We just returned from our visit and had a brilliant time!
The hotel was very quiet when we arrived (late April) but picked up when we left as it was more in season, as well as surrounding areas things started getting busier.
The hotel is really lovely, really nice staff (especially the bar staff! ), great room, brilliant pool area.
We really enjoyed the area aswell as there was a few towns in a walking distance, I’d recommend a walk to Cala Millor as there’s a little more around there.
The food and drinks were very good aswell, 3 all inclusive cocktails but they were very nice. The food was great every night and there was plenty of choice. Can’t comment on the a la carte restaurant as these unfortunately weren’t open when we were there.
Overall would recommend this hotel and would visit a Protur again! Thankyou.

Just returned from spending 11 nights at the Vista Badia! There were 9 of us in total — 5 adults and 4 children. I would like to thank all the staff who worked so hard to make our holiday experience so special. Extended thanks to Toni the manager who had a friendly nature and was always available and very helpful.
Our experience was a very positive one — it wasn’t perfect but we embraced the holiday for what it was a FAMILY HOLIDAY during peak season! Yes the pool/dining room was crowded — the entertainment was hit and miss — the children’s disco in the evening was repetitive — the bed sheets could have been changed more often — sun beds all taken by 8:30am but we enjoyed the food — we enjoyed the pool — we enjoyed the bar service — we enjoyed going to the beach a 10 minute walk away — we enjoyed the fact that the hotel was spotlessly clean — we enjoyed the size of our room and finally we enjoyed the fact that we were on holiday with our family — daughters (2) grandchildren (4) son — in law (1) and of course grandad and grandma! We all had a great time and didn’t let minor issues spoil our holiday!

We flew out to the Vista Badia for a 10 day holiday with our two children aged 4 and 8.
This holiday did not disappoint!
The hotel was so clean and the staff were constantly cleaning all areas of the hotel.
Our apartment with a balcony was a good size with a double bedroom that was very spacious, 2 sofa beds in the lining area with a TV and small kitchenette, plus a lovely family bathroom with a spacious shower with rainfall showerhead. No complaints about noise — we slept well every night!
The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team were fantastic and there were so many activities for all ages throughout the day, ending with family entertainment each evening. The daily programme was up on a large TV and helped us plan our time.
The food was excellent. Although the buffet restaurant got very crowded at times, the quality of the food and the range could not be faulted. We were given one guaranteed a la carte restaurant booking which we used for the Italian at the Safari hotel — La Fontana. This was a lovely experience and well worth a visit.
We used the app and also visited the reception desk at 2pm daily and were able to visit all 5 of the other restaurants within the complex multiple times. — you just needed to be quick at 2pm as only a few tables available each day. The grill was great for the children as it was still buffet/bbq style and the chocolate fountain was a big hit.

Great stay. Very clean and staff are friendly.
The food is good and the restaurants are recommended if you want to mix up dinner time.
The pool is quite deep for younger children outside of the water pillow area. 1.7 at deepest.
Good amount of activities around the pool and the kids club is recommended.
The evening entertainment is somewhat strange some nights and below par but some other nights were better. Very limited selection of cocktails included with AI but the general range of drinks is very good. Estrella is the main tap beer for AI.
Pool food at lunch is good and unlimited ice creams around the pool area.
Beach is at most a 5 minute walk. Nice beach with shops near.
Would recommend staying here and return.

Hotel is clean. Well positioned. Good selection of food in the restaurants. Very helpful staff. Always helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean hote in general is clean and well kept.
Couple of minor points.
It’s busy in peak times. Pool area isn’t huge so feels a little cramped at times Clearly a popular destination for Brit’s as a very high proportion here.
If you want to use the spa. There is a charge to use it at the sister safari hotel over the road which wasn’t explained upon booking.
These are minor points though. It’s a good hotel and there is a great beach just 5 mins walk and you can hire bikes for free to use during the day.

We have just returned from a week stay here and had a brilliant holiday.
The hotel is very family oriented and very family friendly, it’s a busy hotel but always plenty sun bed's available with no sun bed wars at all. It is very clean throughout.
The food in the buffet restaurant was plentiful and tasty, there was always a good range of options and even when busy it was easy to find a table and all the food was well stocked. The ice lollies/ ice cream included in all inclusive from the pool bar were welcome in the heat!
It was very quiet at night and comfy beds and great blackout curtains meant we slept well.
The staff were all brilliant, hard working, friendly and chatty. The manager was seen regularly checking all the areas and his teams. Even when the bar was busy there was never more than a minutes wait. The entertainment team are hard working and full of fun, special mention to Clara who was so friendly and enthusiastic.
The shops are literally at the back of the hotel less than a minutes walk and the beach is very close too. There is free bike hire/ mini golf etc too which was easy to use.
Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday in the sunshine and we would definitely return.

