I can’t understand how this hotel has only positive reviews when I had a terrible experience. We arrived at 1 AM and were given a room with a balcony and a window facing a ventilation shaft – you couldn’t see anything outside except four walls and the sky above. It seems unbelievable that a hotel room could be made like that.
Then, there were cockroaches in the room, and the guy at the reception was looking for bug spray to give us. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the hallway smelled strongly of mold. The furniture is old, the bedding hasn’t been changed at all, and cleaning is superficial. Towels are only replaced if you ask for them. The only thing okay was the bathroom.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone – full of mold and cockroaches.

Pretty good hotel. All of staff was really kind, helpful and happy. Good lil fitness room. Cleaning is perfect. Breakfast and dinner were bit basic, boring but I could eat everywhen. Location is fantastic.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. The air conditioning didn’t work from the moment we arrived. We reported it several times over two days, but nothing was fixed. Eventually, they offered us another room, which had no windows, was dark, and smelled terrible – obviously, we couldn’t accept it. When I asked for a refund, the manager spoke to me rudely and firmly denied any possibility of reimbursement.
This is not what you’d expect from a hotel. We ended up booking another place at our own cost, while receiving no compensation for the original booking.
Would not recommend – the attitude was simply unacceptable.

Basic and clean, rooms would need some renovation. But VERY clean. Food ok, if you are not too picky. You could find some options for vegans, vegetarians and for the ones that eat meat. 👍🏻

The location was very close to the beach. The additional services (sauna, spa, Turkish bath, live music, pool) were great. The receptionists (Vera and Maria) were professional, friendly, and nice. It was an advantage that it was offering breakfast and dinner so that we did not have to go and look outside. The gym was weak but other than that everything was good and it was a very lovely stay.

Almost everything was excellent, except a few things. First, when we came late and check in at 9.05PM the lady at the reception said that the dinner is finished (dinner is served till 9.15PM) and we can come back at 10PM and maybe there will be some cold dishes. This was not what we expected after the all day trip and we had to go to the other restaurant, wasting our time and getting more hungry. The second thing was our first room. It was horrible! A kind of basement without daylight. Fortunately next morning they found another room for us and we moved. This room was very nice. Otherwise I we were about to change the hotel. Everything else was great. Excellent food, very kind staff (greetings to Mrs. Vera) and perfect location — a few steps from the beach. I can recommend the hotel, and I would come back here, however they have a few things to improve.

The room was bit outdated and the door didn't close that well. The location is very close to the beach but a very noisy street. Also the pool is not really with the hotel. It's outside across the street. So not that good.

A hotel that serves it purpose, if I’m honest. It doesn’t go further than my expectations of a 3 star hotel. The service was good, rooms were just about the bog standard and food was poor.
The meals aren’t exactly a big world range buffet, but I expect that at this hotel rating. However, there were occurrences when the meat was raw, food was cold and very greasy.
NOTE: drinks with meals are charged for at dinner. Just bear that in mind.
The service was probably the best out of everything if I’m honest, the kitchen service was helpful, although very limited with English. Fortunately I have a reasonable skill in Spanish but saw other people struggle.
Big kudos to the breakfast service for being able to make omelettes and fried eggs on request.
To conclude, I’m sure you’ll find better value elsewhere. It’s not something that absolutely enthrills me with the feeling of satisfaction of good value for money.

A 3 star hotel but very clean and friendly front desk service. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Wonderful central location and near the beach. Would surely recommend.

Great location right on the main shopping area with the beach only a few yards away. Lots of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Private pool was never busy, TV catered more for Spanish and German only sky international news in English. Overall we enjoyed our holiday there and would definitely go back again.

Good area for shops and beach, private pool was great. In this digital age their TV options were mostly for Spanish which is expected but also German, only one English channel and that was sky international news.

We really enjoyed our week staying here! It is a quiet hotel (at night you can hear the nightlife well) with super friendly service. The room was great; clean and had everything we needed. We had a car, there was usually a place to park and otherwise it was max. A 10 minute walk. Lots of different options with breakfast, we weren't the biggest fan of the dinner. Would definitely recommend.

The facility is good to stay, the rooms have good size. Very good hygiene.
The breakfast is also good, a lot of variants.
But the location for who only uses the bus is not good! (You have to travel long distance to reach you destination)

The location (2minutes from the beach, stores and restaurants) and hospitality of the staff are the two main reasons for staying at this hotel. The rooms are not modern but very big and clean. Breakfast and dinner are nice and I always found something that I like (to drink ask the secret sangria from Ramon, delicious! ) The pool I didn't went because I read in the comments here that kids were allowed there.

Amazing location, great facilities, friendly helpful staff. Beds were very hard to sleep on though, the aircon was also giving me a very sore throat. Advise having the system throughly cleaned.

Lovely hotel. This is the one (there are two of these hotels back to back) without the pool and slightly further inland but a lovely clean hotel with great service. Perfect.

Very nice place to stay. This hotel is facing beach and one can get a complete view of sea from the hotel room balcony. We stayed in corner room no 418 and got awesome views from balcony.
Food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing.
