Ibersol Siurell

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated, near the beach. Clean, good hygiene.
The buffets (morning and dinner) were great. Fresh fruits and vegetables and nice meats/fish grilled in front of you.
Very good price/quality balance. Air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly.
Would recommend and visit again.
Special shout out to Flor of the reception! She was very helpful with everything, including things for outside the hotel like tips and tricks and itineraries!
Most guests are either couples (20s/30s/or older who have grown kids) and families. Very kind and nice people, no loud noises etc. Very good experience!

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made a real difference. 
The food was another standout – fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Each meal was a pleasure. 
Overall, the combination of excellent service, kind staff, and great food made this a memorable stay. We’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others.

This is a nice hotel, on the quieter part of the island. Staff were very helpful on arrival and made sure we ate before doing paperwork. A nice, kind environment and safe for kids. Hotel rooms were great, spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. Food was good, however mainly aimed at the more European guest (france/Germany etc). Entertainment was limited, and again mostly in French or German. I also think due to being early in the season it was limited. (But I don't mean it was bad in any way). Service was overall good, with friendly vibe. Would like to see more entertainment for adults in the evening. I would rate this as a nice 3 star hotel.

Had a fantastic week stay here. The food was amazing. I have read reviews about there being lot’s of fish in the all inclusive buffet but as someone who doesn’t like fish, there were Lot’s of really good meat options too. Would 100% stay again. Staff were lovely and the location is perfect. Fantastic stay!

Loved our stay at the hotel, please don’t listen to the negative views. They are completely unfounded.
The rooms and big and modern, beds are very comfortable only thing here is the pillows aren’t great but that’s a personal preference.
All the staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you.
The entertainment doesn’t go on all night which is great and it’s not too loud!
The housekeeping staff are brilliant.
Everything has been perfect, the only thing I’d mention is that the food gets the little samey after a week but it’s at a very high standard.

Visited this hotel for the second time this year for our first anniversary all inclusive, we went back as we had such a good experience when we went for our honeymoon last year, what a mistake.
The standards in the hotel have dropped, the staff aren't as friendly, we found broken glass around sunbeds, even after telling staff it wasn't cleared up immediately, when smoking was not allowed around pool this was ignored by staff, except for British who were told off.
The hotel more favours french guests which their was lots. In the evening the bar area was taken over by french guests who had drinks and snacks between about 6pm and 7.30pm and if you tried to go in you were given funny looks so people not french didn't bother.
Yet it's the only bar area and was meant to be for all.
The food was not as good as last year and what was annoying was it was cold or Luke warm, very rarely hot, the snacks were left overs from breakfast or lunch.
The fitness room was unusable with equipment broken or without proper safety devices.
The rooms were the bonus, spacious and clean, the views being good and near too shops, restaurants and beach.
But apart from this it was very mediocre. I wouldn't say this hotel is a 4* now maybe just a 3*.
I certainly won't be making a third trip.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Extremely clean and the staff is lovely. We are here for a 4 day break. We have the deluxe package which was worth it. You get all the premium drinks included.
Food — I couldn’t fault the food. It was fresh every day. People we met whilst here were moaning about the food saying it was cold and awful. We have found this is not the case and have enjoyed everything we’ve ate.
Rooms — we are in 602 and we’ve got a sea view. The beds are soooo comfy and we have a separate living room which is great. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. We have a mini included in the deluxe package and that was a nice touch when we arrived and had a nice cold beer.
The weather has been amazing too. We would absolutely come back to this hotel. Only downside is I wish we’d booked longer.

We are just about to leave the hotel but we wanted to let people know that this is such a pleasant (spotless) place! The rooms are lovely and the addition of a lounge area is definitely a bonus. Small point though, there needs to be a few English language programmes on the TV please! The best thing about this hotel however is the staff. They are all so lovely and friendly. It’s been a long time since we have encountered such a delightful team! Special shoutout to Katrina on reception, also Lucia and Samara at the poolside bar. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The location is perfect, 2 mins to the beach, local shops and bars. Our room was fantastic, clean, spacious with a great view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. No problem getting sunbeds around the pool at any time of day, although not all had shade. They could do with a few more parasol umbrellas. Good selection of food most days. There were a couple of days my daughter didn’t like anything on the menu, but she is quite a fussy eater! All food must be eaten in the restaurant, there are no snacks by the pool. Local drinks included on the all inclusive package was enough for us, but you can upgrade to include premium brands. Overall a lovely hotel which I would recommend and would love to return to. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