First of all I’d like to say a massive thank you to the manager Antonio. He was hands on and excellent at his job.
All the staff, from the receptionists to the bar staff were professional, friendly with contagious smiles on their faces.
The room was exceptional and clean (as was the whole hotel) with comfortable beds and pillows.
For being all inclusive, the food was extremely reasonable with a choice of other restaurants to go to.
The bar had a good choice of drinks which you never had to queue for as there was always plenty of staff to accommodate. (also a massive thank you to you bar staff).
Really family friendly with great daytime and evening entertainment for the kids.
Evening entertainment for the adults was a bit lacking in quality, but then I’m only judging on other places I’ve been to.
The pool was perfect in size and depth and perfect for the kids.
Sun loungers where good quality and in abundance that were not too closely packed together.
I’m well travelled and would only bother writing a review if I thought it was worth telling people about it.
Would absolutely recommend.

V good hotel. Night entertainment was the same as most hotel s in the area great for young kids. Kids club during the day was OK but Not as good as safari park. Next door.
The food was good. One suggestion maybe I'd like a separate area for kids in the main dining room in the evening. Stayed in safari park before this hotel and it made dinner easier for family's. The area of the pool with the dome slide should be kids only as can get very busy and dangerous with adult men jumping on 3 year olds. Other wise the pools were v clean and nice 1 of our rooms was a select room with jacuzzi which was a great size and had a pool view. Little hot at night. Air-conditioning not over cool. But thats just personal thing. The other room was a normal double and had a view to the back. But was still a nice room. It had a view of entertainment in a near by hotel at night. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Staff at reception were great. Bar staff were great. Pleasant and and helpful. Food was OK 👍 good selection not over hot some times. But allways got something. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Hotel is not to bad, but in my honest opinion could be better, As we were on the same complex as other 4star Hotels in the same group (Protur) which had better entertainment etc. One thing I was not very happy about is sometimes it was getting a little to hot and there was no bar place inside for a drink to cool down all were outside, the manager said it will be open later in the year, I know most people want to be outside in the sun but sometimes it gets very hot for some people. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The food was good but sometimes felt a little overcrowded and you had to wait in a big line, Rooms were not bad but the beds a little hard,
Overall not a bad hotel and yes I would probably come again.

I’ve stayed at the Vista Badia several times and never reviewed. Having recently stayed in two other Sa Coma hotels when the Vista Badia was closed (late October 2024 & April 2025), I felt compelled to review because the Vista Badia is far, far superior to the others, both of which are also 4*.
The Vista Badia is small enough to feel comfortable and quiet but large enough to have all required amenities. We tend to stay at the beginning and end of season, so it’s quiet. Jacuzzi rooms are superb. The hotel looks great and is very clean. The pool is large and the baby pool and splash zone add a little extra fun for the children. The pool bar is good and service is always swift and happy. One improvement would be to allow drinks from glass on the immediate terrace, if not going by the pool. Pool is cold, but to be expected at the times we go. Indoor pool is nice and warm too. Main bar is friendly and great service. Outdoor bar area for the evening is nice. Rooms are really good. Spacious, clean and great bathroom. Internal areas are comfortable and clean.
Food is plentiful and reasonable, standard Majorca All Inclusive. The live cooking adds a nice, fresh element and breakfast is great. Outdoor eating area is a good addition, but small. Never had a problem getting a table outside though. It would be even better if drinks could be served to the table, but it’s self serve in the restaurant. That’s adequate though.

Agree with many of the comments below. This is a really lovely and clean resort, and very reasonably priced in October. We chose an upgraded room and the hot tub was a massive bonus.
As a few reviews have mentioned, if I’m being picky I would make the following comments:
— the red wine included in the all inc was not terribly nice in my opinion (and I’m not very fussy! ). You can however purchase wine at a discounted and very reasonable rate which I did and was definately worth paying the extra 10 euros for.
— air con is patchy; we mentioned this to reception on day one and this seemed to improve.
— the buffet restaurant feels a bit like a school canteen. Absolutely rammed and a bit chaotic. It would be a huge improvement if drinks were served by waiting staff. Coffee not available at lunch and dinner. BUT the food was very nice quality, if not a bit repetitive, and staff very friendly in the dining areas.
— generally staff were incredibly helpful. There were one or two however who were quite the opposite; grumpy and clearly fed up. This was much the minority.
— we needed access to the doctor and were told the safari doctor was not available on Saturdays. As such we paid for the on call doctor. However, turns out this is not the case and actually the doctor is there Saturday but not Sunday. A visit cost us £110.
Overall, this is a really good, economic option for a reasonably priced family holiday and we will definately return. Thank you Protur!

