The hotel is not bad but not 4 stars. A maximum of 3, 5 stars. What about the restaurant is the usual dining room with inflated conceit. The rooms clean badly, under the bed do not even look.

So first of all the air conditioning doesnt work at all then the fan is really loud. The bathroom smells horrible. The food was a total failure in my opinion, first day I arrived the chicken was not cooked completely and all the other days the breakfast was the same what wouldve been okay if it would’ve tasted good. After all the experience was not really enjoyable.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. It only didn’t get 5 stars as the room I was in didn’t have working air conditioning.

Would definitely recommend. Been here twice now and both times have been just as good. The food is in great variety, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The rooms are well equipped and the hotel provides many services such as beach towel rental, bike hire and 3 pools! Will definitely come back.

Beautiful Hotel. You eat well. Nice spa and gym. Very nice rooms. Good food. Pity the beach not very nice and dirty. Definitely better than their pool. Great service for renting beach towels and bathrobe. In the gym There are free towels at the service.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, leckeres Essen, nur leider sind die Beschriftungen unübersichtlich. Sonnst ein klasse Hotel.

A lot depends on the guests … The hotel is good, the staff do a very good job and our room was very clean. The food is outstanding and everyone was catered for! A small thing in the toilet has been corrected directly. Unfortunately, our swimming pool on the 3 floor was not free and some loungers were defective.
We would like to thank you and be happy to come back!

We are very happy with the hotel, very friendly and fast staff, whether you are at the reception or in the restaurant. Among other things, the hotel is very clean and you feel very comfortable. The only criticism is that the rooms could be somewhat modernized. The food is very varied and very tasty, there is always something for every taste. A very good hotel which you are happy to recommend.

Do not come to this hotel if you have any food allergies, staff in the restaurant ate not knowledgeable about allergies and trying to find out what is in different foods is a nightmare. I have made a suggestion that staff should be trained and allergy info available on meals in the restaurant, other hotels do it. Other than the food situation the rest of the hotel is nice. It's a shane they don't take good allergies seriously.

By the heated pool and SPA.

Very nice hotel, hotel room nice big and clean, bathroom very large, all meals very good selection, it was always everything there. Santa Ponsa is only about 20 km away from Palma, taxi costs only €23. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, in the dining room and in the hotel bar. At all in the bar is available from 10am to 11pm, only a few drinks are charged.

Close to the beach of Santa Ponsa, good service, good food, facilities OK has SPA… and good Prices.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast area is great, the kids are very friendly. If it were not for the beds that are incomodisimas, of springs that are riveted and the pillow had no pains stuffed, we would return. And the TV all the channels in German and it's hard to park over there.

Were summer 2016 there. Location very good, close to the beach and city. You can also switch off in quieter places. Eating neatly, should suffice for most. Fitness area though available but rather inadequate. Hotel in itself clean everywhere, only in the spa area not. Spa area also quite good, everything available. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Sea view available.

The hotel was of very good quality, the waiters were super friendly in the restaurant and a perfect service.

Dirty pool, unfriendly staff and unfortunately there is no possibility to eat outside! Never again! When the high gentlemen came from Germany was properly cleaned and run up!

All very well. The only drawback is that it is difficult to listen to Castilian because the customers are mostly German. The jacuzzi goes with tokens that you get at reception. What they call spa is the pool. The sauna is very good.

Very close to the sea, great for walking, very friendly and effective floor maids.

Rather for families with children at low age, if not framework and appreciable service.

Food in the hotel is fast food quality, unfortunately, while the hotel is marked 4 stars. Very large selection of bread and deserts, but main dishes are not very diversified.

Not alot of variety for children except chicken nuggets. Cleaning not great in rooms especially the toilets rims a disgrace. There 7 days and never got a sunbed the whole week and was up early all week should not b allowed to put towels on loungers.

Very nice small hotel close to beach and town. Very quiet nice pool and bar area. Excellent food good choices very nice. Back again still very impressed by the room spa pool and gym very welcoming reception congratulations to Alice and her team also special mention to livi in the bar always a smile on her face I rebooked for another two weeks in may.

The absolute dirt loading. Service, food and cleanliness are more than poor! I advise everyone to do this to not be fooled by false images. Very worst abzocke.

The location is great and also the service is very nice. The people are very nice. The room is nothing special but beautiful. But what I don't like is the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi don't work and also on my room I can't even use it if it would work because the Wi-Fi has a very small range. There is another Wi-Fi but you need to pay for that. If you can use that 30min a day for free, it would be a nice offer.

