Enjoyed our stay here!
All the staff we had contact with were really friendly. We arrived just before midnight and checking in was quick and easy, and then the receptionist informed us of their food for after hours check in guests, which was a little buffet of snack foods — nice surprise.
The rooms were clean and spacious. However my room was advertised as '3 beds' and one was just a sofa pull out. Housekeeping was very helpful with requests of extra towels and linen. Balcony view of the pool was quite nice.
The room was a little bit stuffy and there was no air conditioning that we could locate, and unfortunately reception said they had no fans that they could provide.
The breakfast buffet that we had included in our booking was quite good and I really liked that it varied in choice from day to day.
Location was great! Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and access to plenty of shops and restaurants.
We came in for a birthday celebration and were left a note in the room for a free bottle of sparkling wine, which was a nice touch from the business!
Would definitely come back here and would recommend for friends and family.

We’ve been really impressed with our stay so far. The hospitality has been wonderful and the food excellent. A special thanks to the reception team — when we had trouble sleeping due to some noise outside/nearby, they were incredibly friendly and understanding. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they went out of their way to find us a different room quickly, which made a huge difference. Their support was fast, helpful, and much appreciated. We still have a few days left here, but we’re already very happy with our experience. Highly recommend!

Hotel placed in quite nice bay with a lot of activities and has almost direct public transport connection from airport. Wide choice of restaurants around. Reception and entrance looks nice as well as swimming pool. But. After booking "low cost" room option for more that 1k (with breakfasts and dinners) disappointment Is hard to describe. Tiny room without balcony and with traces on the walls, led strip is self dismounted at some places on the ceiling. Impossible to close windows completely and therefore air-conditioning is not activated.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel.
When we arrived at 2am a selection of food was left in the dining room for guests to eat. Chicken that had been left out for ages and no drinks, not even some water.
Poor selection of food. Food was often cold and I even saw a mouldy muffin.
Sun beds taken so early with towels and guests didnt come down until midday. Asked reception about this and was told to wake up at 6am and do the same!
One evening the lift stopped and the lights went out briefly. We told reception about this and staff couldnt be bothered to know.
One positive, the entertainment lady was lovely and the lady working at the Skybar!
Room was ok, looked over the pool. Bathroom smelt funny and mould above the shower. Cleaner let herself in on multiple occasions despite Do not Disturb sign on door.
Pool was nice, but the childrens pool was very unsafe with big steps and no hand rail. Very slippy.
There was a second pool on the 3rd floor. Very unsafe route to get there up some rocks. I slipped over after coming down from the steps, cleaner had mopped it and no wet floor sign.
Wont be staying here again.

Stayed for a week. Didn't love it. Our room overlooked a car park and a derelict grassy area of flats. Booked a sea view. Didn't get it or a walk in shower. Dining room chaotic. We didn't go back after day 1. Pool freezing. Staff quite stand offish.

Well it was not a good expierience for me and my sister. Firstly, we booked an economic room without balcony with city view and we got accessible room with wall view. It was very noisy all day and night as I think there was some generator close to our room.
When we arrived at 2am staff said we can eat something but in restaurant it was nothing really to eat, some leftovers, not to mention some tables weren't cleaned after dinner.
Food very average. No proper glasses, in the morning you can get small cup for tea or coffee a d if you want juice there are small glasses maybe for 100 ml.
We paid for half board so had breakfast and dinner… there were no drinks included to our dinner, we had to pay even for water.
My sister got sick while we were in the hotel and she was so weak one day that she wasnt able to go downstairs to the restaurant to eat, hotel staff didnt let me to take any food to the room for my sister, even tea and we paid for that!
I found staff very unhelpfull here.
Hotel has 2 pools, there are some sunbeds but not enough for all guests. There is info that there is no sunbeds reservation but you can find all sunbeds covered by towels at 7 am. So just better to go to the beach, it's 5 minute walking.
There is terrace on 5th floor, you will get more lucky with sunbeds there, also sky bar on 6th floor.
From good sides hotel is in very good location, 5 min walking to the beach, 5 min walking to bus stop. Nice view from terrace.

Hotel, and service was great. Room had a great view of Santa Ponza Bay, but food was not very good. But food outside of hotel was fantastic and not to expensive. Cocktails range from 6 euros to 9 euros. I spent 10 days here and loved it.

First impressions of the Bahia Del Sol were very good the front of the building and the reception are very nice and well kept. On arrival the reception staff gave us rooms in what seems to be an annex building. You go up one lift walk across a makeshift tunnel and go to another lift. The rooms were horrendous. Small poor decorated and the balcony faced straight to a brick wall. We immeadiatly returned to complain. We were then given rooms in the main building looking on to the pool. These rooms were large and modern with aircon and large balconies looking over the pool and the front of the building. You can also see the sea from these rooms. We were half board on this trip and the food was acceptable. The hotel seems to cater for German people more than anything. We only ate dinner a couple of times but had breakfast most mornings. The bar is over priced and the beer is horrible. The staff were friendly enough and called us taxis etc when asked without any issues. I would stay again.

Was skeptical after reading reviews but honestly couldn’t fault the hotel or staff for the experience we had. Only fault was the staff seemed very rushed with the high demand that was expected but no issues with customer service from what we observed and experienced. Everyone was very polite. Slight language barrier at points but nothing that hindered our experience.
Stayed for a week and had a great time. The rooms were good and also had air conditioning which a few reviews mentioned the rooms don’t have. Spacious enough for what we needed and has amenities such as a fridge, Tv, plenty plug sockets and a balcony which is secure. Headboard had minor damage but nothing out of ordinary for a hotel used by many visitors through the year. Rooms are cleaned daily and to a good standard. All personal items were left untouched/unmoved during the room clean which made us feel better about what we left in the room when we were out during the day.
The hotel and food do seem to cater towards German visitors more, this isn’t a problem as we aren’t massive racists like some others which seemed to dislike the fact other nationalities are also on holiday too. Food was very similar on each nights apart from a Chinese food night which was great. We stayed all inclusive which doesn’t have a restriction on alcoholic drinks throughout the day and there is a lot to choose from. Beer and wine were unlimited through dinner and lunch.

The rooms are okay, they are what you pay for. A place to rest while you go out and enjoy Mallorca. Do stay here if you are a budget traveler or if you just need a place to sleep and shower. Great Location!

With 4Sternen the hotel is overrated, breakfast every day old cakes in the evening in 14 days almost always have the same bad food. The rooms are very small at the back, the chairs by the pool in the Middle split (can't was changed even after my complaint). Staff were tense under the circumstances, the location of the hotel is OK. Price offering a 4 star hotel adapted but this hotel too.

Super hotel; Food super also for children. Pool area is slightly out of date. Top location. Happy again.
