lounge area too. Staff are great and super friendly. The location is as good as you can ask for. Views are stunning. Should at least be three star, most four star I stay in are not as good as this and hell, I’ve been less enthused by some five star hotels. This place is great. Parking is fine in surrounding side streets so don’t panic that hotel has no specific car park, it’s really not a problem.

The absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The reception said enough and then we got to our room.

The view was lovely. So is Cala Figuera.
We arrived at 1am, slept and left at 8am. This was meant to be a four night stay. We were given no alternative, not even a clean room and charged for the four days.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Our stay at Rocamar was perfect. We loved the atmosphere of this quiet, familly-run hotel with friendly owners and clean swimming pool. The view from balcony was spectacular, so relaxing…
Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbor and restaurants is a good choice if you are looking for a quiet & authentic base to explore small bays and beaches in the area.

Rocamar 3 years ago, apartments stayed, well equipped and very clean. The staff where so friendly and helpful. Entertainment was good and a BBQ dinner done that we thought was a great idea, because they took everyone's apartment number and she put at tables in a mix-match manner, so that it meant you, where you have to sit people have still not met and it broke the ice very well. We have back tried two years later, but we had the dates the venue was fully booked. Best holiday suggest the Rocamar each, I've ever had.