The hotel staff is very professional and very friendly! The excellent buffet with a very well made food. The rooms are not expected to be 4 * (compared with the Tryp, Melia and Barcelo) unless the 250. Reformed with bungling which are visible, the beds and pillows are not very good, poor, old décor. Workers are those who make the stay excellent.

The Hotel was something quite different than in the photos and we were very badly served. From our ceiling tropfe water. It was neither repaired nor were we in a different room versezt. Up to the Parking lot, it was a very long way. The only thing Good was the Breakfast, troztem it gives me only one star.

My rating reflects the personal taste again. Other people could see things differently… The 4-star categorization of this house dates probably from earlier days. The inventory and equipment of the Hotels have the best time behind itself. But basically still ok and is as clean as possible. In the "Spa area": we should, however, the open cable next to the Pool, eliminate the scattered hoses as tripping hazards as well. Some here Are broken, the Bar is not busy and she was obviously are years. The head of the pool is so rusted, that they are unilaterally willing to be aborted. The food: unfortunately, often to find average lukewarm Abendbuffett. This is definitely not a 4 star level. The Breakfast however is good. The Service: The Restaurant is always attentive and friendly. Also, the staff of the Housekeeping is always friendly, despite the usual stress of work. The reception: IS NOT SO! Unfriendly and arrogant tone. No information to the house, to the place or something. No "Good day, have you had a good journey" or the like! The only thing you can for extra Cash. Safe 3 € / day, Wi-Fi 8€ / day. Also this is not 4 star level. All in all, fits for us the price — performance ratio here is not quite. So the first and last time been there.

On the evening of the arrival at the Hotel we were a little confused was because on the pictures the Hotel but something different is presented. The equipment has, but overall we were very pleased, and our room (although a bit "excluded", but very convenient). The Hotel is large and there are also Wellness opportunities, such as a large Sauna and swimming Pool, and relaxation rooms, as well as three terraces, on one of which as a Pool was present. Directly at the Hotel is also a swimming Pool available. The beach is very close. The selection of the food was not great, but it has everything tasted good. The staff is super friendly, particularly at reception. Happy again!

All German hotel really, terrible food, terrible service, Wi-Fi was atrocious. Worst hotel stay I've had I think. Many others at reception complaining too.

Friendly staff, food varied, well some of the rooms in the Annex building relatively newly modernized (although the bathroom and toilet, a disaster was 70s/80s and worn out), the Hotel significantly in the years to come… you are still a great effort… good vacation price is reasonable rather 2 star category.

Very nice place, well presented and good looking only problem more old people than young. The spa fantastic and very near beach. Food was ok but not the best. But definitely I will come back with my husband.

Me and my girlfriend for a week in the hotel were in the summer.
Negative:
-Old fashioned style
-Evening program for older people or families
-No all-in-one double bed, but pushed together
-small swimming pool
-There are early evidence
-no lie on beach
Positive:
-beautiful balcony
-close to the beach
-really contain all drinks in all inclusive:
-Billiards and table tennis as well as fitness and indoor swimming pool

All in all a good hotel.

The staff is very friendly. All inclusive is not recommended, as is always the same at the buffet in the restaurant; — (. And this very English (beans, Eierspeiß and goulash-like meat). Unfortunately, the beach is not particularly — Paguera or Arenal — he is more beautiful.

The place itself is very German, very vebaut. You have to search the views to the open sea. Unfortunately, none are of hotels on the beach. 13, 50 € for 2 Sun beds and an umbrella every day! If you would like to use the all inclusive, you have to take the course in the hotel. On the beach, there is nothing. So, HP preferred. Very spacious balconies and the normal rooms. Ahndtücher, only the ground fresh daily, there should be times but a vacuum cleaner or broom ran. In a week, not the other way. The Katzenberger, whose owner in the hotel — and to live is not recommended. There the Lady, if there is, is not very nice, and is committed to arrogance. Coffee and cake in the hotel are very good, and also in other coffees.
Every evening music, if you like. And who wants to feel "like home" is right here. If you prefer Spanish, should avoid the place. Hotel SUPER, just in the wrong place. What a pity.

Unfriendly staff, bad food from familiar rooms and lukewarm water.

The hotel staff are fully compensates for the decay of the hotel.

With 4Sternen the hotel is overrated, breakfast every day old cakes in the evening in 14 days almost always have the same bad food. The rooms are very small at the back, the chairs by the pool in the Middle split (can't was changed even after my complaint). Staff were tense under the circumstances, the location of the hotel is OK. Price offering a 4 star hotel adapted but this hotel too.

Super hotel; Food super also for children. Pool area is slightly out of date. Top location. Happy again.
