Hotel was very nice. Good breakfast nice snack bar by the pool for lunch and drinks throughout the day. Only had B&B. Had the buffet dinner on first night but glad we didn't pay for half board. Good choice but some of it was quite bland!
Rooms were spacious, very clean and bright. Could do with two comfortable chairs in the rooms. There was one dining chair so one of you had to sit on the bed. There is plenty of room for two comfortable chairs in the premium rooms. Bathroom has no extractor fan and gets very damp so towels don't dry even when it's hot. The room had a slight musty smell. There was some black on the cornice I noticed. I wasn't the only person to comment about this. Had a nice terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs.
Could do with more sunbeds as people place towel on beds before breakfast. But I was told they would be making more room for sunbeds for next year as they were moving the terrace bar.
I have stayed in other hotels where the sunbeds are covered at night and kept very clean. But at Mallorca palace, the cushions looked like they could do with a good clean. They were just stood up at night and when it rained they were soaked through and took most of the next day to dry. The gardens are kept beautiful.
Most of the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There were a couple of exceptions though. Overall not really what I would expect for a hotel that is advertised as 5 star.

Wow! Writing this on my last night sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautifully maintained gardens & pool area. The hotel has exceeded our expectations, you are made to feel very special, nothing is too much trouble, all of the staff are welcoming, smily & extremely helpful. They are open to have a laugh & joke with which makes it all the more special. Our room albeit just the standard room was large with a large balcony & wicker cushioned table & chairs. The beds are comfy, the shower is modern & powerful & the room quiet at night. The corridors are immaculate & opulent. The food is amazing, nothing outlandish which may not suit some but it is all hot & delicious. The drinks are affordable & you can have food/drink in the day either at the pool bar or on your sunbed which feels a real treat. The evening entertainment was good most nights & some nights it was brilliant. We had a boogie & a really good laugh most nights. Needless to say we have booked for next May!

This hotel was superb. Food delicious and had a good choice. Great options for gluten free. Superb quality of food at the pool bar for lunch and barbecue days added to the choice. The staff went above and beyond with their personal touches. Decorating the table, providing a cake and singing for a party member celebrating their birthday. Particularly Miguel. The bar prices were reasonable for a 4 star hotel. Everywhere was spotless. Sunbeds were available until about 10.30 am, so everyone got a lie in. Poolside service for drinks was an added bonus. Activities were available during the day, but low key and the nightly entertainment was excellent.

First time we have stayed and we will definitely be back. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by wonderful reception staff — in our case Sharron. The hotel and grounds are spotless. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the evening buffet which we had a couple of times was excellent especially the deserts. No problem with sun beds at all and it's a short walk to the beach. The staff are amazing and a special shout out to Andrea in dining — she was a superstar. The only negative is that our room/bathroom was a bit old fashioned but perhaps they are modernising in phases. They also need to provide shampoo /shower gel etc rather than one bottle of soap. Notwithstanding this we will definitely return.

I recently stayed at Mallorca Palace and had very mixed feelings about my experience.
I booked Mallorca Palace only because they confirmed that late-night check-in was possible. I contacted them through their website before booking, and they clearly told me that I could arrive late as long as I mentioned it in the booking. I followed their instructions and wrote in German that I would arrive during the night of July 2nd.
When I arrived, exhausted and alone, they looked at me like I didn’t belong there. My room was not ready, and they said they thought I was coming the next night. Their only “solution” was to offer me the presidential suite for over 300 euros—just for a few hours of sleep. No refund, no help, no responsibility, no backup accommodation. I was left without a proper place to sleep, in a 5-star hotel that I had booked in good faith based on their own confirmation.
I asked if I could sleep on a pool lounger, just to get some rest, and they said it wouldn’t look good for other guests. In the end, I was allowed to sleep on a sofa. They gave me a bottle of water and told me I could shower in the spa. At 7:00 am they woke me up so I could eat breakfast, and I didn’t get my actual room until after 9:00 am. My first day of vacation was ruined, all I wanted to do was sleep.
Later I rented an e-bike from the hotel. The first one was in terrible condition—old and unreliable. I asked them to change it, and thankfully they did – the second one was much better.

Nice welcome with room ready when we arrived at lunch time. Suite had lovely view of pool and was all as described. The good weather meant the pool was lovely and warm. Antonio the life guard was such a kind person and Yuli in the restaurant looked after guests in a happy style. On the Italian night we would have liked pizza to have been available too increase choices available. As we stayed in a suite for two weeks we thought not being able to use the balinese beds without paying extra money 37 euros per day was not what is expected in a five star hotel. On the day we left we had to leave very early we saw towels on sunbeds beds before 6.30 am! Entertainment was provided each night we were looking forward to the Motown evening but the singer was sadly very poor and this should have been obvious to the entertainment manager! On Sunday 29th June a singer sang 80s songs which very good. Local buses regularly stop both ways right outside the hotel and so we easily visited other resorts nearby — just pick up timetables from reception or the local tourist office.

A great experience. It's hard to write a good review as all the good points have been mentioned In previous reviews. Suffice to say we have stayed at the Mallorca Palace for the last two weeks and found it excellent in every way.
The rooms are roomy and the housekeeping staff come in every day to tidy round and clean. If you want a ground floor room with a small patio area then request one when booking.
The staff are fantastic from the reception to the restaurant. I would like to give a special mention to Andrea who looked after us in the restaurant and the lovely chef who me me the best omelettes zzI have ever had.
All in all a great holiday and no negative issues. We are thinking of returning later in the year.