The most friendly environment! The reception was amazing. Very helpful, kind and always willing to give information. All the staff were fantastic. The room was spacious, the pools were not crowded, the breakfast buffet had variety, handmade food and it was different each morning. The prices for the extras if you are not an "all inclusive guest" like coffee, dinner, drinks etc were very reasonable. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Lovely clean hotel. Room was modern and comfy with mini bar and coffee making machine.
No fight for sun-beds in a morning which was great, very chilled and relaxed hotel.
Most staff were friendly and pleasant especially Lucia behind the bar!
Food was good and all inclusive drinks were great. Didn’t realise we had paid for deluxe suite which meant all drinks were included in all inclusive — champagne, JD, Smirnoff etc.
Only thing lacking was entertainment which could be better daytime was aqua aerobics and mojito or sangria making. Evening entertainment was hit and miss also.
Ventured out on several nights and found great places to eat and drink. Beach and esplanade are lovely and watching sunrise from the beach is a must!
All in all we had a lovely stay ⭐️

Good hotel for what we paid. For context, we paid 3, 800 for all inclusive, for a family of 4 (16 and 13). This review is therefore based on the fact that we feel we got good value for money.
The hotel is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach with a lovely long promenade. I’d recommend turning right and having a walk to s’Illot which is about 10 mins away. Some lovely little beach bars along there, and the beach is quieter too. Many places close at 11pm. Sa Coma isn’t somewhere you can stay out late. If you want lively book elsewhere.
The staff are friendly and speak 3 languages which is very impressive (lots of French people visit here). I think they need more staff serving at the bar as there is often a queue if they have to make a fresh cocktail (they make them from scratch for a little extra money and are lovely but take time). The staff work extremely hard so this is not a reflection on them — they just need more of them!
The rooms are nice, modern and clean and we had a separate bedroom too which is handy with teenagers. Rooms are cleaned daily.
The hotel is small with only one pool (and a very small adult only pool). If you are looking for a big 4 star with multiple pools and restaurants this isn’t what you get here. An advantage of this is you are never fighting for sunbeds. It also gets the sun all afternoon onto the pool area.
The food is ok. Personally I was quite happy as I’m not a big meat eater. Lots of salad, rice, pasta etc.

Just returned from an absolutely fantastic stay in Sa Coma. The Ibersol Siurrel was a delightful place to stay, and made for a perfect holiday.
The general positives first, the room was really spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony, with a mixed sea, pool and mountain view. Ours was the smallest style of balcony but was comfortably big enough for us (travelling as a family of three) to relax and enjoy. The hotel generally was impeccably clean, the pool area is beautifully designed, and never felt crowded. It's in a great location, 2 minutes from the beach (there are even beach views from the small adults only pool on the terrace).
The staff were very friendly throughout, literally everyone I spoke to, reception, restaurant, chefs, manager, bar staff and cleaning team.
I also want to address a couple of concerns people may have. The food was, contrary to some reviews, absolutely great. I was the only vegetarian in my group, and I didn't struggle for options. The other two had plenty of choices, and nothing was undercooked or problematic. For any vegetarians, you will need to improvise occasionally, but there are some really tasty things to enjoy. You can also, impressive for an all inclusive buffet, eat pretty healthily if you want. Everything was very fresh.
The evening entertainment was mostly low key, but good fun, and not too intrusive.

Spent a week here at Easter. Friendly hotel from moment arrived. Reception was a breeze. Rooms modern clean spacious. Restaurant went all inclusive not biggest selection I've had but always found something to eat. Pool area spotless sunbeds new. Because very early season pool cold but sure high season under heat will be warmer. Location 100m if that from beautiful beach. Its a small hotel almost like a boutique. Every member of staff friendly from Reception waiters/waitresses bar staff cleaning and maintenance staff. Would definitely book again if travelling back to sa coma. And would not hesitate in recommending if you want a relaxed low key hotel.