This hotel shared facilities with other Protur hotels in the immediate area. An excellent arrangement which gives guests access to many inclusive activities and themed restaurants, once your wrist band has been fitted off you go and enjoy. The themed restaurants and some sports needed pre booking, get there early if you want a bike.
We were part of a multi generational party of 10 and all our apartments were spacious, modern and furnished to a good standard. Due to our ancientness my wife and I requested a ground floor room which we were delighted with. Overlooking the pool with a huge balcony it was perfect and the maid service 5 days a week was very efficient.
As to be expected in a mass catering situation the main eating area was canteen rather than restaurant and the queues for food during busier times could be tedious. The food however was of an acceptable quality with plenty of variety and a chef was always on duty at the grill. Food also available at the pool bar during much of the day. The bars were adequately staffed and although the drinks weren't premium quality they were acceptable. The pool area itself was spacious. No shortage of sunbeds during our visit and the "Bubble" was great fun for the kids, a very safe area with two alert lifeguards on duty who were quick to stop any hazardous behaviour.
The hotel manager seemed to be on duty 24/7 and it was his constant attention to detail that made our stay such a pleasant enjoyable experience.

My daughter and I have just returned from 5 days at this hotel. I must say as a disabled traveller this hotel was perfect for my mobility scooter, I managed to access all areas with no hassle at all. Even the pool had steps and a handrail and also a chair to help disabled have a dip.
The rooms were spacious, we were lucky enough to have an adapted room on the ground floor which was clean and had plenty of storage. The only fault I could find — and this is me being picky — was the bathroom floor was only tiles, and when walking out of the shower it became became very slippery.
The food we found was very very good. We had lovely roast beef and steak, to mention just a few goodies. The breakfast was really good, english type sausages and all the usual breakfast foods. I would have thought that even the fussiest eater would find something.
What would improve the hotel, in my opinion, would be waiter service for tea/coffee at breakfast and waiter service for drinks at lunchtimes and evening time in the restaurant.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the guys in the show lounge, who delivered a good waiter service in the evenings. The reception staff were very efficient, our room was ready when we arrived at about 10.30 am.
The evening shows were quite good, with an acrobat, and a very good rock band, which we enjoyed immensely. They also had a mini disco for the children which I found very entertaining — baby shark especially.

Overall the holiday was good but was let down by a few things.
We arrived in Palma at around 12pm and received our luggage from baggage claim very quickly and then boarded the coach that would take us to our hotel. Unfortunately, we had to wait on the coach for an hour and half before eventually setting off with no communication as to why even though no one else boarded the coach.
We then arrived at the hotel and the receptionist demanded 47 euros tax per room for our 7 night stay which in my opinion is a massive scam. Why not just include it in the price of the holiday when we booked it on TUI? We stayed for 7 nights so I sincerely hope that people who stay for 14 nights are not made to pay an extra 94 euros the second they step over the threshold of the hotel. The con artist who thought of this silly extra hidden charge needs to be put in a triangle choke.
So bear in mind that when you go to book your holiday you need to add on the price of this disgusting hidden tax to your fare.
Now I will go through each aspect of the holiday.
Staff — 4 stars.
Overall the staff were very helpful and friendly. The receptionists could all speak English well and assisted us whenever we had any questions.
Location — 5 stars.
The hotel is situated in an ideal location. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and there is a back entrance to the hotel which allows for quick access to the shops.

This was our third visit to this hotel and once again it did not disappoint, from checking to our last day we had a good time, we were All inclusive, food was good and themed nights were very good, bar and snacks also. We were there during the storm's during August. The hotel staff and the manager all copped very well. Our apartment overlooked the pool area we were on the 3rd floor. We would recommend this hotel. Special mention for Javier in the restaurant he was always busy and very professional but had time for us, well done.

Only stayed a night as was visiting a friend but had a blast. Great play ball thing in the pool that the kids loved. Plus you can use other pools on the complex we went to a splash park which was a nice bonus.
Check in staff and bar staff all super friendly. Felt relaxed. Great stay. Buffet dinner nice and Estrella on tap. Super.

We returned from a holiday at the wonderful Vista Badia 2 weeks ago and would like to leave our review as well. Let me start by saying that this place would not be the same without the manager Tony, he can be in several places at the same time: when I wake up in the morning and look out the window, he is already at the pool and bar, then he is at the reception, then he is in the restaurant. Without flattery, I can say that thanks to Tony the hotel is thriving. The second important point is the animators, who are really extraordinary, congratulations to Belén, Dani and John, you are cool, and big congratulations to you from Tima and Stefaniia. I also want to single out the chef and his team, thank you, we had a great time. Very good room cleaning and in general the whole hotel is very clean. And when there was sand rain, the staff cleaned everything very carefully, especially the pool area and the pool itself, it is also very convenient that I can use the washing machine and dryer, especially having 2 small children and coming for 21 days, I did not worry about anything. The front desk is quick to answer any questions, the pool bar and waiters are great too. Resting for 3 weeks, we paid close attention to the service in general and I can assure you that the quality exceeds the price you pay. We will definitely meet next year! Prosperity Vista Badia!