Had an amazing holiday at this hotel last week! The food, the staff, the rooms were all excellent! The food selection was incredible and all delicious! As mentioned before, the desserts are definitely to die for! Lovely, welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for us and where nothing was too much trouble! We don’t want to miss anyone out as everyone was so kind and helpful, but a special mention goes too Antonio, Andrea and Maricella in the restaurant, Sergi and Sharon in reception, and not forgetting Antonio the lifeguard who helped me regain my confidence in the water. The chef who cooked the hot and delicious food was also a lovely lady! Thank you to all and hopefully will be back very soon! 😀

We had the perfect holiday at Majorca Palace the best ever it was exactly what we were looking for a chilled relaxed hotel Adults only and generally couples which it what it caters best for and exceeded our expectations. The dining experience was fantastic all the staff were great always remembered you and looked after you the food was of a very high standard. We enjoyed relaxed evenings watching the evening entertainment after dinner which was always good then we would relax on our terrace with a nightcap the hotel is quiet and relaxing just what we wanted we can’t wait to go back.
The resort is lovely and other resorts are in walking distance.

This was our third visit to this hotel and we are hoping to go again later this year. The hotel itself has a very peaceful atmosphere. It’s incredibly clean and the rooms are spacious. We always have a premium room and these are on the ground floor, all with their own private terrace with sun loungers. Breakfasts are amazing with a huge selection of food. Lunches at the pool bar are also very good and reasonably priced. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help. The bottle of cava sent to our room on our first day as returning guests was a nice gesture. I couldn’t fault this hotel at all. The location is also great — just a short walk to the beachfront and numerous bars and restaurants.

Spent a week at CMMP on half board, facilities are great, pool area huge with plenty fun beds. Staff really friendly and helpful. Even had a birthday cake made whilst dining one evening. It was a really special touch. Room was well equipped and cleaned thoroughly each day. Nothing to fault and would happily return here again. If I was to pick fault with anything at all, it would be parking charges at €10 per day, however, there is adequate on road parking around the hotel so no problem not paying the daily charge. Also great location near a nice beach and places to visit within a short distance.

Welcoming staff at reception, received a welcome drink which was a nice touch. It was nice that we didn’t have to queue to check in and were told to take a seat and came to us to check us in.
Room was clean, spacious and had everything you’d need — safe, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, beach bag with beach towels, mini bar/fridge, large tv. Bed was creaky but comfortable.
We liked how the toilet and bidet were separated off from the sink and large walk in shower.
We had a large terrace overlooking the pool.
Breakfast wasn’t bad, as a vegetarian — there were limited hot food options but there was plenty of pastries, bread, cakes, yoghurts, cereals and fruit.
Location — a bit too quiet for us, a few mins walk to supermarkets, pharmacy and promenade where there are a few places to eat and a few souvenir shops. Saw a few hotels that have closed permanently and some areas felt run down and felt like we were in a ghost town.
We hired a car so managed to explore the island — hotel does offer parking for €10 per day but we found free on street parking on all 3 days that we were there.
Not sure what makes this a 5* but it didn’t feel luxurious enough to be a 5* and wouldn’t expect a creaky bed in a 5* hotel.

Class hotel, very chilled, place is Immaculate and the staff are soo good. The restaurant is gorgeous with and outdoor option (see photo) and the freshness and variety of food is impressive. I would have liked another few days but I will be back. Location to beach is great for walks etc. Really enjoyed my stay couldn't fault it in any way. Well done all at the Palace.

Great hotel, with cordial and very helpful staff. Nicely located, very well-kept inside and around. Clean and nice rooms, the only thing we missed was a shower (there was a bathtub, which we don't like). Delicious and varied food in a restaurant with smiling staff. Close to the sea with a nice beach and a long promenade. 100% recommendable hotel, we will definitely come back.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Treated like royalty from welcome to departure. I cannot praise the staff enough. The hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained in every area. Beds and pillows very comfy. Beautiful crisp white bed linen. The food in the restaurant or at the pool bar was delicious and of a high standard. The pool area and surrounding gardens well kept and maintained to a high standard. Good entertainment in the evening. Had a brilliant stay.

This hotel is the best we have ever stayed at. We had a Premium ground floor room which was fabulous. The toilet was excellent with a huge walk in shower (which we needed) and all essentials were provided. Bed was huge and comfortable. Hairdryer provided as well as an iron and ironing board. Two sunloungers, table and 2 chairs also on the patio were great too. Couldn’t find any fault with the hotel whatsoever, spotlessly clean, staff excellent, beautiful grounds/gardens. Breakfast choices were superb. Good entertainment in evenings. The location of hotel is in a lovely quiet area within walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants etc.

The Mallorca Palace is a beautiful hotel with good facilities. Our first impressions were great as the entrance lobby is a lovely space to come into, it is also a bar in the evenings or if the pool bar has to close during the day. We were warmly greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and the facilities were all explained to us. Our suite was large, comfortable, well equipped with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets provided a good selection with daily variety. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool and we never struggled to find some but other guests found it necessary to save beds early in the morning. The beach is very close by and is very popular with families, but we didn’t find Sa Coma a very pretty town to walk around so stayed most of the time in the hotel.
The best resource that the hotel has is its staff who were all friendly, helpful, efficient and wanting to make our stay the best it could be. We were very impressed to find all those we spoke to were multilingual.
If there were tiny things that I would change they would be to give guests an option of a double bed or two singles, and to heat the swimming pool a little.
